My husband and I honeymooned in Montreal recently and went out for omakase at Park. Never in my life have I had a soup as amazing as the simple beef and kimchi broth that started our taste buds adventure. The staff was so sweet, and the food a dream. Seriously, I dreamt of the butter poached lobster nights later and awoke with a disappointed, watering mouth.
Food was high quality,but expected for the price, lack of choices was problematic.
The freshness and presentation at Park are seriously second to none when it comes to sushi/sashimi in Montreal.
Service was great, attentive but non-intrusive and very helpful in suggestion a good Saki to go with our taster menu.
I will definitely be back!

Best sushi in Canada bar none. Steaks and short ribs were also amazing.
Usually the food at park in good and the service is ok not great.my last visit however the service was poor and we waited over 1 hour to get our food. The sake arrived in 5 minutes. We finished our bottle before the first dish arrived (excluding the miso soup). Success may have gone to their heads, I hope they get back on track this has always been one of my favorites.
I had been waiting to check Park out for the longest time and finally was able to bring my best girlfriend here for her birthday. We both are shameless foodies and have been paying close eye and attention to Chef Antonio's work and success. We came here mainly for the fish. Order a sashimi combo (Sashimi Moriawase) and was absolutely blown away by the freshness of the fish. There is no review that I can write that can do justice. You just gotta check this place out. Google Chef Antonio Park and you will see that the hype is real.
After years of excellent food and sushi in Montreal, this was truly outstanding. Every course in the tasting menu is tasty, different. Chef Park is very creative. Blending South American treats like chimichurri, Jalapeno slices, or torched maple syrup on top of Nigiri sushi made for very different flavors which blended perfectly with the fresh fish. Definitely a keeper, we'll go back with all our friends.
I've been here multiple times and every time the food is fantastic! Service is always top notch and waitresses/waiters go out of their way to explain what's on the menu and what's fresh for the day. The chef is always creating something new to experiment. It is always an amazing experience coming here to eat lunch or dinner!!
