Food was great, dessert had to be returned to be warmed up, but all good.
My husband and I were so looking forward to this restaurant. We were sooo disappointed. We reserved a table but didn't get seated for 30 mins. The girls at check in were inundated and didn't seem to know if they were coming or going. The food was terrible, overcooked seafood and undercooked rice. Salad had old lettuce and too much dressing. No oysters Rockefeller, boo.... we don't mind spending money on a great dinner but $120 for what we got was terrible. We did tip our servers very well, over 20% because they were fabulous. Very attentive, super sweet, knowledgeable, on top of their game, and worked well with each other. I know It was a busy weekend, but food should have still been better. Price doesn't change for crowds, neither should quality.
Hi, ToniA, I’m disappointed to hear that we fell short during your most recent visit with us. That's certainly not how we want our guests to walk away feeling. The weekends can be busy, but we try our best to ensure each guest has a positive dining experience. I would appreciate the opportunity to learn more about your reservation experience. Haven't been here in years and a bit disappointed this time. Food was okay - but my husband couldn't even eat his Fish & Chips (which he loves). My food was great. We were celebrating our 35th anniversary and I asked for a window table - although we got one it was very close to a long table full of loud talkers. Not the dinner I was hoping for. We may try again for lunch the next time.

Good food. Great atmosphere
The fish is always very fresh here and prepared very well. Parker's is on the water and at lunch the view was wonderful, watching the boats come and go.
this was my second experience at this restaurant. the service was very good... but unfortunately the food was again lackluster. when the manager checked in with our table, he was a little adversarial when we said the food was boring. I won't be back
This was a Long Beach favourite for us 18 months ago but not any more. Menu has been downgraded but poor quality of meals on offer was worse. Both steak and lobster were dry and tasteless. Crab cakes mushy and generic vegetables slopped on the plate. Immediately cancelled another upcoming reservation I had made. Off our go to list!

Food was very good. Excellent service.
Don't be turned off by how you are greeted once you get beyond the hostess you will feel welcome. Oh and make sure you all arrive at the same time or she will banish your guests (who arrived slightly early) to outside or the bar to wait for you.
We went to Parkers' Lighthouse on our last night in Long Beach and it was festive. We overlooked the water with a view of the Queen Mary. We started with the cheese bread - don't miss it! Then we split two Parker's special appetizers for six people. Entrees were fine all around. The grilled shrimp was super good.
Go see my comments on TripAdvisor I shall keep typing
They were very accommodating when we wanted to move tables after we were already seated and had our drinks to a more shaded table on the patio. Food was delicious although too much olive oil in the seafood scampi.
Yes, she ate the whole lobster.
It was New Year’s Eve...they passed out party favors and glasses of champagne...it was a blast...
The food & wine pairing was perfect!
We made reservations for NYE dinner. We were seated right away. The service was excellent. The food was excellent and the ambiance was wonderful.
Being diabetic I couldn't have the desert but the kind server brought me a bowl of fruit. Her personality and timing was also perfect!
Good food, nice atmosphere, and wonderful service. A very enjoyable evening.
Just the best place for a celebration
Well...everything was splendid but this lady get kept coughing and Influenza B is going on at the moment so I personally felt just a tad disgusted. Overall service and food is very good! 👍🏼
Nice food and great view of Queen Mary. Price and service are resonable!
We had a great time and the food was delicious. It was kid friendly but didn’t feel like we were at a family restaurant with the ambiance and atmosphere.
Thank you for being open on Christmas Eve. We always go out with friends for a tradition.
Missed "crab stuffed shrimp" on the menu, but fish and chips were great.
Thank you to staff for working Christmas Eve.
Parker's is our favorite restaurant in Long Beach.
Our group sat outside in the patio to enjoy the boats and lights from the Queen Mary after seeing the Nutcracker. The heaters were on, it was cozy. Waiter was amazing.
Met my family at PL to celebrate mom’s birthday! My mother can be quite fickle and enjoyed everything immensely. Our family really enjoyed our gathering at PL and will definitely be back!
Great casual spot, pretty scenery and great sushi!
Too noisy. It’s not a place for table conversation if you’re dining downstairs. The steakhouse upstairs is more conducive for a nice meal
Everything was very nice , Birthday you made it really special
Sat on the patio. Nice and warm and much more quiet than inside. Great pictures of the Queen Mary at night
We enjoyed our time at Parker’s Lighthouse.
Food was good except our requests for no cucumber in the sushi wasn’t fulfilled. Also, one guest was down to her last bite and had a hair in a sushi roll.
Service was good but the wait staff seemed to be lacking a wait assistant as we were always asking our waiter for water refills.
Can’t beat the location with views of the Queen Mary and the shoreline of Long Beach.
Watch out for parking costs even with validation.
I thought the food was okay. Not spectacular for the price we paid.
Outside seating. Great view of Queen Mary. Excellent service.
The food, as always, was excellent.
My family visits this restaurant often and we’ve never had a negative experience until recently. I scheduled a 3:30pm reservation for 4 on the patio for my grandparents joint birthday dinner. We arrived on time and were taken to a table off in the corner by the exit with no heater, no view and with plenty of empty tables around. We asked to move and were told the empty tables were reserved for 4pm reservations. Again we asked to be moved, they obliged. We enjoyed an hour long dinner, to our surprise, the surrounding tables remained empty for the entirety of our dinner and were still empty as we were leaving...
Our server, Edward, had excellent knowledge of the menu but was very rushed with our service. He gave barely enough time for my grandmother to browse the menu before returning again asking for her order a 3rd time.
As a celebratory dinner dedicated to my grandparents, I was very disappointed with the service we received. Treated as less than and rushed to leave. With a history in restaurant experience & dining, I expected better service because I would’ve have given better service.

The food at Parker's Lighthouse has been wonderful at every opportunity we've had to visit. Yesterday was no exception, but the occasion made it even more special. We were celebrating a double birthday - our 15 year old grandson and his #!% year old grandpa (my spouse). I mentioned the occasion when I made the reservation and the lunch could not have been more perfect. We sat outside overlooking the harbor (our grandson chose). The birthday boys had poke and fish and chips, and I had the fried shrimp (the best I've had in Southern California). The young man who served us was very attentive and pleasant. We had a wonderful, leisurely lunch. As we finished, we were presented with two birthday deserts, complete with candles for the birthday boys to blow out. Really the perfect end to a perfect afternoon. We all had a wonderful time and we will return - birthdays or not.
The food was delicious the only thing is we asked for the steak well done and it was very red
We had a wonderful dinner and birthday celebration. Our server was outstanding and we will certainly return.
The service was horrible. Waters not filled when empty. Server took our plates before we were done. Fish was horrible but, steaks were good.
Please accept my apologies that our service wasn’t up to our usual 5-star level when you dined with us. And while I am happy to hear you enjoyed the steaks, I’m disappointed to learn that your fish dishes weren’t enjoyed. I’d appreciate an opportunity to speak further with you. Food was good, kinda overpriced for the portion sizes of the plates. Service was wonderful and great views.
Second time I come here and the service is terrible. Angel was my server. He was terrible. Greg ended up replacing him. Greg was good. By the time Greg took over the damage was done. Waited forever for drinks, more bread and just to bring water to the table.
This was my second bad experience. I won't come back and I won't recommend you. In fact, I should write a review in Yelp so others don't have to have the same poor experience.
I don't know what happend with you guys. I've been coming here for years and suddenly you became terrible.
Hi, Paul. I want to sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with the service. Please know that I am speaking with my team about your feedback so that this doesn’t happen again.
