We asked for a cup of coffee with cream. The coffee came a half and hour later and it was "cool". There was no cream. It took 20 minutes for the cream to come. The coffee was now cold and we had to ask for coffee. The rolls came and they were not warm or any better. The dinner came and the mashed potatoes tasted like bad out of a box of potato flakes, the asparagus were like trees and the steak covered with sub par sauce. We ordered dessert (what were we thinking?). The flan with "berries" was a small dish with a 1/2 an inch of custard and the top was burnt. There were "two" berries on top and we ended our meal with a taste of burnt sugar on our tongues. We have been to Place on Ponce many times and this was an extremely expensive disappointment!!!

A few days ago I dined at Parkers and it was amazing. Sarah was our server. Couldn't have been more pleased, she's outstanding. In fact I thought it might be a new go to in the neighborhood. So much so that I went back today (3 days later). Hannah was our server and again the service she provided was great. I requested a table close to the wall and was told the table was reserved. Soon after a gentleman was seated there bc he asked for his table to be moved from another area in the restaurant. He was not the person for whom the table was supposedly reserved. He did not like the table and was moved again. Another couple was then seated at the table I'd asked for. This was an easy fix. We could have been offered another table by the wall which was not occupied. We were not. At this point the host was simply unwilling to solve a very simple request. We decided to leave. The manager arrived to tell us the food was ready and did we want to take it to go. Why on earth would I pay to take food out when the purpose was to have a dining experience in the restaurant?? Again, no solve offered. When we were leaving, the host and manager were huddled at the host stand obviously talking about us. And as we left, they looked and stared. No Thank you for coming in... we hope you come back and try again. Nothing. For the record it should never be forgotten that dining at any restaurant is a choice of the consumer and a returning customer is yet a nod to the restaurant. How disappointing. Customer service is an integral part of operating a business. In short, please do better. We’d love to return.

Overall, we had a nice post-graduation lunch at Parkers on Ponce. Our waitperson, Sarah was top notch. She was attentive and made sure we were well-taken care of. The only shortcoming was that the food took a long time to get out to us. Admittedly, we were a table of 12 so there were alot of plates to manage, but two of the guests had ordered their food an hour earlier because they had to leave early. We were there for a total of 3 hours. We had to feed the meter for our cars because our parking tickets had expired. We are thankful they could accommodate us, but three hours was somewhat excessive.

We actually go here quite often because the service and food is so good. The only thing about this one last time we ordered the prime rib and end up getting the prime ribeye which is way more than what we normally get. So I'm waiting to see how management handles this. But they are always awesome. We travel all the way from Conyers. Yes, looking forward to going back.

We had a 11:45a reservation on Saturday . Our server clearly didn’t enjoy his job or felt since gratuity was included he did not have to provide quality of service . Beverage service took over 20 minutes and he forgot straws so our kids had to wait another 5 minutes until someone came with the appetizers for us to ask them for straws. After we ordered the server did not take our menus , never asked how the food tasted once is arrived , asked for refills on drinks or another round . My mother was celebrating her birthday and mothers day and what we wanted to be a special occasion was a complete fail. On a scale of 1-10 The lamb chops - 5. Which was a huge disappointment because my mother said we should have taken her to Longhorn Trout -3 My salmon club was a 8 but the Mac and cheese was a 4 Kids meals were good but the order came after all the adults food and we’re the hottest In temperature Ribeye -9

Don't waste you time and money. The service was terrible. Took 40 minutes to get a cocktail after we were sat. In fact we ordered the drink with an apitizer and the appitizer came out first and we didn't even have water yet. As for hte food I orderedthe Osso Buco at what I considred a fair price if done corectly. It was dry and under cooked. My son ordered the fish and it was dry and chewy. Be warned

We dined here for both our wedding anniversary and to get the Prime Rib Special the 1st Sunday of the month. The guys (husband and brother) got the Prime Rib Special and were pleased with their food. Since the salmon entree has gone up tremendously, I chose a salad along with a 4oz piece of salmon as my entree, which was very good and satisfying. We enjoyed a complimentary dessert of delicious bread pudding, and my brother-in-law enjoyed his creme brulee. Our wine choices were delicious as well. Carlos took excellent care of us during a very busy early evening at the restaurant with lots of groups dining for graduation and other special events.

I have visited this place a plethora of times and every time I visit it’s always a pleasure. The food is SO delicious, the service is amazing, and I just absolutely LOVE the atmosphere! It was a perfect day to sit out on the patio at Parker’s! I had a friend come in town for the weekend, we had the wagyu burgers which are our favorite. They even made a delicious mocktail for my friend who was pregnant. We love the Parker’s piano bar, but the patio was equally nice in good weather! Thank you!

Pretty good but many better steak options in Atlanta and restaurants in Decatur. Food was generally good but not anything special. The order of operations was strange -- announcing specials before drinks or chance to get bread or order apps. Then bread came after the apps. Finally the sides just were not hot but more warm (at best). Worth visiting if you want a nicer place in Decatur but its not like going to a Buckhead steakhouse.

My sorority sisters and I were celebrating our anniversary. The atmosphere, the waitstaff, and the host helped make this a wonderful day. The food was delicious and oh man the sides (ask for the brussel sprouts) were awesome! The mashed potatoes look like they're bland but they are loaded with flavor.
