The staff at Park Heights was AWESOME. I had planned a surprise dinner here for my wife and I to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. When planning, the hostess Courtney, provided great ideas and even gave us a table in the private area for just me and my wife. Our waiter, John, was excellent. The food was SOOOO good. I highly recommend the Ribeye and Grouper. Overall of the best dining experiences my wife and I ever had.
GREAT JOB PARK HEIGHTS!!!!!
Awesome for 30th Anniversary! Best steak ever, wife enjoyed scallops! Great service!
We had a good night. The food was very good. The scallops and pasta for an appetizer was excellent. Our entrees were both good. And the dessert was amazing.
Excellent experience. The staff were exceptional as was the food! Perfect place for a romantic dinner!
Wonderful food, great atmosphere and the service was great
Great food, drinks, and service. I recommend this place for lunch or dinner.
Courtney our waitress made our night even more EXCEPTIONAL ! She was GREAT.
Could only get reservation for valentines night at 5:00pm, 6 days ahead. Only 7 tables seated in the entire room. There were 14 tables in the room. Would have preferred 6:00 pm seating, but they had nothing. They could have managed their reservations better. Food was as fantastic as always. Had the halibut and husband had the grouper. Both were great but very small portions. Best thing we had was the beef shank ravioli appetizer . That should be an entree over polenta! It was amazing! Great date overall.
Wonderful food andgreat atmosphere !! A must try in Tupelo for a delicious meal!! Service was outstanding !
I enjoy bringing my clients here for a nice dinner. I have done it multiple times and always have a pleasant experience.
As always, the service and food were excellent. Getting a chance to say hello to Blair is also good. Thank you!
This is our favorite place. We thoroughly enjoy a table in the bar for its coziness. Adam did a great job of serving us.
As someone who dines at some of the best establishments on an almost daily basis since I'm lazy and don't really cook, Park Heights stands out and holds its own when it comes to fine dining.
Last week, I made the 400+ mile journey to Tupelo to enjoy my birthday and the low key environment that Tupelo offers. I ended up eating there two days in a row and both experiences were exceptional. Both times, Jose was my waiter, he was quite genuine and a joy to talk to.
On the second night I dined there, there was a card with my name on it sitting on the table. Little did I know, my girlfriend had been communicating with the restaurant that evening and they went out of their way to present me with a birthday card. Little gestures such as that made my experience even better.
In closing, I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this place. The location is perfect; the food is phenomenal, the atmosphere is romantic/casual and the staff is wonderful. Needless to say, I'll definitely be back.
Service was amazing, as was the main course. I was a little disappointed in the She-Crab soup. It was too tomato-y for my taste. Plus they no longer have Lobster Voo Doo or Apple Crostata. I really miss those menu items!
Wonderful anniversary meal at Park Heights!! The grouper and salmon were fabulous !! Completed with a delicious desert!! A must try!!
Overall we enjoyed everything. The Ceaser salad was a bit small and they did not have anchovies. The starter scallops pasta dish was exceptional. 5 stars for it. Chicken flavor good but was not juicy. The mousse was excellent. Needs a better beer selection.
Park Heights more than impressed on our first visit. Great food and impeccable service made our very late birthday celebration more than we could have asked for.
The wait staff was wonderful. Dining alone is not always pleasant, but here is is lovely. They are accommodating but not overbearing. This is my go to place in Tupelo.
A beautiful place for our anniversary The food was wonderful and the service exceptional. Will plan to go back again when in town.
Hands down, this was the best meal out I've had in YEARS. Possibly ever. My sister, my spouse, and I were driving through town, and I had scouted out this place beforehand as the listed lunch prices were more than reasonable and the quality given high reviews. The three of us each had different entrees and spent the whole meal tasting and sharing bites of each other's entree and sides - the flavors were so rich and savory, presentation beautiful, portions filling, and the desert...a sort of peach pie pastry with house made whipped cream, flaky crust, perfectly done filling, balanced whipped cream - perfect for sharing a small portion apiece. Our server was friendly and sincere - and we were more than happy to leave her a generous tip. You MUST eat at Park Heights if you're ever in Tupelo!
Food was excellent, but it took an extremely long amount of time to get our food. The restaurant did compensate by bringing additional appetizers, but we had to change our plans because it took so long to get our food.
Always a great meal here with incredible food, impeccable service and wonderful ambiance.
This was my second time there (my wife's third). The food and service are always superb. Friendly and knowledgeable wait staff explain things. Hostesses are polite and super to work with.
Dinner date b4 concert
Great place, good venue, quiet, atmosphere right for casual conversation
My husband and I were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary. We were escorted to our seat upon arrival. Our waiter (John) was excellent. He gave us time to look over the menu, answered any questions we had and checked on us several times during the meal. The food was excellent and the ambiance was perfect for our celebration. We weren't rushed at all at any time during our meal. We will definitely be back!
The food and service wax excellent. The fish was awesome!
As always, the service and lunch were great! Thanks for seating us in the bar near the window.
We had a wonderful dinner. Our waiter was John Blue Gray and he was fantastic. He recommended the special and he was right, it was terrific. He brought each course at the perfect timing; we were never rushed and we never waited. Had the fried green tomatoes for appetizer - I don't even like tomatoes but I loved those! This was our first visit but we will be back.
Excellent! Janet is a gem of a waitress!
We really enjoyed everything but the Crem Brûlée Cheesecake stole the show! It was a fantastic end to a great meal.
Resveratipn was for 6:30, we got there early ,expecting to wait at rhe bar. Our table was ready! Great food, well prepared and presented. Great dining.
Park Heights has a variety of dining options to suit every palate and taste. Patio at lunch makes it appropriate for well behaved children, yet quiet enough to conduct business or an intimate ladies's lunch. In the evening, the rooftop offers a beautiful view of downtown for drinks, noshing, and catching up with friends. The bar is cozy for a bite with friends, and the dining room can offer full meal service for more formal evening. If your favorite cocktail isn't on the menu, McCoy can craft one even better. A favorite spot.
Great place for lunch or dinner, great service! Great atmosphere as well!
We would highly recommend this restaurant for any occasion. The crab cakes, soup, salad, scallops, i would order again. A great gem on Main Street in Tupelo.
Our first time back since the new chef was in the kitchen. Had the starter shrimp and grits...large enough for a dinner, luckily we shared. The buttermilk fried Quail with a bed of couscous was excellent...and again you could have it for your main course. The grouper was nicely blackened. Look forward to trying some other dishes.
Met a friend for lunch yesterday at Park Heights. Excellent lunch menu of soups, salads & sandwiches. Good wine list, too! Open even on Monday for lunch and dinner!
