I have heard great things about this place and made reservations over the weekend. I was surprised that when the entire party showed one of the hostesses kept asking, "you remember where the table is right" because I had arrived earlier and seen the table. Simply taking us to the table should have been a simple task, but she turned back and I lead everyone to the table. It felt unprofessional to even ask this even when I acknowledged I needed her to show us. Then the first food item was bread and butter. Before anyone touched it the bread had hair on it AND the butter had hair in it. The waitress was very kind and thoughtful but I had hoped for a manager to apologize or for someone to have offered a courtesy or dessert. A restaurant like this having hair in the butter was very odd. I wondered did they really take that seriously? The sushi was QUITE delicious and again we had a kind waitress, but the overall experience left me feeling unsure about this establishment. I'd be open to trying it again potentially.

Sean was our server and one of the best servers there is. So warm and welcoming and a pleasure to get to know. The food as always is excellent and the view is well, not needing an explanation. We’ve since left California but when we visit, we make a point to enjoy Parker’s. The front desk staff makes you feel welcome from arrival to departure and it’s excellent in between. Thank you Parker’s for another truly wonderful dining experience.

It was very nice, cool view from the window. The waiter could be a bit more accomodating. we wanted to order just the lobster tail but he told us it can obly be served with a full course. Suggestion: just have lobster tail on the menu

Amazing service, very good food. Not everyone can afford a $50 PP lunch; my suggestion to the management/owners would be to make a menu with more affordable prices for lunch time, the place would be busting with customers, as in the old days.

Excellent service, from entering the restaurant, one of the ladies took me back to the inside tables & I was able to select a table to place a couple of gifts down, to go back outside to greet 2 friends that I hadn't seen in years. Waiter took excellent care of us. It was a quiet day, probably due to the week after Thanksgiving. The restaurant is always such a pleasant place to enjoy with the view & ambiance!

Our bill was over $300, at a *minimum* I’d expect the food to be hot. We were served cold turkey and mashed potatoes, and undercooked vegetables for Thanksgiving. The chocolate brownie dessert was barely edible. Awful experience.

Definitely I would recommend Parker’s Lighthouse. Being along the water was outstanding and eating dinner while overlooking the Queen Mary was spectacular. They have lots of outdoor heating lamps to warm you once the sun goes down. The restaurant is not cheap but the good food and atmosphere offset the cost in my opinion. Making a reservation at Opentable was hassle-free and the restaurant called to confirm we would be coming. The hostesses were friendly and accommodating. Great experience. Thank you for making Thanksgiving so special.

I love Parkers and have done Thanksgiving there several times before. Sadly, the turkey and trimmings on offer this year were far below par for what I've enjoyed there in previous years. Everything else, as per usual was enjoyable about my experience but I was completely underwhelmed by the cafeteria style meal. I will always recommend Parkers but never again for the Thanksgiving meal. I would tell anyone attending for that day to opt for one of the other meals on offer from that holiday menu.

As always- never disappointed with the dinner & service at Parker’s Lighthouse in Shoreline Village, Long Beach, CA. Excellent selection of both food & wine. Beautiful views of The Queen Mary & surrounding waterfront area. Our waitress Lindsay was most delightful and improved the whole evening’s experience.

After living in LB for 15 years we finally came out. The food was delicious and the service was good, and quick. Zero complainants, although next time I’ll ask to be seated somewhere on the top two floors for a better experience.

Terrible experience from the start. Hostess was extremely rude. Had a reservation at 5:30 and got there at 5:28 told us we had to wait 2 minutes because we were early and we said it’s in 2 minutes and she said yeah you can sit on the bench or something for 2 minutes and wait. So we thought that they were busy because we had to wait, when we were walking to our table the restaurant was empty. Maybe 7 tables in the whole restaurant if that. My husband got the garlic cheese bread burger with the lobster tail. Lobster was ok but the burger was nasty and dripping in grease could not even eat it, then when the server came back 20 minutes later we told him it was gross and he said oh I’m sorry you should have told me sooner. How were we supposed to tell you when you never came back then he said well if it was sooner we could have made you something different then he said sorry and took the full plate of food. I guess we should have gotten up and looked for him throughout the restaurant. Drinks took forever to get to our table. Overall a terrible restaurant. Not sure how it has so many good reviews.

The only issue that I can cite re our evening at this restaurant is that our server was very slow with our friend's ipa and again later with his cap. Also I had ordered octopus sushi and received sashimi. However, this turned out great for me because the sashimi was beyond excellent. So, other than these small issues it was a good experience

Food was delicious and service was impeccable. I had the mixed grill and clam chowder. My husband had the sesame tuna. We shared Crème brûlée for dessert. Everything was perfect. Ken was our server and did an amazing job of being attentive but not hovering. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Took my girlfriend here for her bday. The Place was awesome kaylee our waitress was very nice and sweet and beautiful. She was thoughtful in knowing it was my girls bday so I don’t have to request a lot of stuff and just asked cuz she was curious as to our visit there and it was good. I don’t regret it. It was expensive but it’s worth it for my woman.

Amazing spot been going to the queens view for a couple of years now and finally tried Parkers. Our waiter was excellent and the food amazing. Overall I recommend for a date night first date anniversaries etc.

Love to come here for fresh seafood. The views are terrific. We were in a back room and the older members of our group could hear easily (it might be louder in the main room). Order Garlic bread as an appetizer, it is one of a kind and delicious! My husband couldn’t decide on beer and the waitress offered samples to help him decide. Parking can be challenging and there is no valet so best to come early or at off times. All in all, a lovely evening.

Our table was ready for us right away and they had a note that it was to help celebrate our friends birthday. I had requested a table by a window and that was accommodated. Greeting was friendly and food was good. The price was a little steep but that’s just my personal opinion.
