   This was definitely not the 5 star Brunch I was expecting. The room was cold and not very inviting. Part of the food was in the hall right in front of the elevators! The service wasn’t good. This was unacceptable. Do not waste your money.

   I make a monthly reservation. However, I am a vegetarian so having a few more vegetarian protein options would be great. The buffet is $89 and most of my friends are vegan or vegetarian we just don’t see the value in the selections offered. If you can create a vegan or vegetarian friendly section that would be amazing. The Pastry Chefs usually do an amazing job. This week the desserts were hard, or lacked consistency.

   Fun special occasion experience. Food is really good and you eat way too much. Great presentation and warm professional service. Ambience is fair because the buffet is partly in a hall but it works.

   overall pretty good. selection was fair. would present better if all of the food service were in proximity to each other. perhaps on room rather than multiple locations around the elevator banks and on the side of the staircase.

   The manager was extremely nice and helpful. We had booked wo tbles and wanted to sit close together so she ended up seating us near the bar. The floor and table we were given had leftover chicken and food on the floor and the table was not cleaned. For the Four Seasons you would expect every table and seated areas would be immaculate. The manager on the floor apologized and gave us a tour of the food area as well as paid for our drinks. She reacted quickly to correct the issue but for me the damage was done - I wouldn't go back. The food was okay but I had hoped to have a variety you would not cook at home.

    My family of 4 went for Sunday breakfast - there is a brunch but we had somewhere to go. The service was friendly and attentive. The food was beautifully presented and very good. The room is nice but could use a little update since there are so many newer places popping up. I'll go back. I told them ahead of time it was my sons birthday and they brought out a lovely chocolate dessert - he loved it!

    For a special occasion brunch, I highly recommend Park 75. Great selections like lamb, prime rib, and salmon. Seafood highlight and things we don't normally have. Such a treat!

    The hostess who is actually a manager was not welcoming and did not exude the holiday spirit. Interacting with her actually started our experience off badly. There were not very many vegan or vegetarian options for the holiday brunch, which was disappointing. It’s impossible to eat $155 worth of food. Yanni, a server, is AH-MAY-ZING and salvaged the experience with her wonderful service.

    Such a wonderful brunch! Especially great if you like seafood (shellfish). There was all you can eat shrimp, oysters, crawfish and ceviche!! Everything was wonderful. The pastries were phenomenal, do not skip! My favorite was this pistachio pastry… MIGHT be the best thing there ;)

    The food (shrimp and grits and omelet) was tasty, but mediocre at best and not worth the cost. The service was friendly but inattentive throughout our meal. The ambience with holiday decorations was beautiful. Website says free valet, but ended up with stamped ticket you pay $5 plus tip.

    Overall, my family and I enjoyed brunch. The Staff was friendly and helpful; valet was attentive and quick. For a brunch buffet, it was a bit pricey but there was a variety of stations and the food was good. (The grits needed salt, but nonetheless, we enjoyed ourselves.) If you valet, it’s 5$ per car + tip, if you are generous. I’ll be back.
