Great atmosphere. I was there on a very quiet night.
Good was very good and very timely. Excellent waitress as well, friendly atmosphere, will be back to try the wings
Food was great, large portions and homemade taste. Our server was Brandon and he was fantastic. Only downside is that there were very few gluten free options, especially gluten free pasta and pizza. We would definitely frequent if more GF options were available!!!
Fun atmosphere with wide open windows allowing us to feel like we were outside. Great pizza
The location and ambiance were great, but the slow staff and sub-par food turned me off. The cocktails are delicious, but the staff were nonexistent when we wanted to pay and leave.
We went on a Saturday night with tickets to Doherty's Comedy above. Food was excellent service was fine. All parties enjoyed their meals and there were decent choices on the menu to fit all palates. One recommendation to diners would be to insure you get there early if you will eat first, maybe 6:30 to dine for an 8:00 show. Comedy show has limited seating and if crowded you may miss out or sit in the back. Final note: Comedy show bar service had last call at 9:15 or so. May be a little off on that but it seemed quite early. Guests were hurried out, no lingering upstairs after the show. Not a complaint, just worthy of noting if you will attend if you are catching up with friends on a night out.
The entries we had were great, Haddock was perfect as was the Spring Scollop special my wife had... service was perfect, "Drake" made us feel right at home. Thanks you
It was restaurant week, the accommodated a table of 7 with 3 kids, tables that arrived after us got food before us, and kids food came out last on a Sunday evening. Knowing restaurants run out of things during restaurant week and knowing my daughter loves cheesecake, I did the restaurant week menu and ordered my cheese cake when I ordered the others but when it can time for dessert they had sold out and even thou I ordered it, the waitress dos not put it in the computer so the kids were given tiny ice cream Sunday's and I paid for the extra one which was $6. A large friendly's ice cream Sunday would have been better and cheaper. Then I asked to speaker to the manager but they were short staffed and he was too busy to speak to me.
The food was delicious. Unfortunately we waited almost an hour before receiving bread and that's after we asked. Took over 2 hours from sitting to having our meals. Had to pack most of our dinner by then as we were tired. I'm hoping this was a fluke night of staffing or something.
Awesome service, food come out fast and hot, delicious meal and huge portion sizes!
Food was outstanding. Of special note is the bread. Something is baked into the crust that makes it outstanding. Both of our entrees were excellent as well. Service was so-so, had to ask a server to take our order. Very small parking lot in front.
We've been here a couple of time for dinner over the last year. The food is good, very reasonably price; however, the service is excellent! Staff are pleasant, professional, and can't do enough to make sure you are happy.
My soup course came out with my entree forcing me to choose which one to let get cold. In ordered my favorite meal. The scallops over risotto. The scallops weren't all cooked through nor completely cleaned. And the risotto was crunchy. I have never had nothing but stellar food there, maybe New Years Eve isn't the night for them.
Bri our server was just a ray of sunshine and energy. The food was seasoned well and cooked to perfection, overall just an excellent job. We ended up ordering a second dish to take home as we don't live nearby and wanted more than just our leftovers.
The bacon marmalade burger and spinach & artichoke rangoons were fantastic. The calzone was fresh. My date and I really enjoyed the food. We came on a Saturday night and although it didn't seem that busy, parking was a little tough.
Great food and service!
This is the absolute best calzone! The crust is flaky instead of a lump of dough. Lots of different kinds of cheese. I ordered fillings of sliced meatball and ricotta. My wife had a impressive chicken kabob on a bed of lettuces, vinaigrette, etc. The staff was superb
A wonderful dining experience. The food was flavorful and done perfectly
We came for dinner because there was a comedy show upstairs later in the night. The service was very slow even though it didn't seem as our waitress had many tables. The menu is basic but the food was pretty good. We sat in the dining room which is not far from the bar and there was a band performing so it did have a loud noise level. Overall this place is OK.... nothing special.
Both the service & the food were very good. We would not hesitate going again.
The server initially brought over the wrong dish, then three minutes later brought over the burger I ordered. Ordered the burger medium, came very well done, burned on one side, When I brought it up to her, she was indifferent about it, and did not offer an alternative. Burger was not taken off the check. Other person ordered a calzone, which they used their standard greek style dough for. Completely wrong type of dough for a calzone.
We have been there multiple times, hoping things would improve. We have been eating there for years, starting back when it was Angela's. Since becoming Park Grill it has been nothing but disappointing. We tried again (last time!) mainly to use the gift card we received from manager last time we were there. At that time my meal was burnt. This time the same dish was lukewarm. What a shame. It is a cute place, the menu promises a lot. Just one big disappointment!
Park Grill & Spirits offers a nice variety on their menu. My husband had steak tips, which he said were very tasty. I had the butternut squash ravioli and was delighted with the dish. Some restaurants overwhelm the entree with too much heavy sauce. But the sauce in this case was perfect.
Our wait staff was very pleasant and attentive. And the prices were reasonable. I would eat here again.
