We had a great dinner out on the patio. Our server was the best.. attentive and very on top of things. The Seafood Cobb was amazing! The mezcal limoncello margarita was too good. We had a great dinner and the ambiance, especially on a spring evening couldn’t have been better. Everything was clean and sanitized as well. Very happy to have a happy dining experience during these crazy Covid times.
It had been a while since I ate at Parker's Lighthouse, but my friends and I decided this was the perfect place for lunch. The four of us ordered the shrimp plate and it was great as usual. We recommend this dish.
The view was amazing and the food and service excellent.
Sadly, we found Parker’s Lighthouse to not be the same dining experience it was pre-COVID. Food was ok; one of our steaks was over cooked, which is not acceptable at the price point we’re paying. Sides were bland. Service was slow, especially from the bar. Definitely won’t be back.
Great food and excellent service!
If it weren't for the view, this place would get a much lower rating. We were seated and I opened up what I thought was a drink menu, only to discover it was actually the previous guest's check holder with signed receipts still in it. It made me wonder if our table had actually been properly cleaned and disinfected prior to our arrival. Our utensils were then placed directly onto our table, not on a napkin, not on a plate, but right on the table where the previous guest's check holder was left behind. When we were brought our appetizers (clam chowder & caesar salad) we weren't asked if we needed anything else (no freshly cracked pepper) and no one came to check on us. In fact - once we were brought our entrees, no one took our dirty dishes from our appetizers. We moved things around and stacked them ourselves to make more room on the table and they sat on the corner of our table for quite a bit. We were not offered refills until our glasses were already completely out and our empty glasses sat on the table. When we were leaving, we stopped at the restroom. Upon entering the restroom I noticed there were too many people in there at once so I waited outside the door. Once someone stepped out, I proceeded to walk in and was cut off by an employee of the restaurant who stormed in right in front of me and into one of the stalls. As I was washing my hands, I noticed the same employee wash her "finger tips" for about 5 seconds (not the recommended 20 seconds, I hope she wasn't preparing or serving food). On her way out she dropped her paper towel on the floor and left it in there (again she was an employee). Not the best experience. Will not be going back and will not recommend
The food was delicious! Had the salmon, lobster tail, clam chowder soup, steak, and oysters. ALL were delicious and great big portions! Plus the waterfront view was amazing. I also got the mango mojito which was not too sour or sweet, it was very refreshing!
It was great! Will definitely go back
Was a great spot for a date. I had an amazing time
Had a date with my wife and I chose Parker’s. Now that restaurants are partially open I thought this would be a great spot. We were seated immediately and drinks were at the table quickly. We ordered a king crab roll as an appetizer. It was mediocre at best. The rice was crunchy and the overall taste was dull. At $25 we should have returned it but we were hungry. As a side note, I don’t care what the price is, as long as the item is worth the price. In this case, it so wasn’t.
The rest of the meal was spectacular, my wife had the Chilean sea bass and it was cooked PERFECTLY! The outside had a nice crispy texture and the veggies served with it were wonderful. I had the Thai Curry Seafood dish and it was really good as well.
Bottom line, we’d go back in a heartbeat, just wouldn’t order the $25 crunchy roll!
Good experience. The waiter was attentive and the food was delicious
Great and fast service. Food was good. Definitely coming back again.
Considering the price, you would think they would be able to make a medium rare ribeye. The steak was well done, and charred . Mashed potatoes were bland and the asparagus was cold and unseasoned.
Food was great! View overlooking the water. Great for date night!
great service! food was delicious, not to mention the view 👏🏼🥂
Always a great experience!
Dined on outside patio. Beautiful view of the bay and Queen Mary ship. Tables spaced more than six feet apart. Attentive service without being too much. Had fish and chips. Fish was perfectly done. Batter was light and perfectly cooked. Whole experience was just perfect!
It was the perfect dining experience. Food was great, service was great, atmosphere was awesome!
It was wonderful... food always good and services excellent
Always delicious with an amazing view!
I took my mother here for her birthday celebration and we loved it!!! The food the drinks the service and the entire energy. Thank you!
A classic and go to for Long Beach oceanside dining. The good is very good in general. The lobster taquitos were a little bland. Seafood is always excellent. Steamers were great. Sourdough bread is great. Calamari awesome. Get the seafood Cobb but with the Caesar dressing. Shrimp brochette is awesome. Chowder fuggedaboutit.
I had never been here but would definitely come back ! Very romantic spot and the food is just as good as the whole place it self, thank you guys for the wonderful service.
The place is looking a little worn. Our server was either not well trained or had too many tables- long gaps from saying she would bring bread and actually bringing it; very long wait between asking for the wine list, getting the wine list, getting the wine glasses, and eventually coming back with the wine; then another long wait to come back to take our order. The only good thing was the food- very important obviously for a restaurant. But not worth the price when the other areas were so lacking.
Service was excellent, good parking and view of Queen Mary, cruise ships and harbor were good. Very relaxing outdoor dining. Food was hot, tasty and cooked to perfection. Coleslaw was great, not many restaurants can get it right. We had the luncheon menu that gave us a nice variety to choose from. We will be back to try other menu items. Highly recommend for good food, atmosphere and price.
I had the best experience I got engaged to my best friend and they treated us so well definitely going back
Very nice astomphere. Great service! Food was delicious even better than I remembered.
Alex our server was amazing and so gracious! Food was great and our children loved the view
Always a winner for Lunch. Great deck with terrific views and wonderful Bloody Marys
Mario was excellent and very professional, he was great. My problem was the table location we really wanted to sit by the sea.
Parking is a real drag. We almost got into a fight over parking.
Excellent food! Great time!
I really enjoyed my Easter Dinner at Parkers Lighthouse!
Server was great
I will come back and I recommend. The atmosphere was wonderful- Beautiful view, relaxing ambiance, professional and helpful staff, delicious food and drinks. I felt very safe and the restaurant was very clean. I can’t get over how delicious the food was! I had surf and turf and it was excellent.
Everything was great, particularly the ribeye...prime rib was a decent cut of meat
Everything about the experience was fantastic 😊 The food and ambiance are amazing - my seafood curry was delicious and the portion size huge while the view of the bay and Queen Mary was beautiful. Our whole family loved their appetizers, soups/salads and entrees, and our server, Alexandria, definitely deserves a 10! What a friendly, knowledgeable young woman 😊 Parker's Lighthouse at Shoreline Village has always been a family favorite - it never disappoints!
This was my first time dining at Parkers’ Lighthouse, and my family & I couldn’t have been more pleased with our overall dining experience. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and we were seated promptly. The only complaint I have is the fact that we were not seated outside. I was looking forward to the beautiful waterfront view, but when we checked in, the hostess told us that they weren’t taking requests on seating. However, we were seated right away on the second floor level, right by a window, and it was perfect. I’m hoping we could experience the outdoor seating on our next visit.
Great ambiance and food. All staff was nice, helpful and professional.
They have great food, and the staff is attentive, and
most important the bathrooms are clean.
Food was delicious but the views were awesome!
