Parker's Bistro is a quaint 100 seat restaurant located in downtown Sioux Falls. Opened in September of 09', Parker's has enjoyed being an important addition to the downtown experience. Our mission is to provide excellent food quality paired with exceptional drink and service. The food that Parker's produces is made from scratch in house. Parker's strives to utilize local organic ingredients with fresh fish flown in twice a week for the very popular weekly fish special. In addition, Parker's has an extensive wine and beer list as well as a full bar.

Outstanding food and superb service. It’s our go to spot when in Sioux Falls. Never a disappointment. The cocktails are so exquisite and high end. Never had a bad server either. They are well trained and the customer service is second to none. Best lavender Martini —lavender latte and oysters.

Pre-Covid, we thought this was an excellent restaurant. Now, we felt it was sub-par. The food was not what it used to be and the service suffered. Also, the menu options were extremely limited.

We visited on our anniversary and enjoyed every minute of it. The food was excellent and the service was great! Our food was very flavorful and filling. We will be going back! Also, we heard that they will be expanding and we assume that Parker’s Bistro will be even better…..

The food and presentation was very good. The waitstaff was very efficient. Unfortunately, the number of requested items (mainly beverages) that required the waitstaff to return to the table to inform us of an out of stock became sad but laughable.

I have never been disappointed at Parkers. We like to sit at the bar where it’s fun to watch the kitchen at work. We had the duck and it was amazing! Some may think it’s pricey but I think worth every penny and actually reasonable compared to larger cities. Definitely my first choice in Sioux Falls!

I have been to Parker’s many times. This particular visit we sat up front by the kitchen. It is loud there. The food was very good but a bit salty. The drinks there are very well done. The service was impeccable. I wish there was a bit more variety in the menu and the entree prices were a bit lower. All stated it is a very good place to go for dinner

I was in town for business and opted to sit at the bar. All of the staff were very friendly and hospitable. I started with Prince Edward Island oysters; they were shucked super clean and served with a mignonette, horseradish and lemon wedges. My duck entree with root vegetables, pickled blackberries and blackberry sauce was so beautiful I had to take a photo of it {and tasty}. Quite possibly one of my top duck dishes ever!

Went there for our anniversary and no one even told us “Happy Anniversary”. There was water on the floor by our table that we’re pretty sure the waiter spilled when pouring it into our water glasses and it was running under the table and under my feet. Told the waiter about it and he blamed it on the old building. Then came back and wiped it up. Should not have had to even point this out. Luckily I didn’t get up from the table and slip. When our steak was served he got the orders mixed up. My husband ordered rare and I ordered medium. No bread was served even though there were small plates on the table. We ordered an expensive bottle of wine and had to ask about taking it with us at the end of the meal. The chocolate torte was the best part of the night. Not sure we’ll return.
