Great food and atmosphere, service is great and very attentive, we had our waitress and a manger woman walking around and she was very attentive and helpful . Only complaint is lighting , could us a little bit more

We love Parlor Pizza Bar — it is our go-to for Sunday Funday lunch after church. Always a very upbeat energy throughout, and their Sunday Brunch offerings are outstanding. Parking can be a challenge, so we typically valet and it works out fine. Fun time, as always.

This was our 3 time at Parlor and as always the food was great! Place was very busy, which meant the service was less than ideal. Also since it was almost 100 degrees outside, having all of the large windows open it made the restaurant unbearably hot.

We went for Father’s Day Brunch and sat on the patio as it was a beautiful day. Food was excellent and service was great. Our group would highly recommend the Chilaquiles, Avocado Toast, and, of course, the Bloody Mary Bar!

Service was absolutely horrible. We had to flag someone down every time we wanted to order. Hostess would not seat us until more of the party showed up and once they did they gave up our table without telling us. Overall very rude staff and very disappointed.

I brought a group of about 20 employees to Parlor Pizza in the West Loop, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and impressively organized for a party of our size. Our server managed everything smoothly, and we never felt rushed or overlooked. The food was a hit across the board—crispy, creative pizzas with bold flavors, and a solid drink selection to match. The vibe in the bar area was upbeat but not too loud, which made it easy to relax and enjoy each other’s company. Highly recommend for corporate outings or large group gatherings. We'll definitely be back!

Great happy hour deals and was the perfect setting for our corporate team dinner. Not many places allow you to book a dinner online for 15+ without a F&B minimum and Parlor was able to accommodate our group with ease

Zero service. Waited a long time to be greeted and waited so long to get the bill almost walked out. We saw our server one time - when he took our order. That was it!!! I had to flag someone down to pay.
