Parker's Bistro es un encantador restaurante para 100 comensales ubicado en el centro de Sioux Falls. Parker's fue inaugurado en septiembre de 2009 y ha sido una importante incorporación a la experiencia del centro de la ciudad.     Beautiful restaurant with a moody yet comforting vibe. The ribeye was grilled to MR perfection and the Caesar salad was delicious. Dan, thank you for an enjoyable meal!

    Food was delicious. Started with a couple of Parker Martin’s, then shared the lamb chislic (the official Sputh Dakota nosh) and tinned fish appetizers, and the gazapacho with zucchini and quinoa for the main, paired with a bottle of Joseph Drouhin Chablis. And the service was very attentive. Would highly recommend.

    It is my wish that Parker's does another Wine and Food pairing. Last night was exquisite! The food and perfect pairing with wine made the flavors not only pop but also made the wine's notes come out in a different way than just sipping it. The service is always top-notch! We learned that the menu was created by the owner, but she is not a sommelier. You wouldn't know it based on last night's event. It was a wonderful, relaxing night out. :-)

    Our table was near the kitchen, which added to the noise and activity, but also some entertainment. Our server, Mercedes, was excellent and attentive at just the right times. Our meals were well prepared and presented. The house pasta and lamb chops were just as they should have been. One criticism, the cocktails from Myrtle’s bar were a bit slow in arriving. We’ll be back again. It was one of the top three dining experiences we have had in Sioux Falls.

    Wonderful bar! And delicious cocktails! Once seated for dinner, service was quite slow. Beautiful restaurant and great ambiance.

    We stopped by on the Passport of Cities and had a lovely Beruit meal. A local chef, Sanaa, explained what a dining experience in Lebanon would be like for us. Looking forward to more meals like this.

    Wonderful meal from a quiet table with a view allowing me to watch the Chef In action. Cocktails were fabulous and meal superb.
