Great view, surprisingly reasonable given the outstanding location . We went early ~6pm on Friday, plenty of window seating. Wait staff excellent.

Too much MSG or something in all of our plates of food. Plus the shrimp and scallops were over cooked in the linguini. Had to send it back.

Made a reservation for Mother’s Day and requested outdoor seating with a view. When I arrived I was told the seating would be inside, I informed the hostess that I wanted outdoors and we had to wait a few minutes. Maybe 10 minutes total. When we were seated we were seated by a heating lap that was broken. We asked to move one table over and the manager declined because we had 4 people and that table sat 5. Really? Then the waiter comes over and there is a set menu for Mother’s Day. We wanted to order the lobster off the mother’s day menu and you guessed it! At 7pm on mother’s day, they were all out of lobsters. At this point we were over it. We aren’t going to pay a set price for food we don’t want, so we left. No one seemed to care the least bit that we weren’t happy with the service. It wasn’t the waiters, it was poor management. It was as if they were unprepared and unprofessional.

It is understood that mothers day is a busy holiday and service is usually not as great when restaurants are extremely busy, but the service was pretty atrocious. It took over 20 minutes to even be acknowledged after we were seated. We place our order right away when we were finally greeted by our waiter. It took about 15 - 20 minutes for our starter to come out (no complaint about this wait) but the soups were lukewarm. It was dropped off and no one ever came back to ask if everything was ok. About 10 minutes later, a manager (I'm assuming) comes over to notify us that there were no more lobster tails available. Again, understood that it's mothers day and the kitchen was probably slammed and ran out of food, but it was only about 8 P.M. at the time. The complaint isn't that the kitchen ran out of food though. The complain is really the manager's attitude towards us. When she came to notify us that there was no more lobster tail, it wasn't in an apologetic manner, it was more of an annoyance that we even ordered the lobster tail in the first place. She didn't even bring us menus so that we could choose something else. When we asked for a menu so we could see what our other options were, she came back with one menu for the three of us. When we asked for a minute to review the menu, it was again greeted with annoyance.

We ended up telling our waiter that we prefer not to continue our meal and that we would pay for what we've already been served. Turns out that we paid $50 for lukewarm soup.

If I knew that there was a set Mother’s Day menu, we would have gone somewhere else. The choices were varied, but we prefer others. Also, the noise level was horrendous! When dining, the music should be kept LOW. This is not a sports bar but ostensibly a fine dining restaurant. Service however was excellent!

Parker's Lighthouse is a great place for ambiance. It sits right on the water and has gorgeous views of the harbors and Queen Mary. There are 3 levels of dining, a beautiful 2-story wine cellar and outdoor seating with patio umbrellas and heaters, of course. My group sat on the pleasant patio. The food was good but overpriced. Our bill came to $207 for a party of 3 people and we didn't order drinks - just water. The service was friendly but understaffed so they forgot a few things. I would definitely return for the view or if I could score a table on the 2nd or 3rd floor.

This restaurant is a low value for the price. The lobster was chewy and we waited almost 45 minutes for our entree and another 45 minutes for our desert.Unacceptable delays for food, especially on Mother's Day when the menu is reduced to only 10 dishes and 3 desserts. Not recommended.

Unfortunately this restaurant seems to not care anymore. Service was bad from the minute we were seated. We didn’t meet our server for 10 minutes. He never inquired (he was supposed to find out about the sake menu) about the drink I wanted to order. My dinner was wrong. 2 others were raw. From the time we finally got to order until we were begging for the check, was 3 hours! A pre-fixe 3 course meal should never take 3 hours! Ridiculous. Not one apology, no “its really busy” ...6 tables around us were sat 2 times each in the time we were tortured.

Parker’s light house did not honor our reservation that I made 2 weeks prior and called the day before. Our reservation was for 1pm and they seated us at 1:40. The food was poor quality. The price was double the open table estimate.

I booked a reservation for Mother's Day Brunch, and I booked the reservation before the brunch was even confirmed...so well in advance. I've been to Parkers' Lighthouse before, but not for brunch, and I had high hopes. Unfortunately, the restaurant is not geared for brunch. We get there on time for our reservation, and the hostess says it might be a half hour for our table. The explanation: we are really busy. No kidding you're busy for Mother's Day brunch, but that's the point of us making a reservation. A separate family of 8 (we had 7 in our party) shows up saying they were 15 minutes late (which would have made their reservation for the exact same time as ours), and the hostess seats them? We ultimately took the outside seating so that we didn't have to wait so long. That was poor seating due to sun and heat, but whatever, I'm more just complaining because I was put off by the hostess. The server was nice, but this is unlimited Mamosas for brunch, so how does Parkers' Lighthouse handle? They serve a new glass of mamosas about every 45 minutes. Every other place I've been to, there a servers walking around with refills of champagne and orange juice. This would cut down on burning through so many serving dishes, which seemed to be an issue for these guys, because......they didn't have enough coffee cups to serve coffee at brunch! Ultimately, Parkers' Lighthouse is probably pretty good - just not a brunch place. And the hostess should not be telling us they're busy as to why they can't accomodate a reservation - that is purpose of a reservation. Anyways, new place next year.

had reservations for Mothers Day. Very crowded. Buffet was average. Food was OK, could have been hotter. Waitress seemed to be overwhelmed. Tables were very close, not enough room to move in and out without banging into the person behind you.

Treated my wife and two young children to a Mother’s Day brunch. The food selection that day was plentiful, flavorful, and a good variety to chose from. Our table’s server was, Laura. She was excellent. She was attentive to our needs, very professional, and checked on us often.

Our server was not attentive. The kitchen omitted the mashed potatoes that should have been included in my mother’s meal. My mother had to chase down our server to tell her. When she brought the side of mashed potatoes they were cold. The manager did comp some of the bill for the inconvenience. But horrible service on Mother’s Day.

We enjoyed our food immensely but it was quite obvious that the slice of cheesecake has diminished greatly! When we opened the box when we got home, we cldn't believe how small it was...length and width! And I still don't know what that topping was!? It looked like raisins, was expecting some strawberries like we've had in the past! And the "mojito" was nothing I ever had at Parkers! There two little chunks of mango, no mango syrup, and it tasted flat! Quite unlike anything I've ever had at Parkers! Our dinner and salad was delicious!

We all enjoyed our luncheon at Parker's Lighthouse. It is definitely one of our favorite outings. I have now convinced my husband that he and I need to plan a day for the two of us to visit and possibly be accompanied by his younger brother and his brother's wife to introduce them to the delights of dining on the terrace overlooking the Queen Mary.

We were celebrating my mother's 80th birthday, and she had a delightful time (I think we all did). We tried to request a seat outside at the last minute, but though that wasn't possible (which I completely understand) staff did try to accommodate our last minute request. In short, the staff did everything they could to make the special occasion as special as it needed to be--thank you all so much!

It was good. The calamari was not as good as it usually is so that was a little disappointing. Also, they don't use straws anymore, not even paper straws so if you have an issue with putting your lips on the glasses or if you want to drink a frozen beverage, you may not be too happy. But overall, still good. I'll still come back and support.

We got there early for our reservation. People who didn’t have reservations got seated first! And we waited over 30 minutes past our reservation time. There was a large insect in my son’s salad. The steak I ordered medium rare was literally cold, and extremely rare. We have eaten at Parker’s several times, sent them business for corporate events, and each time, the quality AND service get worse. Time to switch it up.
