   A very enjoyable dining experience. Food excellent but I have noticed that the menu is less varied than before, becoming repetitive for frequent diners. Limited choices in wine by the glass.

   An absolute delight, the staff, the drinks, the ambiance, the desserts and the fish, my god the fish… I did not have this quality of sushi for a long time. I have to mention the staff again because they were some of the nicest and professional I’ve seen…. Thank you, we’ll be back !

   I have been following chef Antonio Park for a while so, being there today was very iconic to me. The experience as a whole is impressive and unique. Today's sushi and sashimi were the best I have ever tasted in my entire life. Bear in mind that it's an expensive experience though. Worth every cent spent on it, but yet expensive.

   We did the tasting area of the bar and it was absolutely excellent. Food was off the charts and service was impeccable. Definitely a must stop.

   Got the omakase dinner for two, and it was very filling and delicious. The chefs put a lot of thought towards their dishes, and the servers were very pleasant. Definitely would come back again.

    L’expérience culinaire est exceptionnelle. Cependant ce n’est pas pour toutes les bourses. Les prix sont dans le plafond. Nous n’y retournerons pas mais nous recommandons l’endroit à ceux qui sont prêts à mettre au minimum 300$ à part le service et le vin (ajouter au moins un brun pour une bouteille de vin).

    Delicious food - we had the 7 course omasake and beware it is definitely a heavy meal. By course 5 we were completely full but the restaurant was really nice and able to accommodate us by packing up course 5 and letting us share course 6 before finishing with dessert. The ambiance was really good and the music was on point throughout the whole experience. My only complain is that the seating is very close to other tables. I felt crammed and I had to talk over the other tables in order to have a conversation with my date. Just for reference we were less that 2 feet away from the other tables. Overall it was an wonderful experience with amazing music and food.

    Staff are so sweet and welcome, ambience is otherworldly, and the food and drinks are absolutely incredible. A depth of flavour and freshness the likes of which I've never experienced before. I had the best meal of my life here. Everything was outstanding but the wagyu tataki was the definitive highlight, definitely don't miss it!

    Exceptional food, and a lovely ambience. We enjoyed the cocktails, especially the Scorpio, and the menu is extensive. The only downsides are 1) the service, while gracious, was so slow and oddly paced that my meal got cold while my friend was waiting for the rest of her dinner, and 2) the tables are much too close together, and it was difficult to maneuver between them. Overall though, definitely recommended.

    Pour commencer , aucun accueil a notre arrivée , aucun sourire ,aucun bonjour , il a fallu que j’aille voir moi-même voir la personne pour lui dire que nous avions une réservation. Encore là, aucun bonjour , aucun bienvenue ni sourire . Cela a pris quelque temps Avant qu'un serveur vienne nous voir , sans nous saluer ou nous demander si nous allions bien , seulement pour nous dire " est ce que de l'eau plate c'est correct ". Ensuite , le même serveur est venu nous voir , encore une fois sans bienvenue ni rien et nous a demander si nous avions des questions . Aucune demande si c'était notre première fois , si nous voulions quelque chose à boire ... bref la base dans un service. Nous avons commander deux cocktail , qui ne goûtait que le sirop simple et le jus de lime. J'ai demandé une explication des menu dégustation (ce que nous pensions choisir) mais le même serveur nous a dire " celui à 5 services n'a pas de plats chaud ni de maki" aucune explication de plus. Un autre serveur est venu prendre notre commande , j'ai demandé ce que c'était les makis du chef et il m'a répondu " quelque chose avec du concombre ". Bref nous avions seulement commander les makis bluefin et les nigiri avec l'intention de partir rapidement de votre établissement étant donner votre piètre accueil , le service froid et désintéressé. Pour un endroit où nous étions prêts à dépenser une certaine somme et à vivre une expérience, nous avons été plus que déçu. Nous avons finalement eu une facture de 150 $ , que nous avons attendu 20 minutes avant que quelqu'un vienne nous faire payer.

    First time ordering A la Carte wow! I usually go for the Omakase but changed it up. Incredible taste, ingredients were top, service impeccable as usual. Ordered way too much but all worth it. Don’t miss out. Thank you Chef Antonio and Chef Ashley for the evening.

    The service was incredible however I was disappointed for the price we pay the quality of the maki rolls especially at 45-49$ for 6-8 pieces I am expecting spectacular taste. The nigiri was phenomenal.

    I spent a week in Montreal with my adult children, who both love sushi and omakase, and I booked Park upon reading a glowing review in Conde Nast Traveler. The magazine article said Park had "the best sushi in Montreal." I can't vouch for whether Park is, indeed, the best place in Montreal for sushi, but we loved it and can say unequivocally that the food is excellent! We all opted for the 6-course omakase, which omitted a main entree and included everything else we wanted -- assorted negiri, sashimi, and maki, as well as two scrumptious appetizers. Normally, I don't order beef tartare, but the omakase menu for our particular day included it. I ate it and enjoyed every last bite; all I could think was, "wow!" Looking at what other diners around us ordered, I think we would have been equally satisfied just ordering negiri and sashimi a la carte -- everything we saw just looked so fresh and beautifully prepared and presented. We were completely sated with our meal - kind of a Goldilocks "just right" feeling. For the amount and quality of food we consumed, the cost was completely worth it. We will definitely be back during our next visit to Montreal.