We had the opportunity to enjoy our meal at the bar area with the windows open. Great evening of drinks, food and keno! The bread was delicious to begin our meal with the dipping sauce. I had the chicken parm, which was an enormous portion of chicken but the sauce wasn't that good tasting. My daughter had the $5 early bird of the meatball sandwich which she said was good and my friend had the cheeseburger which was also good. We went as a party of six for 5:30 pm and were seated immediately, it was a great evening as we had dinner then went upstairs for the paint nite! Would return to Park Grill and Spirits.
Very good food and good prices with attentive service. Fresh baked bread and dipping oil are a big favorite of mine. On Valentine's Day, dessert of white chocolate blueberry bread pudding was delicious! A bit small in the main restaurant and entrance could be better labeled for check in; parking is very limited, but worth the effort.
Very good....but the meat ball app. was no consistent in temperature of the food. I had cold spots in the meatballs....but they were good.
I was happy to be with 8 women of my family from 79 to 1-1/2 year olds! We all had something different to eat from fish to chicken and vegetarian and it was wonderful. I was surprised that the side salad was not ordinary, but field greens. The only drawback is the parking during the cold winter night, did not see handicapped spot. Thank you for a fun night to celebrate my birthday!
The aroma as we walked up was terrific! The food was excellent! The staff was personable as well. I was a little concerned about the small parking lot but my husband found a space no problem.
Park Grill turned out to be an okay place to dine if you are not in a hurry and not looking for impressive ambience. Wait staff were friendly and courteous and we waited perhaps 45 minutes for our dinners. A crust of bread goes only so far. The meal was nicely presented and very tasty. Although it is not a place I would yearn to return to for dining, I would go again if I was looking to just get a meal.
This was our first date out. We enjoyed it very much. Had to rate the ambiance as fair only because half way through the meal, the lights came up full power, and my date actually saw what I looked like and asked for a paper bag... Lol! Overall it was a good meal with great service.
The parking lot was full, but it was very quiet in the dining room, only one other party other than us. The bar seemed busy though. We both ordered off the specials menu. Scallops with sausage and butternut cream sauce was quite tasty. The salmon special was good but nothing extraordinary. The salmon and pilaf were satisfactory. It was listed on the menu to come with a roasted red pepper side, but came with grilled zucchini and broccoli. The waitress never told me why it came with something different. I was looking forward to the red peppers but the grilled vegetables were actually the best part of the meal. We would go back to try some of the other dishes.
I realize it was a big game night, but the volume on the TV was ridiculously loud. Painfully so, the restaurant was strangely empty. which is a shame because clearly the chef knows what he/she is doing.
Best food I have had in a while, it was shame the atmosphere did not match the quality of the food.
Risotto with cranberries and squash was amazing! So was the chicken parm.
we were disappointed in this experience. The place was not very busy but the service was slow. The food was ok. We didn't care for the atmosphere. It was too bright and too quiet. We were a party of four trying to have a good time laughing and joking and we were getting looks. I wouldn't go back here.
The three in my party were the only ones in the restaurant for the 2+ hours we were there. I felt bad for our waiter missing out on tips.
Our waiter, dressed as Batman was quite amiable and attentive. The food splendid. I had the haddock with lots of veggies (can't remember what it was called). The fish moist, the vegetables not over cooked, were delicious. We shared the maple bread pudding which was awesome.
We haven't been to this location since the dreaded Biagio's. I am so glad we decided to come here to escape the trick or treaters.
One of thier salad come with hot shrimp in a bowl with a special sauce that you are to poor over your salad but you are advise by the waitress not to because it will wilt your salad. So why would you sell it that way. who wants to wait till it cools down to enjoy your food. Also the sause is thin, water like not much flavor. Would never suggest that to anyone.
Went there on Friday with my significant other for the comedy show, we made reservations for dinner before the show. We were promptly seated, unfortunately, we were seated next to a table of people who were quite loud and did not mind the airing their recent therapy session. The girl had the table had to be in her mid 20s and had quite a potty mouth - perhaps to many drinks???? Which are generous in liquor and very good. We ordered the Calamari App, EXCELLENT! We our meals, I ordered Chicken Parm - it was freshly cooked, only compliant was the pasta was not as hot as the chicken. My man ordered the sirloin tips - well done. The tip were cooked to perfection and very tender. Perhaps this is our new spot. Excellent all around.
On a recent Saturday evening, our reservation was honored as we were seated promptly, the service was attentive and responsive, the appetizer and meals were served hot and were all very full of flavor and very tasty and we received great value for the dollar.
The number of people smoking immediately outside the front door of the restaurant detracted from an otherwise good dining experience.
This was enjoyable, I look forward to going again.
This restaurant had a varied menu with many offerings from salads, sandwiches, burgers, pizza and full meals....chicken, beef, fish, pasta. I had the grilled salmon special which was delicious and my husband had the lasagna which was stuffed with meatballs and sausage and came with same on side. It was delicious too. We started with the antipasto salad which was more than enough for two. Doesn't look like much from the outside. Almost looks like a diner but atmosphere inside was cozy with a modern flare. Prices were very reasonable. Would definitely recommend this restaurant for a casual dinner.
