Amazing food and amazing service!
Good menu selection.
Our waiter was attentive but never did I feel that he was rushing us.
Our food selection were attractive and yummy!
Great waiter - loved our lamb - thought the trio was good except the pork belly was very dry and poor and steak was just ok ! Love the blue cheese wedge - candles should have been lit on all tables and fans or misters for heat - but will be back - little things to make it a tad more comfortable is my suggestion!
Delightful brunch. So many choices from lunch, brunch and full dinner menu. Ken was always pleasant, available but never hovering.
Food is always consistent - George is a fabulous waiter and always treats us like family. We enjoy our Sunday Brunches at Parkshore
Very overpriced and lazy offerings. Got the lobster pasta for $28 only to discover maybe half a lobster tails worth of meat and a large dish of pasta drenched in about a cup and a half of heavy cream. Who does that? When a chef resorts to copious amounts of fat to add flavor to the meal, they have lost their touch, not to mention lost their touch with what they think an average person can stomach. My significant other had a seafood saffron dish. Again, overly generous on the salt and over cooked fish. One of the saddest meals of my life. Such a shame that a beautiful location had such disappointing food.
Excellent dinner and service.
Nice marina view seating outside, excellent service, with a diverse menu selection! The Snapper was very good but the Grouper was excellent. The salted Carmel cheesecake was outstanding. This place has food and service far beyond its casual marina appearance!
Consistently excellent. A class dining experience. Certainly easy place to have a conversation.
Food and service WAS good, however, I couldn’t get past the dated decor and the funeral home music....not recommended for an anniversary celebrarion. Maybe I pay too much “attention to details”...
This was our first time to the Parkshore. Some of our party had seafood, others had steak. All were pleased with the quality and value. Service was excellent and ambience was great. This is a great restaurant!
Good food and service.
Lovely upscale restaurant. We booked a table but ended up going early and sat at the bar. Drew and Josh were professional and fun! We had great food lobster, raw oysters, and the black grouper special. Just a wonderful evening.
Everything about our experience was perfect! The food & the service, as always, was fabulous. Highly recommend! If you love exquisite cocktails, you need to try their Dali Muse - it is amazing!
Excellent and discrete service, delicious fresh seafood.
Another great lunch inside (too hot outside) at the Parkshore Grill. We had the lunch tri-special: salad, chicken pot pie and grouper sandwich (with fries). Amazingly delicious! Each component was outstanding. Best grouper sandwich we had anywhere in town. Server was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly. A favorite spot. Will return.
We dined al fresco at Parkshore prior to our visit to the MFA across the street and the Dali Museum down the road. Being a warm day, indoor seating was quite full, but there was enough of a breeze that we decided to dine outdoors.
Server was prompt and friendly, taking extra care to make our preteen daughters comfortable with the menu. All dishes were perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. Portion sizes, even for the "Parkshore picnic" prix fixe, were just right. (Parkshore salad ... amazing!)
We used the valet parking, which was $6 after validation from the restaurant.
We'll be back next time we're in St. Pete!
After seeing the great reviews, we were looking forward to this restaurant
but were very disappointed. The waiter was attentive but rather indifferent
and our Entree question was not answered in a realistic fashion.
Our "Salmon Toro" appetizer was very good but the kitchen was trying to bring
our Salads when we barely started eating. When asked about the Beef Wellington,
our waiter assured us that the pastry was crispy, cooked to order and excellent.
Unfortunately, the pastry was mushy and the steak came raw. On the second try,
the steak was okay, but overcooked in places. I cannot recommend this
eatery as it is basically mediocre at best.
Food was great and our waiter-Dakota did an outstanding job! Excellent service.
Wait for meal was a little long but well worth the wait. The food was excellent. All 4 of us had a different selection and each was memorable.
Great service by Kate and Ken
Well prepared and very good server
Father's Day was super special because if the food and service. It becsme a dining experience not just a meal. Thank you, Alex, fir making it special for us with your exceptional service. Will be back for sure.
