As always the service was great starting at the desk. We always get the booth we ask for. Scott was our senior server. He's the supervisor of the servers. The special Thanksgiving platter was excellent. A lot of very good food and we took enough home for lunch today. Scott is always there to help.

Our server Sue has been serving my wife and I for at least a year now. Her attention to detail along with her outstanding memory makes our experience at Parx Grille outstanding. You combine Sue along with an absolutely incredible chef, Parx Grill is fantastic. I ordered the 22oz Cowboy Ribeye and did not want the fries so I asked Sue to ask the chef to surprise with anything potatoe related. What appeared with my ribeye was a mashed potatoe dish with a hint of garlic and cheese, absolutely fantastic! I have tried most items on the menu and have never been disappointed! I highly recommend Parx Grille for any occasion. I use open table to book my reservations, ask for Sue, you will jot be disappointed!

Had to ask the maitre d. , could not find waitress. Finally ordered food. 7pm reservations . Took 2 hours in a casino restaurant.. Recommendation is for Food...

We selected the seafood special and it was delicious and filling. I had intended to order the scallops and I am glad I did not because they were included in the seafood dish with lobster, and shrimps. Our water was Jason and he was very attentive and efficient. I like the way the wait staff work together to serve the customers.

Seated immediately but waited over 15 minutes before any server approached our table. Ordered drinks which took a long time and were very weak on alcohol. Ordered meal which then took over 30 minutes to arrive. Lamb chops ordered medium were grey throughout and dry. Sea bass was okay. We were going to a show there so no time for a redo. The waiter comped the lamb chops of which I ate about half. Would not recommend this place nor would I return.

Our waitress was amazing and the hostesses were very helpful and sweet. For the price of my scallops they were a bit over cooked and the vegetables were extremely undercooked. Way too much cheese in the French onion soup as well. Other than that everything was a pleasant experience.

Need to make this place more intimate. It's supposed to be their higher end restaurant. Food is ok, service was ok but a little slow. Drinks shouldn't be empty as long as they were.

We were there for pre-show dinner. My wife had the Pan Seared Diver Sea Scallops and I had the Pan Seared Sea Bass. Both were delicious. Service by Scott (our favorite waiter there for many years) was excellent as always.

Nancy and Sue were amazing! Nancy was full of energy and kept us laughing and enjoying our meal. Sue was on top of it and helped us with everything we needed. Great service and food and we will be back for sure! Great way to celebrate a birthday!

Our server Nancy was very accommodating, professional and friendly. She did not rush us and offered a variety of recommendations for dinner. The food was very good and was served within a nice period of time from appetizers to main course to desserts. A bit pricey but we expected that as it is a steakhouse in the casino. Overall we definitely will repeat.

We went to Parx for my sister-in-law's birthday. She had never been there before. Nancy/Sue/and Scott were our servers. My wife and I have been there many times and have never had a bad meal. As usual, the steaks were cooked to perfection. My sea bass was very good and my sister-in-law enjoyed her chicken parm. What made the night so special was our servers. Nancy is not only a great server, but also keeps you entertained and laughing. Nancy and Sue brought us a birthday dessert and all three sang happy birthday to my sister-in-law. Although the food is expensive, it is worth it, especially for special occasions. If you go, ask for these three servers. You will not be disappointed.

This place exceeded expectations! The service was top-notch, and the flavors were bold and satisfying. The hearty portions left me fully satisfied. I'll definitely be returning. Rivals anything offered in AC or NYC.

Beautiful restaurant, clean and well decorated with wall art. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Scott was our service and he was awesome. He made sure we was comfortable and had what we needed for our dinner and drinks.

Our dinner to pregame for an MMA event there was a treat. French onion soup, grand. Filet with mash potato is always good. Seafood special was delicious. Sue, our server, was on point with our drink orders, timing of courses and friendly banter over menu selection. Even my butchering of the Mandarin language. Will book again. We truly forgot that this high end steakhouse is hidden in Parx.

The restaurant was immaculate, and the menu was diverse. There were a number of things on the menu that we could’ve had our waiter. Scott was very good, very attentive all along we commented on how great the service was the restaurant, and the food we were there to see a show and when we come back in the future will Dash I’m a eat at the parxgrill again

As always, the total service is outstanding. Scott, the head of the servers, saw us at the chcek in desk and he knew what booth we liked so he sat us. The receptionist was seating another couple. The food was great as usual. From the baked oysters, blue cheese topped filet mignon, lobster tail - yikes all were excellent. For dessert we chose the banana bread pudding. We'll be back soon.
