Samri is the reason I keep returning to Park 75! Awesome service - always with a smile! Everything was great, as usual.
This was my daughter’s and I first time at Park 75. We loved it! The food was amazing and the service was top notch. We will definitely be back!
The ambiance was superb, food was delicious, especially the grits c’est magnifique! Staff was very attentive . I would definitely eat here again and recommend everyone try at least once!
Staff here are absolutely fabulous!! Food is really good, so much choice, seafood especially tasty, could've had some more veg dishes, but overall very good
The food was incredible and the staff was so friendly! 10/10 would recommend!
I don’t know any other way to say this...
It’s always very good.
Great experience at Park 75!
WOW!! Its nice to go somewhere that still understands customer service! The food was amazing. I will gladly pay for this ambiance, service and food again and again. It definitely worth it!!
Service was great as well as the food. My waiter brought out chocolate covered strawberries on a plate that wished me happy birthday!!! This was by far my most memorable moment at Park 75!!! OUTSTANDING!!!!
Great food choices and good service. We stayed at Four Seasons and this was so convenient with great food.
I typically rate this restaurant as outstanding across the board. I was dismayed at the service on this visit for a business breakfast. The service was less than attentive and left much to be desired. I may need to rethink my future business meeting location. Samri is generally available in the mornings and she was noticeably absent, as were the other servers that I have become accustomed to seeing in the morning. The new serving staff needs a lot more polish and some lessons in customer service. Even my guest remarked on the lower quality of service.
The service was excellent. The old was delicioius. I felt like a queen and they made my 5 year old son feel like a prince. WE went for Brunch but some ordered form the menu and others the Buffet. You can't go wrong I will go back very soon.
The staff was so courteous and professional. The crab Benedict was delightful. I sat in the common area, but wish I had sat inside of the actual restaurant to get the full effect of the restaurant experience.
A very beautiful setting with live music and wonderful food.
My husband and I had brunch at Park 75 for $180 with tip...that was bad enough but the service did not reflect well on the Four Seasons. We were not asked if we wanted juice etc..so we assumed it was on the buffet. No! My husband was using a cane in one hand and a plate in the other and not one of the four women at the seating desk offered to help him. They were doing nothing but talking to each other. I had to ask twice for water refills. This is service acceptable in many in places but not a high end hotel. Go to Rays on the River for a fabulous brunch.
Great experience and the service was beyond expectations!
Incredible Sunday Brunch! Food selection was abundant and everything that we were able to try was delicious. Service was excellent and there were many clearly marked gluten free options.
I was very disappointed with the service we received during Sunday brunch at Park 75, especially after hearing so many great reviews prior to our visit. We were seated in a pretty odd area, so we asked to be moved. They gladly offered to move us, but as we sat at another table while they cleaned off a new one for us, our new table was given to another party. We then waited for them to find us another table and were eventually seated. From there, a woman who we believe was the manager came over to apologize and assure that we would be incentivized to come back for the inconvenience. That never happened. Service was very slow and by the time we received our check, everything was broken down from the buffet and the majority of the guests were gone. Even as it relates to the buffet, the selection wasn't very vast or appealing. The overall experience was not a good representation of what Four Seasons service is well known to be. While the food was OK and some of the staff was friendly, I am sure I will not be back.
Honestly I hate to leave a review like this but there is absolutely no way I could justify $750 for 6 of us for brunch. $50 of that was a bottle of Processco. The food was fine and the service was great but hey man it was brunch. $750
We were disappointed to learn that ONLY the buffet was available. Our reservation was at 10:15, but they stopped offering the menu at 10. They should make this clear when you make a reservation!!
Not much to add on this experience. Solid food, great service, good ambiance although a little too quiet for me and my boisterous friends but a good experience!
Over priced hotel food, not worth it for brunch, $69 per person, drinks not included.
Great brunch with family and friends. Everything was tasty
Samri is wonderful server! Everything was excellent, as always!