Parkshore has been one of our favorites for many years. It never disappoints. Great menu - great quality food and always well trained, personable servers.
Ate outside. Good food and service.
“Scott@ was a pro & an outstanding restaurant “rep” & St Petersburg “ambassador”. Both patio dining for lunch and upscale dinner dining for dinner - we did BOTH - it’s that good!
Prime rib was Excellent. Service was great. My only negative was that when I made the on-line reservation, I requested a table for a special birthday. Upon arrival, booth seating was the only choice. The only table that was available for us was a table for 6-8, and we were a party of four. And, it was next to the kichen, a bit noisy. We accepted because we had no other choices except for a booth. They had a few large parties that took most of the table seatings, which I feel should have been communicated to me prior to my arrival. The smaller table could have made my birthday more enjoyab!e.
Back again just to have the Scallop entree which was succulent as usual.
At 5:40 PM on a Sunday, the restaurant was so noisy with loud music and patrons that my husband and I retreated to the outdoors dining area despite the extreme humidity. It was much more pleasant being outside. We asked the hostess to turn the music down but she did not. It was obvious she considered us to be old folks and not worthy of her consideration. My pork chop was very good, but my husband's Beef Wellington was very rare despite his request for medium temperature. When it was returned, it was properly done. The waiter sorta apologized, but not much. The person who returned the Beef Wellington did wait to make sure my husband was satisfied, but never apologized for their error. I was nearly finished with my meal by the time he got his entree returned.
We have been to this restaurant at least 5 times in the last few years. This was our most disappointing experience.
Great location, OUTSTANDING service, nice menu selection. Downtown St. Petersburg has a lot of dining choices and this one is definitely recommended.
We eat here regularly and love their fair pricing and consistency. They have the best filet mignon for the price in Pete! It is always excellently cooked; for sides, we love the mac and cheese and sweet potato puree. All of the servers are great , especially Laura. This is a great spot for dining for a date, special occasion or larger group. Excellent, consistent local spot - just the right balance of fancy and casual. We will be back as usual!
We went for our Anniversary. We ordered a filet and a sirloin both cooked to perfection. Elderberry cocktail was superb. could have had a little better local beer selection however. We ordered mashed potatoes and sprouts which were perfect to share. We will be back!
Excellent service and the chef special was wonderful!
Had the scallops, which were mediocre at best. Having had great scallops elsewhere, I made sure I asked our waiter if they were dry scallops or ones soaked in brine. He didn’t know, which was a bad sign, but asked the kitchen and came back to tell me they were the dry type, which are the best and are my preference. They had a strange after taste and were a bit salty, which led me to think maybe they were the wet scallops. Also, hey were served in a plate that had some kind of light creamy sauce that the scallops and spinach were soaking in. The spinach had excessive bacon in it and was also too salty. I will not be going back despite other good reviews.
The food was not worth the price. The Wellington dough tasted like it was frozen not fresh made dough. My grandma was very upset because she was really looking forward to it and it was a major let down for her.
The grouper special (macadamia crusted) was outstanding, the attentive service by "Joe" was even better. Truly St. Pete's finest dining experience.
Overall, it was an ok evening. Our 4 top booth seating was really a 3 top since one side had an air duct vent, so the wall took up about 1/3 of the bench seat. Service was fair, at best. Food not bad, but I've had better $400 Dinners.
Parkshore Grill is one of those places that gets better with age. I have gone there often over the years, and the menu and ambience are terrific! Having brunch was something new, and I am so happy that I tried choices from this menu. The food arrived as ordered, hot and fragrant. I am looking forward to trying something new next time, and there WILL be a "next time!"
Delicious fresh offerings with complex, balanced flavors. Excellent service. Lovely atmosphere in beautiful upscale community. Highly recommend. Delightful.
Perfect service, seating was excellent, food was superb
