Parker's Bistro is a quaint restaurant located in downtown Sioux Falls. Opened in September of '09, Parker's has enjoyed being an important addition to the downtown experience. Our mission is to provide excellent food quality paired with exceptional drink and service. Parker's strives to utilize local organic ingredients with fresh fish flown in twice a week for the very popular weekly fish special. In addition, Parker's has an extensive wine and beer list as well as a full bar.

    We love Parker's Bistro! Although we live 3 hours away, we try to go there whenever we are in the vicinity of Sioux Falls. The owner could not be more gracious and welcoming. Our server Shiann knew the menu and the wine list very well. Bouillabaisse was a hit, steak/frites was excellent and the bison bolognese was terrific!

    Had a very pleasant dinner for two at Parker's Bistro. Our server Jess was outstanding. The food was delicious and the ambience added to a thoroughly enjoyable evening. Definitely will be returning.

    First time going here and it was a wonderful experience. Great service and received a free desert for recent engagement celebration. Would recommend to anyone looking for an upscale dining experience!

    Debatably the best food I’ve ever eaten. The duck was phenomenal and I can safely say that the dark chocolate pudding was the best dessert I’ve ever had. Our waitress was top tier! Thanks for a great anniversary date! Worth every penny spent.

    Ordered a signature cocktail and the amount of alcohol excessive. I couldn’t finish it. The food was ok but for the cost I would expect a lot better. Dinner for two, ordered the specials and it was 200. Not that the cost was too much- just that the cost did not match the quality. My wife is vegetarian and they only have one option for her and the menu online did not match the menu offered at the restaurant. Our server was very good. The restaurant was very quiet and dark.

    One of the best meals we have had in a long while. The scallops were perfectly cooked and delicious. Flavor combinations were interesting and ver good. Service could not have been better.

    Walleye was delicious; the sauce was a little bland for my taste but still good. Scallops were perfectly done. Carmel Apple cheese cake was delicious!

    We chose Parker’s to celebrate our son’s 21st birthday. It was the perfect place. Our server was excellent. The food was wonderful, as always. The seasonal offerings were so fresh and delicious.

    Parker’s has perfected the dining experience. I would recommend the filet mignon with fingerling potatoes. It was so delicious and I can’t wait to go back!

    I ate there twice. I had the special of the day, Bison Osso Bucco the first time. It was beautifully prepared, cut with a fork tender. The second time I had Tenderloin Paperadelle, also very good. My husband had The Walleye. He said it was the best he has ever had. Both wonders were present and took time to stop and talk. Beautiful historic building, carefully restored.

    We waited two hours for our main meal- we overheard from another server that the musical down the road let out and over whelmed the kitchen.... but that seemed like a cop-out answer considering our order was in long before that happened. The food was not worth the wait. This was our first time at Parker's, will also be our last.

    We had our anniversary dinner on the outside patio. It got chilly later on and there were no patio warmers. The appetizer was good but SUPER expensive for two crab egg rolls. I had the steak that was a small cut and very tough to chew. My wife had the scallops and once again very expensive for small portions.

    Outstanding food and service. $45 for 3 scallops seems high. If I were to get 5 scallops for that price I wouldn't complain but we will return.

    We are locals and repeat customers. We sat in the newly renovated section. The oysters from PEI were not chilled and were served at room temperature. The Steak Frites was cooked to appropriate temperature, but was served low warm as were the fries. Wagyu hanger steak is still tough. My mistake for expecting better especially at the price. Service was fair to slow. Pricing is expensive which was expected. The room is fairly loud which is also to be expected as it is a very casual high end restaurant. Of the other diners, two were satisfied and one was ok.

    When submitting a reservation on line theirs a question for the reason for reservation. Parkers has a few options and I said Anniversary. The lady that waited on us was assume. The food was great. My only feed back is if your going to asked reason for reservation and its a special moment of the person reserving I would think there may be a complimentary desert at end of meal. My meal and tip that night was $150.00. meal and $30.00 tip . Not complaining on good service and great food but would think a $14.'00 desert would not break the bank but show customers that Parkers thanks the customer for the opportunity to taking care of client for there special night out.

    Very good food and wine menu. The food and service was excellent. We had the raw oysters for appetizers. I live on the east coast and wasn’t sure how fresh they would be in Sioux Falls. They were fresh and tasty. Will be going back.
