Nice hotel restaurant. Great service. Clam Chowder soup was huge and good, butshould have been hotter.

I had a business meeting, and the greeter did not bring my guest to my table despite my having asked them to do so and the guest asking for me.

Overall food was good. I ordered the fixed menu & I enjoyed it. The set back was the hostess was nowhere to be found when I entered the restaurant. I waited for 10 minutes, or what felt like that long or longer, before she appeared. I almost left. The restaurant should pay attention to arriving guests.

Highly recommendable restaurant. I love the quiet scene. Food is fantastic as always. I also tried their Prefix lunches and they are wonderful. You have a choice of salad and soup. Crispy Snapper is delicious, crispy on the outside and super moist on the inside. Last but not the least, service is always great. My sister and I enjoyed the meal.

This was a very bad place to have breakfast. Eggs were cold, fruit was stale, eggshells were in the egg, this was table order, I can only imagine what the buffet would have been like.

The carpet had not been vacuumed. My tea cup was stained with tea. The black bean soup was cold and flavorless. Nice enough waiter but everything else was a terrible experience.

When I want a good quality lunch with a quiet atmosphere, I immediately think of the Park Grill. I have been going to this restaurant for over 25 years and have always enjoyed the food and more importantly, the quiet atmosphere. You can actually have a lunch without screaming over the table for conversation as so many other "trendy restaurants" have all hard surfaces and you can hear conversation very well.

My lunch companion and I were quite pleased, especially with our server who pampered us above and beyond the call of duty. I'm consistently blown away with every experience and even this surpassed my expectations. Kudoz!!

The singular, most important reason that I always look forward to dining at this particular restaurant is the reception I am blessed to experience each and every time. I've bought a number of friends, family and clients, all of whom share my sentiments. Thank you for the many memorable moments!

The servers were friendly and efficient. The food was very good. The place was nice and quiet. It's not crowded so the noise level is low. It's pricey but that keeps the crowds away and that, in turn, makes it perfect for a relaxing business lunch that won't leave you with a horse voice.

We went here to celebrate my personal day :-)
The restaurant is located in a hotel and there aren't many people inside, so it's very quiet.
The server is friendly.
The quality-to-price ratio is at ok level.
Food is 3.5-4 out of 5.

We were looking for a yummy and comfortable place for breakfast as part of an outing to see a movie, visit with an out of town friend and celebrate our two birthdays. We started our experience by riding the elevator up with a member of the staff who was going to the third floor restaurant for the "free coffee" - I was excited to see they were serving illy but definitely less excited to see that we were charged for a simple pour of coffee into three mugs at $5.75 a pop. Next came the meal itself, or 2 out of 3 of the meals. An omelet and corn beef hash & eggs. The omelet was ordered with a side of fruit instead of potatoes, but still came with ketchup - for dipping the cantaloupe? Both meals were ordered with whole wheat toast that came after we had practically finished our dish, was cold and contained 3 half slices for 2 people. Both of the meals were pretty uninspired. The third meal of french toast arrived well after two of us had finished our meals, perhaps an hour after the order and after I tracked down our waiter to inquiry as to where our third dish was. While we were appreciative that we were not charged for the third dish as an apology, we were still left with a total bill of around $72 for this disaster of a meal. If this were a stand alone restaurant needing the support of San Francisco locals, it would have had to close down years ago.

OpenTable accepted our reservation for Sunday lunch at 11:45 a. We paid parking and headed for restaurant. Upon arrival, staff said the hotel restaurant doesn't serve lunch or dinner, only breakfast. Ruin our family Sunday outing!

It was extremely poor experience. We show up at our reservation time 11:30am and waited for 15 mins at host counter. There was only one server waiting on multiple table and no other person in sight. We finally left.

This restaurant is usually not crowded and is quiet, so you can enjoy your lunch and a conversation. Offers $20 prix fixe menu (starter and entrée). Some dishes very good, others only average. I ordered the prix fixe combination of clam chowder and bone-in pork chop. The clam chowder was good, if a little too thick. However, the pork chop was dry. I think I'll stick to a salad or something cooked to order next time.

Wonderful, As Always! I had a business lunch there, and it was perfect. The food was delicious, the service was good, and the setting was quiet and private enough to have a confidential conversation. And the location is conveniently in the financial district.

The atmosphere is modern, spacious, quiet, with plenty of natural light. The service is professional, not intrusive. The good is prepared well and ranges from casual (a good burger or salad) to more special (a nice piece of fish). This is a good place for a business lunch or a quiet lunch for two.

Always the perfect spot for a business lunch because you can actually have a conversation with the people at your table. The food is consistently done well with some nice variety and service to be expected at a "hotel" restaurant. That being said, expect to pay hotel prices...not as outrageous for food, but considerably higher for drinks.
