We celebrated my sister’s birthday at Sunday lunch. This is something of a tradition with us. My adult sons joined us and there’s something delicious for everyone on the menu. The service was very good and the views are spectacular. We had a delightful celebration. Highly recommended for a special occasion and out-of -town visitors. Best view in Long Beach! .

Good menu selection. The calamari was tender even if the breading did not stay crisp. Our party of 4 was quite happy with the entrees and appetizers. But the creme brulee lacked a hard caramelized crust. That was disappointing even though the custard was quite nice, good flavor and not heavy.

We waited an hour for the waiters to come get our order and when I complained that he was late he never apologized. It took another hour to get our food. The fish was not tasty. The burger was raw when we ordered well-done. I don’t recommend this place.

Parking was a nightmare packed with a festival going on, our server forgot my appetizer order of sushi. Then I asked for the Seafood Linguine with marina sauce instead of the basil pesto the way it was on the menu, and it was soaked with marinara sauce. I asked to switch out the manila clams & shrimp and add more scallops. My friend had the dish as it was on the menu and had just as many scallops as I did with the shrimp & clams, they didn't seem to add anymore on my plate. It was one of our friend's birthdays we went there for, and had leave at a certain time we told our server when we sat down, and it was a BD. The server finally brought a brownie with a candle as we were leaving, and the BD gal had to leave, that was it didn't have time to eat it. Very disappointing evening here!

The view is lovely. The food is solid: everything tasted just fine but nothing was really special. Our waiter was really great and took really good care of us. Prices are higher than they should be given the food is perfectly fine but not great.
