We waited 50 minutes to get our food...and we it came it was cold. When I told the waitress it was a problem, she told me "what do you want me to do????". The restaurant wasn't even that busy.

We were welcomed quickly. Received a table quickly with a good view. Ordered food then had to wait over 30 minutes for the food that was cold. Had to wave waitress down and inquire about food. All we were told was 'it was coming'!

We loved the swordfish and the crabcakes. My wife said the swordfish was one of the best she's ever tasted. Nice ambiance. A little pricey but worth it.

It was great except the table across from us wanted the shades closed until after sunset and we requested a window seat. So that was unfortunate.

Meal at Parker’s Lighthouse was very enjoyable, but the experience when leaving the lot soured it. Very inefficient parking booths/attendants at exit with long lines leading to being two (2) min. over validated parking and parking fee doubled. I think the backup also gets worse since every driver in front of me was also likely complaining about having to pay any additional money after having spent $ at local businesses in the shoreline village.

I made reservations for Valentine's Day 2-3 weeks in advance to my surprise I was taken to a table outside in the cold w/heat lamps. I heard another customer ask for a table inside only to be told they would have to wait another 30min which was ridiculous. You should of at least be offered the choice to dine inside or outside.

Our Valentine's experience at Parker's was A-mazing. My wife & I have lived in Long Beach for over 20 years & this was our first time there. i took my wife for Valentine's and she was very pleased! Everything was perfect! The view of the LB Pike and marina was gorgeous, the food exquisite, and our server "Sam" was delightful. She was attentive and friendly. Most importantly, the restaurant was quiet enough to have a sweet intimate conversation with your Valentine. In fact, there weren't any TV's, loud music or DJ's to distract from being completely present to enjoy the food, and your company. We really enjoyed this experience, and would recommend Parker's Lighthouse to our friends & family. Next, we will try the Queen's Terrace Steakhouse. Thank you Parker's!

Food was good and prepared as ordered. Server was outstanding and very attentive. Felt the price fix menu was a little expensive. But you don't go to this restaurant if price is a factor.

It's pretty disappointing that we were not made aware of the special Valentines Day menu. We were looking forward to ordering from the regular menu. It should have stated that there was a different menu for that day when we placed the reservation.

Everyone was very professional about serving their customers. I went on Valentines Day and THEIR MENU IS DIFFERENT. (Make sure you call on the day of or if you decide to make a reservation in advance; and ask them if they will have a different kind of menu on that specific day) Such a blast! And definitely a great place to have a date with your significant other! Food was outstanding! It is pricey but well worth it!

Given the location and ambiance, I feel the host could have suggested a more private seating for my husband and I versus sitting us between loud large parties of people. Food portion a bit too small for the price.

The view of the harbor, the waterfront and the Queen Mary are the main reasons for going here. The food is very ordinary and not a particularly good value. Our server was excellent, however, and the warm sunny day made the whole experience a pleasant and positive one. Recommended for the view.

Have been here a couple of times in the past, great experiences.
However not this time.
Decided to bring some friends that had never been before. made a reservation for 6:30 was seated "on the patio", meaning as far as possible away from kitchen, bar, and on patio furniture.
Took 15 min before anyone came to table, then brief visit to ask about drinks, then 20 min for 3 of our drinks, the wrong draft beer was delivered 3 times and that took 20 min.
Finally we order meals more delays and now we have been there 1 hour and no food. Have to ask for bread.
Meals come and the food is fine but trying to get water refills, or more drinks was wasted effort.
2 hours and a $263 bill, yeah, will not be visoting again anytime soon and our guests not impressed at all.
To bad, missed opportunity.

This is the perfect place for a special occasion. I't s a little on the pricey side for every day dining but certainly worth it if you are looking for something special and extra. the service was exemplary, our server was very sweet, professional and knowledgeable about the menu. They did have a child's menu, but it not really a place for kids in my opinion. More a cozy date location for birthdays, anniversaries. I would recommend a reservation and requesting a window table around sunset for an added bonus!

Always a great experience. We have been coming here for 30+ years and it never gets old. We had a friend in town for a visit and wanted to show her one of the great sites for good food and excellent views, and this restaurant couldn't have been a better choice. It has gotten a little pricey lately, but lunch is OK, same food, smaller portions, better prices.
