The food was very delicious. We were there on a Monday night and the service was terrific.
A great neighborhood restaurant with a broad menu. Everything they do is done well. The bar area is especially nice. The chicken special on Monday, salmon, and meatloaf entrees were delicious. We will make it a regular place for us.
Not my first (or last) time to meet a business associate at Parkers. Although the menu isn't extensive -- it is varied and offers sufficient options -- and everything we've had has been great. Atmosphere is lively but not too noisy. The decorations are calming/homy with a horse racing theme -- but there is a level of sophistication throughout.
Our table was ready on time, the server was attentive, but not overbearing. The food was excellent.
Very nice waiter. Food was good
We travel down from Dayton occasionally for your brunch on Sunday, we love this place!
Love going to Parkers and sitting in the Bar listening to music. Food is always good. Service also very good. This time it seemed that the cocktail and beer pours were a little on the short size for the cost. Hope they correct that!
Went for early dinner no one was there had a room to ourselves service was some of the best service I ever had food was great, pretty good whiskey selection as well, will be back.
Great atmosphere with terrific service and food
We always enjoy Parkers my only disappointment was that the main seating area is not open on Sunday. The Bar area is nice but the main seating area is nicer. We will go back as we truly like Parkers and we hope to check out the new menu.
This is one of the best Sunday brunches in the city. I always overeat! A lot of variety. Great service. Relaxing & casual atmosphere.
We loved the cozy atmosphere, great food, and friendly service!
This was a big disappointment. Food was good, but the service that we received from our waitress, Shannon, was so bad that it ruined the whole experience. Maybe it was just a bad luck of the draw in terms of servers. Last time we were there the service was exceptional.
Good. Initial service in bar was slow after sat down
Tasty good excellent quality, large portion, good service, comfortable seating
Great food and service - always reliable
Good food and loved the bar atmosphere with the music.
Service was very slow
Swordfish was VERY fishy smelling and rubbery, steak was severely undercooked. Quality has consistently gone downhill over past year; will probably be our last visit there.
Parker’s is a large restaurant, but we were crammed in the back behind the fireplace. Absolutely nothing to see. Approximately 12 tables were in a small space. In addition, I put in my reservation that we were celebrating a birthday and I even mentioned it, but nothing.
Very friendly professional and accommodating from the host to the server. Food was very tasty. Highly recommend for all American comfort food.
Adjusted dishes to accommodate allergies. The server added to the dinners pleasure with her smile attentiveness and charm.
Had the best time with my best friend here. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Loved the nostalgic decor.... Food was very delicious.
Sunday Brunch is AMAZING! A very wide variety. There is something for everyone. It was all delicious. The omelette and waffle stations had so many options. The carved prime rib was delicious. It was a nice bonus to get a mimosa, bloody mary or glass of champagne with the brunch.
Staff was on it the whole time. We got there at 10:30 am, so it wasn't crowded. It did pick up after the 11 am hour. The food was tasty and plenty of it.
Great experience. The service was fantastic. The meal was spectacular. The best Brussels sprouts we have ever had!! The perfect way to end the week.
Great time with family celebrating my daughter's birthday
Great way to entertain out of town family before they left. Ambiance, service and food were top notch.
Parker’s is a nice casual dining experience for meeting up with friends. Little dark in the main Dining room. The bar area is fun with music on Friday nights but we opted for quiet but it still was hard to hear each other.
Salmon salad was perfect. Our waitress suggested medium well salmon so it would not be “slimy’”
Burger was good said our friends. Overall a good experience.
Suggest. More varied menu.
Good place to come for a bite and there are a lot of options. Nice place for a business dinner
This was not our first time to visit Parker’s and it won’t be our last. The food was good and we enjoyed the herb encrusted cod and the jambalaya. We did have a problem with the service provided by our waiter though. We had ordered salads with our meals and the entree was brought to the table without the salads or any mention of them. We asked about the salads and we told that he had forgotten the salads. The waiter then suggested that he could take our entrees back, bring us a salad, and then reheat our entrees. That suggestion was not going to work well for the cod and we told him so. Long pause from him, until I suggested that he remove the salads from our order. He apologized once again for his error and went about his business. I understand that this can happen particularly on a Saturday night, but when it has happened before there has always been an offer “to make it right” by providing a desert free our the wine...something. Nothing like that here. I would have rated this experience 5 stars if the service had matched the food. My opinion of Parker’s has always been 5 stars in the past.
I was disappointed that the occasion wasn’t acknowledged even though I indicated it when I made the reservation . We were also seated in the bar ? Area where the noise level was hard to compete with even though it didn’t seem extremely busy.
Second year here for our anniversary dinner first year was great had nice both quiet this year was out in the bar area which was loud which surprised me because I put it was a special occasion so not pleased with that. The Parker’s chopped salad had random ingredients such as green beans radishes and no green onion or red onion at all so a little disappointed and the dessert which I got cheesecake looked like it was just scraped from the pan also the asparagus was very hard with no seasoning very bland.overall experience was ok but not what I hoped for to celebrate our anniversary will not be visiting anytime soon.
Food was great! Eric is an outstanding server with a great personality! He really takes pride in his job and knows the menu to a tee.
Went for brunch. Food was very good seemed to be pre-packaged.
Our waitress was phenomenal. She did a great job taking care of us.
The prime rib was disappointing. Flavor was good, but cut was tough.
Went there because of restaurant week. Parker’s would not allow us to share the restaurant week meal. We’re not big eaters so the restaurant week menu was too much for one of us. Therefore we ordered from the regular menu and shared. Prime rib was 80% fat. The manager comp us on the entree and offered to give us something else. We declined. Didn’t want to be disappointed again. Music was great! Drinks were good. Not likely we’ll ever return there or recommend this restaurant.
We went to check out restaurant week. Staff was excellent, but the food was just passable and priced high. Will not return.
