Really good food and service. Could have been served a bit hotter in temp but it was a lovely meal.
Clams appetizer was fabulous, as was the halibut entree. Great food and service!
The food was excellent. Not sure what was up with the reservation system, had to make earlier than what we wanted and hardly any tables were full when we left.
Really great experience. Excellent food, friendly service, unmatched atmosphere.
Service was excellent and staff were wonderful.
The sablefish and lobster were fabulous! Our server was attentive and efficient.
Clams and scallops were great.
I never leave a bad review but last Thursday night was just off. I’ve been there many times and it’s always 5 stars. First, the chicken and dumpling soup came out with nothing in it but broth. The oysters were delicious though. Now to the two main courses; the scallops and the lobster.
I had the scallop dish and was so disappointed. I pretty much always get the scallops there but the flavors didn’t mingle, from the mushroom mush, blueberry compote, the corn cob piece (was still on the cob making it impossible to eat). The lobster was tough so she ended up just eating the rice that came with the dish. Service was just average. I think the waitress might have been new. Again….this has been my favorite go to restaurant so I’m hoping the chef hasn’t changed…..and hoping the menu will leave up to the high standards I’m use to at Parker’s.
Ordered the lobster. It was overcooked. This has been the worst experience we’ve ever had at Parker’s. It was like the waitress had forgotten about us. They may have been short staffed though. Disappointing experience. Will not go back.
The oysters were perfect. My duck dish was off the menu and a room temp cold plate disappointment. The market fish special my fiancé ordered was exceptional. Disappointed a regular menu plate was two slim cold strips of duck with virtually no sides (all cold) that hardly gave presence to the large cold plate it was served on.
I travel quite a bit. Love Duck. Maybe the best I have ever had.
Nice setting and good food, as always!!
The duck and the scallops were the best we have ever had.
Great food, great service, great ambiance!
Excellent food and service as always.
Birthday dinner for my wife and we were joined by 3 other couples. Wonderful service and food.
Just love it ! Quiet quaint place with excellent food!
We all enjoyed our meal. Service was wonderful, as always.
A wonderful place for a special occasion and the staff is always so friendly and the ambiance delightful.
Another fantastic dining experience, courtesy of the best restaurant in the area... and that's not because there aren't other contenders. Parker's is always just a little bit better, in every measure of success. Tonight's highlight: beef bulgogi wraps. I don't know what sort of steak they used to prepare, but it tasted like Waygu, and the sauce was just right - not to sweet, not too gooey - with just enough bite to brighten each bite. Two at our table had scallops, which were spot-on in every respect. I had duck, and I cannot possibly say enough about how perfectly-seasoned and perfectly prepared it was. (Ate every last bite, and considered licking the plate. Sometimes fine dining can be so limiting... ;) ) Dessert of Southern Chocolate Pudding and a nice port rounded out a wonderful meal, well-prepared, and served with great care.
The food, as always, was excellent. It is a happy place with a team of well trained and friendly staff.
Everything we tried was delicious. Drinks, appetizers, and entrées.
Was another wonderful evening at Parker’s. Had not been out for a bit but with the assistance of all staff vaccinated and wearing masks felt safe bringing my mother out for our first evening together in over a year. Couldn’t have asked for the better. The food, the service, the care-all top notch. We will be back!
We had reservations for 8:15. That was the earliest I could get a reservation that particular night about five days in advance. So, they were pretty well booked for the night and knew that well in advance of that night. The service was great. The ambiance was adorable, a controlled chaos in tune with the diners. The layout was truly ‘bistro’! The beef appetizer was spectacular! The Caesar salad was terrific. The oysters…not so fresh. I’d pass on those if given the chance again. My tummy agreed with my mouth overnight. I had the scallops; served tasty but lukewarm at best. And the wagyu beef was just plain cold at serving. Then, to be told the vast majority of their desserts are gone due to a heavier diner volume than anticipated?! Uhhh… I knew, and THEY certainly knew, at least five days in advance it was gonna be a heavy night. That excuse was unacceptable. The staff tried, really. But, the kitchen disappointed as did the mismanagement of the stock for the night.
New menu, creative cocktails, tremendous staff.
It was our anniversary dinner and was most excellent! The service was great, the food was outstanding. Thanks!
Excellent food and service!
Parker’s was awesome last night! 4 of us had the Wagu…. Perfectly prepared and one of the best steaks I have ever had! My wife has the sea bass, prepared nicely with a crust that was a little spicy but perfect.
Split creme brûlée and Lavender cake for desert. Both amazing!
Servers were busy but gave us great service!!
Can’t wait to return.
I was thoroughly impressed with Parker’s!! The server was very forward in his mistake and that in itself if a pleasure. The food was amazing!!
Due to current circumstances w/supply, employees, etc., the menu seems to have been significantly limited. The service now the limited menu makes that recommendation much less likely.
Very nice establishment for a special occasion. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting a more upscale experience!
I had a 60 day aged ribeye. The flavor was great but it was for the most part tough.
We had a nice quiet dinner for a birthday celebration.
End to a great road trip! Food was super tasty and Jeb was a great waiter!
We had a great meal with friends from out of town. Parker’s is one of our favorite “go to” places in town! Always a great!
Another wonderful evening at Parker’s Bistro. The table was great, service excellent, and the food was sensational. We had the mussels for an appetizer, wow! We had the wagyu beef and the lobster special; both were sensational! Our server accidentally ordered up a plate of the scallops, these were free of charge, and were the best scallops I’ve ever had.
If you get a chance, please come to dine with them, it’s one of the best restaurants in Sioux Falls. As an addition they have outdoor seating which is appreciated during the pandemic.
Parker’s is always awesome! I had the aged Ribeye… it was extremely good!
Parkers is always superb - food is excellent, wine list is terrific, and the service is impeccable. Menu changes frequently, but the highlight of this meal: mussels and shishito peppers. If it's still on the menu when you're there, don't miss it!
We had a fantastic experience having a family dinner there. The food was excellent and our server Mercedes was very knowledgeable and classy! Overall it was a great night with fine wine and food!
