Parker & Quinn
What Insiders Are Saying
Parker & Quinn is the restaurant in the bottom of the Refinery Hotel, and it’s a decent breakfast/lunch/dinner option for the area.
We sat in a booth in the bar area and were very comfortable. The decor was eclectic and rich. The food was delicious, exceptional and memorable. The service was good, even when our server was busy other service members were helpful. The 'Eggs in Hell' was a unique brunch dish and delicious. The bubble board was a fun experience to share. The donuts were great to share and delicious.
All the food was great and came out in a timely manner. Shout out to Angel, the hostess. My reservation went missing and she made sure we got seated on time and was super helpful. Considering how busy it was, she definitely had her hands full but remained composed with a friendly smile.
Great space and loved the entree selection
Very loud and seating very cramped but food and service was very good.
My guests enjoyed the decor. We found it to be Damon Runyan-esque. The food was good. The macaroni & cheese dish was especially delicious. Service was impeccable. The were a few special requests which were graciously fulfilled.
Food was very underwhelming. I thought the restaurant granted us access to the rooftop, but the rooftop is a totally separate line...
Burger was tasty and filling but very plain. The fries were very good. Our server mixed up some details about the order.
Always our go to place while in New York. Food is always awesome. Our server, Matt, who we also had during the last visit, was terrific! Perfect service and incredible food. We'll be back next visit for sure!
Awesome vibe, great food, fun night!
This is not a place for a quiet date -- the noise level was extremely high. The bar was absolutely jammed for happy hour. Though the restaurant got crowded, our server was as attentive as she could be. The entrees were quite large. Though we liked the Kung Pao Kale Salad, the Pork Shank dish was way over-salted (rendering the beans and greens cooked in the sauce too salty to eat). Still I would give this restaurant another chance.
Delicious food, friendly and attentive waitstaff, attractive decor ...checked all the boxes for us. The rigatoni with lamb ragout was so delicious - wish we could have bought a second helping to bring it home with us! Their flatbread is very good and larger than expected- size of small pizza. Look forward to visiting again!
Fish was cooked perfectly.
Great recommendations by the waitstaff. Amazing vegetable burger!
Went for Sunday brunch with friends. Food was good, one order was wrong and had to go back but the staff was great about it. Disappointed that the brunch menu lacked any gluten free bread options... Our server Corey was terrific.
Great experience, friendly staff and good eats. Loved it
Corey our server did a great job keeping the food and drinks coming in spite of the crowd. Food was excellent and would highly recommend for a fun early evening, especially after work.
Service was excellent.
Noise level too loud to hear
I was so blown away by Parker & Quinn's service! I had mentioned that this was a small birthday dinner and when we arrived, there was a handwritten card for the birthday girl on the table! The food was incredible, I could not recommend dessert enough, and on top of all of this, they even brought out a little cheesecake with a birthday candle for the birthday girl at the end of the dinner. Free of charge. So incredibly thoughtful. Highly recommend this place! They were so kind.
Fried chicken sider was superb! The service and ambiance was also very good. Hope to visit this place again
Love this spot for Food and Drinks! Our group has been here 6 times in the last year.
Great crowd, great staff, great food and drink
A very crowded and NOISY experience. Food and service were above average.
Other than that they charged my credit card twice - for my dinner and someone else in the restaurant it was okay. I only know because I checked my card. It was NOT that busy
Always an amazing time at Parker & Quinn. The service is unparalleled. Perfect spot for birthdays and special occasions. Also great for brunch!
good lunch food and service. a bit noisy. active NYC lunch crowd
Loved the food!!! Presently surprised.
It was a fun time with good service. The only thing that could be improved on is that my ‘Chicken under a Brick’ could have had the skin on the chicken crispier. The mashed potatoes were wonderful.
A solid choice. Gets a little crazy and LOUD but the food is great, the waiters SUPER nice and we got desserts sent over! Perhaps they felt badly because we had 2 different table of screamers next to us, but it was very kind no matter what the reason.
Always a great experience at Parker & Quinn. Enough variety on the menu to please everyone in your group. Standouts include the fried chicken sliders, margarita flatbread pizza and the hummus platter. Nice cocktail menu (try the blood orange margarita!) and good wine list, but it would be helpful to have a few more by the glass selections.
Lively crowd, especially at the bar. Close to several subway lines, Grand Central and Penn Station. Wait staff are very friendly and service is excellent.
Overall the food and service was good; however $3.00 upcharge for egg whites is a bit insulting.
Our server is amazing!
This was a pretty average restaurant with a couple decent dishes and a couple average ones. Nothing to write home about.
Outstanding in every way. Service, food, time between courses. Even refilling our water glasses before we asked. Can’t wait to go back.
Really appreciated the warm and friendly service and yummy food. I stayed at the Refinery Hotel and had a lunch, dinner & room service which were all good.
We go every year to celebrate my birthday and another year cancer free. They make it truly special with their friendliness and attentiveness. They make you feel as if you’re coming back home. Everyone is super and the food is amazing.
Staff at greeting was not particularly accommodating or welcoming. In fact, seemed utterly uninterested in us as guests. Waiter was splendid though. First impressions count and the guy at the front of the place could have made for a better start to the dining experience.
It was for a Chinese New Year Get Together and my friends were happy with my restaurant choice. However while we like seeing a restaurant full of guests, it was pretty loud!
We ordered Octopus Carpaccio, Margherita Flatbread, Seared Sea Scallops, Grilled Branzino, Eggplant Fries, Plum Crisp and Cookie Skillet Sundae. For three women, these were a lot of food but we killed it! We loved how everything tasted except for the Seared Scallops which I found very salty. The desserts pushed our stomachs to the edges but we enjoyed every last bit of it.
I visit NYC most weeks for business, and visit this restaurant approximately every other week. The food and service are great. My one complaint - recently I have been receiving "no show" notices from Open Table even though I check in with the desk and am seated by the hosts. This creates inconvenience for me and I don't know why Parker & Quinn can't do a better job in keeping track.
David was super helpful in getting my business colleague and myself seated in a quieter spot. Excellent wine list—maybe a few more selections in the $30-50 range, especially reds.
Service was terrible.
We had a wonderful lunch in a great location. Drinks were good, service was good and the burgers were delicious.
