A welcome relief from most overcrowded and noisy restaurants. Reservations made on-line and we had no wait for a table when we arrived a little early. Good selection of seafood and other items. Everybody enjoyed their dinners and their deserts.

We had a business meeting. We were seated on the veranda. THe view was good and the service was good. It was a bit noisy but still quiet enough to have a discussion. The food was very tasty and well served.

We went to Parkers Lighthouse for our 28th Anniversary. We live about 10 minutes from there. We loved the view, the food and our server Casey was great!

One of our favorite spots although this visit wasn't as nice. Our server seemed overwhelmed and we had problems with our food and beverage orders. Still a great place and we look forward to another visit

Great food, excellent service and a real nice atmosphere. Elegant spot at the end of an otherwise touristy Pier.

This place is located on the waterfront in Long Beach with a view of the Queen Mary on one side and the small boat harbor and the Pike on the other. It is just a beautiful location. We ordered the French dip, a nice salad with vegetables and a piece of their key lime pie with a latte and a cappuccino, very traditional dishes very well prepared. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and our waiter was very responsive to our requests. There are no issues with accessibility with an easy walk from the parking lot into the restaurant. My only issue is that the restrooms are upstairs and down a long corridor that slopes - there is a handrail but it is a long walk. Using OpenTable makes reservations quite simple

This was my second time here and this experience wasn't nearly a good as the first. Our server was unfriendly and ill-attentive. She brought the soups my friends ordered but failed to bring my salad. They were nearly finished when I stopped her to inquire about it. "Let me check" was the response, without apology. Almost immediately after I finally got it, the dinner arrived.
For the cost, I'd rather dine elsewhere and recieve better treatment. The best thing going for the place is the view.

We went to Parker’s Lighthouse for New Year’s Eve with a party of 6. They sat us at a round table close to some windows. The round table (v.s. a rectangular one) was in a perfect location to talk with one another & to see both sets of fireworks (9 pm & midnight)!! Everyone loved the special NYE menu except for the main course that I ordered. The Steak meal & scallops meals were delicious but I picked the Lobster with pasta & it was a macaroni with thin lobster sauce but no pieces of lobster at all. Not worth the $$ compared to the other choices. Other than that our evening was fabulous! We could see the fireworks, could hear one another and the price of $65 pp was very reasonable for appetizers, main course & delicious desserts choices! I should have ordered something else. Thx for a fun evening!

This was my frist time at Parkers Lighthouse. The food is amazing and I would like to go back sometime. It was really nice sitting outside in the patio with the pretty view, especially since it was New years Eve and fireworks went off while we were eating and were visible from where we were sitting. Perfect for date nights/holidays/special occasions.

We had reservations for New Year’s Eve for a party of 4 adults and 2. Hildreth At 6:15. The service was slow but was expected on our part due to New Years. Our waiter was nice but did not check back with us but every 20 min or so. Children’s food came out within the first 35 min or so, but our food took over 1h45min to receive our main dish, and was told they lost our ticket in the kitchen. Desert was another 35 min after we were finished eating dinner with the same excuse. Bottom line was food was good, but horrible service. We were given 20% off our meal and a free round of drinks. Too little too late, a bad experience, and we will not be going back.

Our initial arrival was greeted by excellent employees. Very friendly! The seating, and food was great. Our server from the bar was excellent, very professional. Our waitress Christy was very nice and professional. An anniversary desert was a surprise, and delicious. The outdoor dining was awesome, and comfortable. All in all, it was a great experience. I've been there in the past, but it was my husbands first time. Thank you so much for our pleasant experience. Tawnee and Wayne Crewl.

Maybe they were short on staff but our server was just not around once she took our order. Ordered an item on the menu that was never brought just to find out they didn't have it. Interesting after the server took our order and didn't say nothing of it.

I dined at Parkers Lighthouse to celebrate the holidays. The menu selection seemed to be very well put together. I ordered the crab-stuffed shrimp. My food arrived warm but the taste was lackluster. Very salty and not much left to the imagination. It had some sort of sauce but not enough of it truly tastes exactly what it was. If I had to guess it was some type of lemon butter. If I was to ever return to Parkers Lighthouse. I would definitely be ordering steak or maybe chicken. There are other options out there that are more worth the cost of the meal I had. On the positive side the view of the ocean was gorgeous.

Beautiful views and great ambiance. The service was excellent. My only complaint is that the food was a bit cold and took quite some time to arrive to our table. However, this is usually never the case when we visit here. Overall, a nice place to celebrate special occasions or have a romantic dinner.

We had a wonderful time! Initially upon being served our meals, I'd expected the volume of food to be greater, given what the prices were. However, The food was delicious, and once we'd begun to eat, the price was not such a disappointment. Were the fantastic food not enough, our server Greg was outstanding, and really brought the entire experience over the top! We will definitely be going again.

It was nice that they called to confirm my reservation the day before. However, I should have been the one confirming the reservation with THEM. When we arrived they told us it would be a few minutes and to please take a buzzer and they'd let us know when our table would be ready. I had to ASK if there was a bar area where we could wait. It took 20 minutes to place drinks order in the half empty bar.
The waitress was nice and helpful.
The crab cakes had too much bread filler. They were mushy and unappetizing. I didn't want to cause a scene with the other 5 guests at the table who seemed to enjoy their dinners.