Mommy/Daughter time was the occasion. We’d eaten here two years ago when staying at the Four Seasons and the food and service were absolutely wonderful. As the saying goes, apparently all good things must come to an end. We were really looking forward to breakfast this morning since our first experience was so amazing. I’m inclined to say they must have changed chefs since I last visited. The food was not nearly of the same quality as far as the taste and presentation. The service was slow. We gathered our waiter was overwhelmed and preferred to pay more attention to the larger party expecting a higher tip. Someone else brought out our food. Dropped my bacon. We waited so long for him to take out credit card to pay. It felt like we were being held hostage. Eventually someone else came over and asked if they could help us. Geesh. We drove from our hotel in Buckhead which had a wonderful breakfast menu. We should’ve saved the time and gas (and a few dollars less for the food) and just eaten at our hotel. Cest la vie. I will likely never eat there again.
What a wonderful place to take friends for a Sunday brunch! Our first trip--but not our last!
It was a great brunch.
GREAT service! Celebrated our 29 anniversary and they gave a 1 for each year . Very creative and unique food offering . I loved the smoke salmon ,grill vegetables, and red velvet lollipops. They even offered valet parking for free. Very professional staff.
The food was good, and the service was phenomenal, but it was $150 for two of us to eat breakfast! I was expecting it to be about $50 a person, simply because we were at the 4 Seasons, but $75 a person for brunch???? Never again...
Made a reservation for New Years Day breakfast, which was probably part of the reason the experience was not great.... But, I had researched that Park 75 at the Four Seasons was a very good place to eat breakfast.
The service was very good - nice, friendly, and responsive staff from valet to waiters.
The food was horrible!!! I was excited for the red velvet pancakes which were on the website menu and also on open tables menu but are apparently no longer available. I also expected a menu upon arrival but a buffet was offered. When I asked for the menu, they said it would be 20-30 minutes for any meals to be served (surprisingly it only took about 10 so I think they were trying to avoid any extra cooking). The buffet was sooooo mediocre. Scrambled eggs, omelettes, bacon, sausage, salmon (not fresh), hard bagels, pastries (not fresh), and I think waffles. It was like dining at a comfort inn but with salmon. We ordered the OMGosh French Toast and it was OMGross... just really bad food. Our bill was over 200$ for 4 people (3 buffets and one menu meal, plus coffee/juice).
I would not recommend and wish I had gone to the Ritz instead.
Food was decent but service could have been better. Had to ask for plates to be removed and the waitress reached across the table. Need to train the staff on proper etiquette.
Pricey so best for special occasions but worth every penny! Selection was top notch and quality is second to none! Not your typical brunch. All you can eat oysters on half shell, king crab claws and jumbo shrimp that were really fresh, the prime rib was top grade angus that was incredibly tender and cooked to perfection - just st to name a few items on the buffet. And don’t skip the desserts’
The Sunday brunch was fantastic! our server, Tofer was perfectly attentive and accommodating, every single item that i ate was delicious. The jazz trio provided lovely background music . All of it justified the cost!
i will absolutely be back
My visits to Atlanta now include a Sunday brunch at Park 75 with my Granddaughter, who loves the experience. My gold standard for is the Houston Four Seasons; the Park 75 can’t match its variety and size, but its brunch offers sufficient breadth and high quality, in a pleasant environment, conducive to conversation .
Having stayed and eaten at various Four Seasons in the past, we thought we would take friends to brunch at the Four Seasons while we were visiting Atlanta.
Friends were impressed and we thought we'd done good job taking them there. Service was of the usual high standard.
However, we have been to better Four Seasons. The lobby was disappointing with a lack of the usual brilliant floral display. The vegetables were luke warm at the brunch with dishes not being replenished quickly enough.
The Halloween desserts were a good touch especially for children but maybe not so much for adults.
We look forward to our next visit to a Four Seasons Hotel.
Lovely Sunday Brunch, reminiscent of many jazz brunches in New Orleans. Cold steamed Seafood was excellent. We even had some spicy crawfish. Salads were crispy and had numerous toppings. Omelets were lovely and hand delivered to our table. Desserts were creative for Halloween. We found the food spread set up in the hallway a little awkward, but we got over it once we dug in to the good food.
Family came into town to visit, had a wonderful breakfast at Park 75
Very good. Continue to go back and doesn’t disappoint
