   Parker’s is one of my favorite restaurants and I have been here countless times. Yesterday’s visit was the worst as far as the service. I forgot the young man’s name. Although he was pleasant, he was extremely SLOW and a lot of our needs were not met…from getting bread…to our complaint about the fish being mostly batter and hardly any fish…to getting us toothpicks (we never got it)…and finally to the amount of time for him to bring our check to us. We almost walked out to the front desk to settle our bill because I had a flight to catch. We were there 2.5 hours, mostly due to the waiting we had to do. I had to pay about $10 extra for parking even though it was validated parking. As far as the kids’ fish and chips, he said he was going to talk to the chef about it but nothing was done. They should have taken it out of our check. I will still come to this restaurant because of the view and of my past positive experience, but will remember to ask for a different server if they ever assign this server to us.

   Great bow of the Queen Mary and bay. Food was very good and service as well. I would definitely return.

   We had dinner on Saturday and our server was Laura, she was amazing and the food was spectacular.

   The ambiance, service, and food at Parker's Lighthouse are excellent! But warning -- parking can be very challenging! I used Valet Parking. They charged $10 (and I gave a $2 tip) and it ended up costing less than if I would have parked myself. Many other people in my group had to park far away.

   Very nice ambiance though the acoustics in the main area is a bit loud for us over 75 crowd. Food very good. Beautiful facility with excellent views of the harbor. Prices a bit high but not overly so. Great service.

   My husband took me here for my 75th birthday. Travis, our server, made our entire experience delightful. He was helpful on food and drink selections. I had the lobster tail with mashed potatoes and vegetables. My husband had the ribeye steak with mashed potatoes and asparagus. Both dishes were excellently prepared. We started with complimentary champagne from our server & ordered wine to go with our entrees and ended with crème brûlée for my birthday dessert. It was a wonderful birthday meal.

    Our experience at this restaurant was memorable! My wife and I went there for Mothers Day. About 5 minutes from entering the restaurant, we knew that we have made the right choice for the occasion. The food was of high quality and the service in general was superb. I strongly recommend this restaurant if you are on the Long Beach área.
