Made a reservation for New Years Day breakfast, which was probably part of the reason the experience was not great.... But, I had researched that Park 75 at the Four Seasons was a very good place to eat breakfast.
The service was very good - nice, friendly, and responsive staff from valet to waiters.
The food was horrible!!! I was excited for the red velvet pancakes which were on the website menu and also on open tables menu but are apparently no longer available. I also expected a menu upon arrival but a buffet was offered. When I asked for the menu, they said it would be 20-30 minutes for any meals to be served (surprisingly it only took about 10 so I think they were trying to avoid any extra cooking). The buffet was sooooo mediocre. Scrambled eggs, omelettes, bacon, sausage, salmon (not fresh), hard bagels, pastries (not fresh), and I think waffles. It was like dining at a comfort inn but with salmon. We ordered the OMGosh French Toast and it was OMGross... just really bad food. Our bill was over 200$ for 4 people (3 buffets and one menu meal, plus coffee/juice).
I would not recommend and wish I had gone to the Ritz instead.
Pricey so best for special occasions but worth every penny! Selection was top notch and quality is second to none! Not your typical brunch. All you can eat oysters on half shell, king crab claws and jumbo shrimp that were really fresh, the prime rib was top grade angus that was incredibly tender and cooked to perfection - just st to name a few items on the buffet. And don’t skip the desserts’
My visits to Atlanta now include a Sunday brunch at Park 75 with my Granddaughter, who loves the experience. My gold standard for is the Houston Four Seasons; the Park 75 can’t match its variety and size, but its brunch offers sufficient breadth and high quality, in a pleasant environment, conducive to conversation .
Having stayed and eaten at various Four Seasons in the past, we thought we would take friends to brunch at the Four Seasons while we were visiting Atlanta.
Friends were impressed and we thought we'd done good job taking them there. Service was of the usual high standard.
However, we have been to better Four Seasons. The lobby was disappointing with a lack of the usual brilliant floral display. The vegetables were luke warm at the brunch with dishes not being replenished quickly enough.
The Halloween desserts were a good touch especially for children but maybe not so much for adults.
We look forward to our next visit to a Four Seasons Hotel.
Lovely Sunday Brunch, reminiscent of many jazz brunches in New Orleans. Cold steamed Seafood was excellent. We even had some spicy crawfish. Salads were crispy and had numerous toppings. Omelets were lovely and hand delivered to our table. Desserts were creative for Halloween. We found the food spread set up in the hallway a little awkward, but we got over it once we dug in to the good food.
I just think that the quality of the food was not worth the price. The taste of the food offered for the Easter Brunch buffet was really worth about $60 instead of $110. I really had high expectations based on the recommendation I received regarding the Father's day brunch.
Park 75 is cute, upscale and lovely. We had arrived a little late for 7:45AM reso [and in fitness attire] but no one else was in the area that we were in, so it felt quiet and private, and we were comfortable. I had arranged for an early breakfast date, but our server Topher, was energetic, conversational and outstanding. We were seated at the couches in between the chandelier and the window and tried the Belgian waffle [with a Georgia touch] and the Southwest breakfast. Both were tasty and highly recommended.
We visited Park 75 For New Years Day Brunch. While our Server Mandy was attentive and gracious, we could overhear other Servers complaining about Guests and that they were working on New Years Day. The food quality was fair and not kept neatly organized and fresh between Guests. It was not a well organized New Years Day Lunch. Very disappointing as we live close by and have enjoyed dining here in the past.
When we arrived - we had to stand in a long line to check in with the hostess. She seemed very unorganized. There was not a table reserved for us even though I had made a reservation for 4 a week early. We had to sit in the noisy lobby right beside the check in station with chaos right beside us.Not a good experience. There was no one working the carving stations. Nice place, good food but the service is poor.
The food was really good. I got the salmon and bagel. My friend got the red velvet pancakes and we split the grits. The service was horrific. Their computers had gone done and they were struggling. I could have forgave the long wait had someone communicated to us the problem. Instead no one wanted to make eye contact and all the staff seemed to be avoiding tables. That is not the type of service you expect from a Four Seasons hotel.
My wife and I went to their Sunday brunch on our anniversary. For starters it was expensive, but the expense was justified with the comfortable atmosphere and outstanding variety of elegant and very tasty foods. For a Sunday brunch, prime rib, sushi, variety of seafood, breakfast eggs and sausage, many types of desserts and drinks. For us it was well worth the expense. Oh, all this with complimentary valet parking.
