My wife and i went to the restaurant for our anniversary in addition to going to the Keb Mo concert. I had rib eye steak. It was horrible. So bad that I had sent it back because I just could not eat it. Full of fat, stringy, under-cooked and the piece of meat looked like it was torn off the cow. The waiter and maitre d were very nice and offered to bring me a different steak. I usually don't complain much but I agreed to send it back and get another one. Unfortunately the replacement was just as bad. The meat was really not eatable. However I did not complain to the service people because they were very nice and I believe they would have insisted that I get another. We were running late for the concert since I had to wait for the second steak so I just said it was fine and paid the bill. I felt sorry for your staff. They did the best they could to try to make me happy. They were all very nice. Although I filled in the questionnaire when making the reservation on line that this was our anniversary dinner, no one mentioned it. You should take that off the reservation form. It serves no purpose.
Our waiter had a great mustache and he did a great job also. One couple split their orders and food was divided for them on 2 plates. Worth a trip back.
Great wine selection. All seafood was very fresh & tasty. Menu to plate surpassed anticipation.
Food was good. Service was very good. EXTREMELY overpriced. Prices are a deterrent from coming back.
Wouldn’t recommend... the salad was brown on the ends, the steak was subpar and chewy (for $47) and way over priced. The side of parmigiana crusted potatoes sound delicious, but that looked they threw a bunch of potatoes in a bowl and served them. The waiter was ok, the clientele was sketchy... overall we were not impressed and wouldn’t go back. A steak, chicken parmigiana, 2 salads, a side of calamari, a side of potatoes, a glass of house wine, and a Coors light...$145.... plus tip.... Nope not again!
It was just an awesome experience, we were seated as soon as we got there, we had an awesome server "Crazy Nancy", I'll ask for whenever I go back. Food took a while, but the manager came out and explained the situation to us and also gave us complimentary desserts and tickets to Club 360 which included a free drink, all and all it was a wonderful night!
AMAZING - My filet was absolutely perfect melt in your mouth - the shrimp cocktail was easily 6-8 Oz of shrimp - 4 in total -a meal in itself. The au gratin potato’s were delish and the crab and hollandaise sauce that adorned my filet was over the top - huge succulent lumps of crab . The flourless chocolate cake was perfection. This exquisite dinner experience at PARX Grill was from the special show night menu and it includes an app - entree and dessert- all for $49. The service was impeccable- and very attentive- made every effort to make sure we were happy with our dinner . I dine out frequently and at very high end restaurants- I can honestly say this was one of the BEST meals I’ve ever eaten. BRAVO
My wife and I went for our anniversary and to see a concert. Food, drinks and service were exceptional. Everyone was very attentive and friendly. Highly recommended! We definitely will dine there again.
Overall disappointing. We have been to Parxgrill 2 times in the last 2 months and they can not get the service right. Basic order items are forgotten or the food was just warn not hot. It could be a great place.
I made reservations during Bucks County Restaurant for a nice dining experience while I was playing the slots at PARX Casino. I ordered french onion soup and it was heavily piled with bread and very little broth. I am a big fan of broth and not of the bread so I only had a couple of spoons of it but the gruyere cheese was nice. I ordered the porkchop and although it looked very appetizing I was a little disappointed in the taste. I am a true foodie, I dine out a lot and I am a gourmet cook myself so I suppose my expectations were high. I would not go back and pay the regular price because I am either happy and anxious to go again or I simply feel there are too many wonderful choices to get a delicious dinner.
Clean and quiet. The food was excellent. The service was outstanding. Would highly recommend to family and friends
So Sorry. My wife's salmon was undercooked and my medium well Porkchop was dry. Everyone was nice and we were there for restaurant week but we were still looking for a fab meal (as we have had before.) For the $100 pricetag don't try to rekindle romance.
Very good food very good serbice
Perfection/ server was warm and friendly. Will def return
Throughly enjoyed our meal. Staff was accomodating and friendly.
We went to Parx Grill before attending a Reba McIntyre concert at Parx Casino. The room was nice and separated from the casino noise enough to make the noise level moderate. Service was excellent, dinner was good/excellent . There was a very limited selection of wine by the glass but the wines available were OK.
The big problem with Parx Grill is that you have to walk through the smoke filled casino to get there and when you leave. This is probably one of the most disgusting places I have ever been as we both smelled like and tasted cigarette smoke for a while after leaving. It seems that not only is smoking allowed, it must be encouraged as everyone in the casino was smoking. Really gross, We probably will not be back.
The dinner special menu at $49 was a very nice deal for a combo starter, entree and dessert. We ordered 3 Filet Mignon/Oscar and 1 plank Salmon. One of the Filet was so fatty it was uneatable. They apologized and took the cost of the meal off our bill. A glass of wine was $15 and coffee $5. Meals came out so quickly and cleaned up before one of the group was finished. The service was very "fast" no time to relax". Many empty tables so we could of just talked until the show. Probably would not go back.
The service was very good( especially thanks to Nancy!). Food was delicious. It’s always a pleasure.
$18 for 3 shrimp in shrimp cocktail is absurd. Meatball appetizer was nothing special. Same with scallops. Way overpriced. Service was great. Servers were wonderful. We were in and out.
Excellent service and good food recommend this upscale steakhouse. Prime rib and fillet mignon were very good. Waiter with bushy mustache was top notch.
Food was horrible and very expensive. Took 2 hrs for food to come out.
We had a lovely time.
This was my first visit I will be returning. The service was excellant, The food was just outstanding. Was not rushed could take my time and enjoy the atmosphere which was great . I can't say enough that everything was outstanding. Would recommend to friends, relatives and even enemies. I was with my niece and two grands they also enjoyed their food , the service. My granddaughter had been before and wanted to come back. Keep up the excellant work.
Nice place for date night with good service. I had steak (flavorful) and my husband had the sea bass which he said was well seasoned.
The food was absolutely excellent. Service was friendly and impeccable. The restaurant is nicely decorated however it sits right off the very smoky casino floor. The restaurant does not have a door that separates the space from the casino floor and therefore depending on where you sit you will smell the smoke.
Outstanding servers! Delicious food! Soups and bread were amazing. Best pork chop I've ever had. Highly recommend it! Would like to see a better selection of appetizers.
Steak was over cooked for the both of us. Menu hasn’t changed in over a year. Disappointed no specials to help change it up a bit.
I was wowed! My waitress sang to me and made my night special!
Very nice-the servers, food & room made for a very pleasant evening!
Decent bread, poorly executed risotto.
Having to walk through smokey room to eat was a turn off.
Steak was overcooked. Service was spot on.
First time at Parx Grill. Service was excellent. Food was very good. Wife liked the scallops and the salads were very good as well. The Veal Oso Bucco was fork tender and tasty. Wine list is well rounded. Food & Beverage Director Anthony Santini came over to see us and made our evening complete. He is a real asset to Parx.
Had a reservation and they seated us in a huge booth for a large party when it was just 2 of us making it feel less intimate and comfortable. Food was mediocre at best and certainly not worth the price. Atmosphere was ok but very noisy. Only good thing was the service even though we never received the soda we ordered.
Food was excellent. Staff were amazing!
Food was excellent. Our waitress Britney was great. Have been here several times.
Never got our meals after 50 min
Birthday dinner with my husband...great service great food!
The food was delicious as always. I had the Sea bass. It was cooked perfectly. My husband had the pork chop. My French martini was excellent!
