Honestly I don’t think the food was worth the price. Calamari was bleh. You get more jalapeños then actually calamari and it wasn’t very good. Asked for fries well done and they came out cold, the pizza flavor was good but pizza itself is very soggy. Ambiance is cool. Would probably only come back for drinks.

Great spot for a birthday gathering. Service was wonderful, food was excellent (enjoyed the brussels sprouts and pizzas). Our gluten-free friend enjoyed a burger. Patio area was lively but not so loud that you couldn't hear your table companions. Wonderful meal!

Great food! Our server was nice and checked back frequently. Really busy on Sat afternoon. Sat outdoors in the nice patio area. Noise level is louder inside but this is expected in such a popular city neighborhood.

They were very busy but the service was super fast. We like to go here before a concert at the Salt Shed and with how quick they are, I never feel pressed for time. Pizza is great, drinks were cold and everyone left happy.

Was encouraged to try the 1/2 chicken. I can assure you the chicken was dead. The food was grossly over cooked and dryer than a dessert field under the Arizona summer sun. An agonizingly poor meal. If I hadn't been entertaining a guest tonight, that meal would have been returned.

We had a reservation for a party of 8 and they sat us at a table fir 6 with two extra chairs. We had no room for appetizers let alone pizzas. Two of our guests stood most of the time because we didn’t have enough space. The music was so loud we couldn’t talk to each other let alone coordinate orders. Our waitress disappeared after taking our entree order so we couldn’t order a second round of drinks. We were sat next to the water station and a waiter dumped a glass of water into one of our guest’s purse. The food ok, often spicy for no reason. Will not return.

I went here for lunch yesterday for company outing. Our waiter name was Terrell and he did a great job handling all 10 of us. He constantly checked in on us and wanted to make sure our food was what we expected to be. He gave suggestions and recommendations that meant everyone's needs. The manager had continuously checked in on us as well. I must say the food was delicious from the appetizers we all shared from the dishes we ordered. No one ordered pizza but everyone was satisfied with their burger, chicken, chicken sandwiches and salads. Not sure how the other two locations are, but I will definitely be back at the West loop location as the customer service overall was excellent. I truly recommend this restaurant as you won't be disappointed at all.

Love Parlor Pizza. This experience the hostess was not accommodating and did not honor the original reservation request for seating area; asked to sit in an area that ultimately went unaccommodated. Server was fantastic and helped make a great afternoon. Hostess dropped the ball and needs to learn hospitality 101. See you soon.

Went on a Sunday for brunch and had a friend in town with kids, so had limited options, but Parlor was our best bet. Walked in and was able to get seated about 10 minutes before the reservation (inside was pretty empty). Had good service, the food was good - albeit, a bit pricey for what it was. Ambience was great. Overall, it was solid and would go back again.

I love any of the Parlor locations. the pizza is incredibly flavorful, I love the assortment of ingredients they use in combination, and the names are very clever. This time the only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars was because it came out unnecessarily quick. I appreciate that we weren't waiting too long but I was surprised that it came out in under 5 minutes.

Server was attentive and service in general was good. I was just surprised that the build your own pizza was 16 dollars flat then it was additional for every single ingredient including the cheese. Other than that, drinks and food were good.

Parlor was pretty fun, we brought a dog and some of the employees even gave him treats which was so cute! The server checked on us a couple of times place wasn’t jaw dropping but still fun.

Been wanting to come here for a while and loved the vibes! Wish the waitress came around more often since we were offered help from busboys , other waiters, and the manager at times. But overall great experience! Surprised to see so many business professionals for happy hour there on a Wednesday!

Food was good. My only complaint was that everyone from your party has to be there before you can sit down. The bouncer was rude while I was waiting in line. Fun place to go with friends nonetheless.
