View Private Dining DetailsOur food was yummy—fried brussel sprouts, smoked salmon dip, beet salad with steak, trout... Everything wasn’t fresh & delicious. Will definitely add this to the list of regular places to eat.
Wonderful experience! Everything was on point
Food was delicious. The service was great. Mick did a fine job.
Server seemed unknowledgeable about menu and ingredients. Service was slow and items were incorrectly identified on cheese plate. We found out the bottle of wine we ordered was sold out 15-20 minutes AFTER we ordered it.
This is one of our favorite restaurants & we brought his sister here for the first time to celebrate her birthday. We were disappointed that Parker’s didn’t shine like it has for us in the past.
We are new residents of Decatur, and this was our 3rd time at this restaurant. Great survice, great food prep, nice wine, and value for the price.
Wonderful buffet; perfect for Easter dinner!
Great food, good customer service. Nice atmosphere, but no on site parking, only public parking lots that average $10
The Easter Brunch exceeded our expectations. The food was outstanding, and the service was good.
I've always wanted to try the Parkers Sunday brunch. The wait was not a let down as the food was amazing. The server was very nice though could have been better with bringing plates and clearing plates, which is the only job for a self-service buffet. They seemed to run of plates too.
The prime rib, bacon, sausage gravy and so many other things were outstanding. Surprised at the 20% preset tip for a buffett where there isn't much in the form of service in the front of house. Also, it was a bit pricey for our 13 and 14 year olds who ate very little but still were charged about $108 for some French toast and fried chicken. It may be nice to have ala-carte options for kids. I wouldn't bring older than 12 unless they are going to eat like an adult. 12 and under is $15 and quite reasonable
Definitely want to try again without the kids.
Easter brunch. The food was good, but the temperature of the food was inconsistent. Good variety of foods to choose from and the fried chicken was fantastic!
Brunch at Parker's is always special because they only do it three times a year. Easter Brunch 2018 was fantastic! The food selection ranged from traditional breakfast items to traditional lunch items - all of which lend themselves to mix and match on several trips to the different buffet sections. There were some specials thrown in: carving station, omelette station, an assortment of cakes and pudding. Parker's well-know emphases on food freshness & quality and attentive service was evident throughout our time there.
Made my reservation but sat at the bar. Great service. T-bone and lobster tails were perfect.
I really enjoyed my dining. I had a NY Strip steak that was simply delicious. It was cooked to perfection with great flavor. I also loved the house salad and rolls. We made reservations and were seated within designated time. Great experience.
We celebrated me and my husband and mother and father's anniversary at Parkers on Ponce. The food and service was absolutely delicious. The ambiance was good and the customer service was awesome. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.
My wife and I met another couple who we had been hoping to get together with. Everything at Parker's was superb. My wife and I had some paleo needs and they accomodated us perfectly. We ordered steaks and they were beyond incredible. My friend ordered the rack of lamb and it too was amazing. Service was totally professional and we can't wait to return.
Excellent steaks and all the rest of the food delicious- Good service without a bunch of hype- really nice restaurant and good value for special occasion meal
Amazing place to eat. Very nice staff and excellent if you want a steak. Yes it costs a bit more but totally worth it. I would recommend the blue cheese stuffed dates wrapped in bacon as an appetizer. Wine was reasonably priced and very good. I would go back and eat there again.
Interior needs updating. The menu was outrageously expensive for even nice dining- the variety of food offerings scant. They need to update their menu from the beef laden offerings; fewer people are eating this way.The waiter was not attentive and had to be summoned throughout with excuses for not having been over-it was a slim crowd -he was old enough to be seasoned or know better. We went for the piano bar and it was nice. We won't be back.
Enjoyed the overall dining experience.
Great place to celebrate my husband’s birthday.
Jen- our waitress was fantastic! Food was delicious from salad to desert, piano player was awesome!
Mick was outstanding! Management and the staff made our anniversary extra special.
This is one of my most favorite Atlanta restaurants. It's my "go-to" restaurant for dinner out, a special occasion, a weekend dinner with friends, and attending a private party for a friend's 50th birthday. A truly terrific restaurant.
I had a wedge salad. It was made with romaine lettuce. I think it should have been made with iceberg lettuce. Parking is a problem. It would be nice if you had valet parking.
I would recommend the restaurant for steaks.
I have been here with parties of 2 to 30 and the service, atmosphere and exceptional quality of food is spectacular. We were able to talk to each other. This is the best steak and seafood I have enjoyed in Atlanta/Decaturr.
We had excellent service and the food was delicious.
Exceptional food and atmosphere with impeccable service. And Kenny Banks, Jr. is one of the best piano players I have ever heard!
Everything I hoped for and expected! Food and service were great!
Birthday dinner for MIL. Great atmis
This was my first experience at Parker’s. I really enjoyed it and I will be back.
The food at Parker's was spot-on and so were the crafted cocktails. We had a fabulous server and a wonderful birthday dinner for my husband.
I enjoyed everything about the service.
We were seated in the side room with absolutely everyone else, while the rest of the restaurant was empty. There were at least three servers, so staff was not the reason for putting every guest in the same room. It was very loud and difficult to have a conversation. Our waiter also spoke very loudly, so that added to the issue. The food was good. I think if we had been seated in the inner dining room, it would have been a much better experience.
Very good!
Parker's on Ponce has gotten even better than it was before. The food was excellent, so was the service. After our meal we joked in the car that they should change the name to Parker's on POINT!
Parker On Ponce was awesome. The food was great. The service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was just right.
Basic steakhouse, nothing spectacular. I didn’t like to wait considering I made reservations, but the server was attentive and nice. Drinks were great! Steak over cooked( well done) , even though I requested medium well. The crabcakes were tasty.
Our bartender Wendy was great (sat at bar before 8:30 reservation). Our waiter, Danny was full of energy, very attentive and made sure we were taken care of.
Parker's on Ponce is a fantastic place for a really nice romantic date. The lighting is low and the piano music in the background is a great ambiance. Freddy, our server, was easy to talk to and an expert on the menu. The food was probably the best part, though. My wife and I shared the grilled octopus as an appetizer, which was the best I have ever had. Then, she had the USDA Prime Grade Filet with herb butter, mashed potatoes, and fried Brussel sprouts while I had the Prime Grade ribeye with broccoli and black truffle mac n' cheese. For dessert, we split the creme brulee. Everything was delicious. The only negative thing I could say about Parker's is that the complimentary bread and olive oil was just OK, nothing spectacular. Also, it is difficult to find parking around there so be sure to allow some extra time if you've made a reservation.
Go here. You won't be disappointed.
Filet, salad and potatoes were excellent! I hate it when the review requires more characters
