Parker & Quinn is the restaurant in the bottom of the Refinery Hotel, and it’s a decent breakfast/lunch/dinner option for the area.
Excellent Sunday brunch with my nephew. Service was great. Had a reservation and was seated right away. Special ordered chicken and waffles for nephew and it was perfect.
Solid choice as always
Great meal and drinks
The carmelized apple French toast was amazing!
The ambiance was great and so was the staff and food! I will definitely be back!
Good for young groups going out after work. Very loud restaurant for any conversation. Food, drinks ans service were good. Service staff was excellent. They moved our location so we could hear. Unfortunately, I won't be returning purely because of the noise level.
Had early reservation 5:30 on week night and it was very busy already. Waiter was not attentive at all, scallops came out barely warm, sent them back, manager took price off and gave me a fresh order.
Was told over phone they would have something for toddler to order but upon ordering, was told there are no options.
This is a must stop for brunch when in the city. Very loud, but we have always had great wait staff and the food is consistently good.
The ramen-flavored shishito peppers were incredibly creative and delicious! We went here after a Broadway show and had a terrific meal - we loved the cacio e pepe flatbread as well.
Amazing service, lovely cocktails, slightly above average food but yummy! Can’t beat the decor and special vibe 😊
Thank you for making my cherished girlfriend's birthday so wonderful and memorable! I know she felt very special and the service was amazing.
Great food great service
The one issue I had and which I Highlighted when I made the reservation on-line, I asked for a lager table so that I could conduct a working lunch.
So the Hostess 1st looks to seat us at a high top table, so small.
So basically, she paid no attention to my request thru system.
Only when we asked for a reg 2-Top were we given one.
But I wanted something bigger, so I will take that into consideration when booking my next business lunch!
Great vibrant energy in this midtown manhattan bar/restaurant. Excellent food reasonably priced for NYC. Friendly and professional service. Some very nice touches to the service demonstrating a caring staff and management.
Food was okay . Nothing extraordinary. I had the octopus which was nice but very little octopus . The sweet chili sauce/fish sauce roasted Brussels sprite was very sweet and could hardly eat it .
Service was ok and my dish was not the best, but palatable. Would return just to try another dish.
NYC bar/restaurant...loud, but food was actually quite good.
I got to spend my anniversary here, it was beyond amazing, the service was friendly and went above and beyond from walking in the door to paying the check, the food is phenomenal, loved everything about it not one crumb out of place, the drinks were incredible as well. The letter on the table thanking us from joining them really put it over the top of our expectations, it made it feel personal, along with the many congratulations we received throughout the night from the staff. Overall an incredible place and will definitely be returning.
Lunching with old friends was made even more pleasant by your staff.
Love the staff, food, atmosphere.
When I made the reservation, I had no idea what to expect. I was surprised at how delicious everything was! It's telling when the sides are as creative & tasty as the appetizers. The branzino was simply amazing!
The staff is great, prompt but not creepy and the vibe is cool but not too much of a scene. I definitely will recommend Q&P to friends!
Had the best time. They made my friends birthday so special.
V loud - bit of a shame but good food
It was a group of 5 of us for brunch. The food was delicious but the service was TERRIBLE, especially keeping in mind this is not a cheap, fast food type of place.
The waitress barely smiled, was clearly impatient and didn’t make an effort to show us around the menu or make recommendations. When she brought us our coffee she didn’t bring us any spoons or sugar. We had to ask for spoons! When she finally did she brought tablespoon size ones (for our coffee!) and only 3 for the 5 of us.
I was the one who recommended the place and felt embarrassed. Overall it was a disappointing experience.
I've been here a few times (my grad school graduation party, various dinners with friends). I always like it, the bar is a fun crowd without being overly crowded or loud. The service has always been great, and the food is delicious. There are some solid wine options, and tasty cocktails.
Put your name in (or get there early for your reservation) and go have some drinks on the roof while you wait (it's covered in the winter, and the food up there looks really good too!).
Had a fabulous dining experience at Parker & Quinn. Loved the cushioned booth seating and the service, food and wine was excellent. The tuna appetizer and octopus were especially great!
This was a breakfast meeting, and we were looking for a quiet place to conduct business. Prices for breakfast here are at the top of the scale even for NY, so I would only return for meetings or special events, with someone else footing the bill. I don't recommend this for hotel guests unless breakfast is included in the room rate. Service was generally quite good. However, the server tricked us into paying for bottled water by asking "do you want sparkling or still water?" My colleague didn't realize what was going on until the bottles arrived. This spoiled the element of trust for us. As high as prices are at this place, they shouldn't rely on such cheesy techniques to pad the bill.
Absolutely wonderful! They even brought champagne for the table to celebrate the engagement.
I make sure to eat here every time I’m in New York for work. It’s just spectacular, the food is delicious and the service is so friendly and prompt.
Parker & Quinn is always a top choice for my friends and I to gather a group of good friends. Our server Tony was attentive and we never felt rushed. The manager was accommodating too! Great wine, people and food yummy too!
Consistently good food. Nice menu variety. Good ambiance for business or personal lunch.
loud but service good and not rushed ambiance fine
Great food and great service! Love the brunch burger & Bloody Mary
FOOD WAS GREAT AND SERVICE WAS JUST RIGHT(NO RUSH /NO WAITING)
I had a business lunch here and it was extremely noisy, the service was slow and all the food came at once. The table was not big enough for all the places. Get rid of those two tops or
Great food service and atmosphere.
No many gluten free options! Really- not even toast. I left hungry. I ordered oatmeal if the waiter forgot to add the raisins— it wasn’t mention that it was an ad on. It’s great for brunch her but wouldn’t recommend it for an every day breakfast place. ☹️
Christine the manager makes us feel vip every time we visit
