Bistro Parker est un restaurant de 100 places pittoresque situé au centre-ville de Sioux Falls. Ouvert en Septembre 2009, le Parker's Bistro peut être fier d'être devenu un nouvel acteur important de la vie du centre-ville. Cet établissement s'est donné pour mission de fournir une excellente qualité de nourriture jumelée avec des boissons et un service exceptionnels. Au Parker, les plats sont élaborés en cuisine de A à Z. Le Parker fait tout son possible pour utiliser des ingrédients biologiques locaux dont le poisson frais proposé deux fois par semaine pour le très populaire « fish special » hebdomadaire. En outre, Parker a une liste de vins et de bières complète, mais dispose aussi d'un choix au bar complet.

We had cocktail drinks, shrimp appetizer and dinner entrees. Amazing food. Wonderful server who was attentive but not hovering. Server also gave special attention to gluten free guest- plenty of GF options for food and even dessert!

This is one of the finest places to eat in Sioux Falls. It’s a big-city quality farm-to-table restaurant with a terrific bar.

Great experience - the building itself is a beautiful historic building, very nice decor inside that worked well with the building , great vibe . The owner Nick was a pleasure , our waitress Mercedez was fantastic, food was delicious - what a great find! This was the highlight of our visit to Sioux Falls- I highly recommend !

Food wasn’t as hot as it could be. Flavor was great! Server was not as attentive as she could have been. Gave us a wine menu then it was a while before she got back to take our order.

The food and wine pairings were amazing! The service was great as was the explanation of wines. They are having the wine pairings every month and we plan to make it a monthly date night! Loved it!

We attended the Spanish wine dinner and had a great time! The food and wines were amazing! We will definitely be back!

SO LITTLE protein portions! What used to be a whole breast of the duck is now two slices out of it. And what appeared to be a steak tenderloin covered in sauce was actually 4 slices of steak laid down on each other. Probably 4 ounces. What a freaking rip off. My plate was 90% french fries and 10% meat(if that). Do you want pretentious pretty food and pay gobs of money for hardly anything? Then come here. do you want to make your date seem like you have lots of money to waste and no common sense? Then come here.
