**A note from the restaurant**
Outside seating is on a first come, first serve basis.
Always my favorite spot when I'm in the city 💖
Food is very good, but noise level can get pretty bad.
Everything was great except the noise level. The music was turned up during the dinner which made the overall restaurant volume increase.
The menus was extensive. Anyone could find a choice. Our waiter was very informative but spoke a little too fast. We started with a seafood appetizer which had many delicious choices. I ordered the chicken liver parfait which would have been better without the raspberry jelly. The macaroni and cheese was yummy. I think we ordered too many appetizers. For the main course we all chose something different. The hanger steak was delicious and was served with a huge amount of French fries. The duck was good but I didn’t like the potatoes. The fish in parchment was my husband’s choice and he thoroughly enjoyed it. The lamb shank was delicious. For dessert we ordered profiteroles and they were excellent. The pot de crepe was delicious. They also gave us macarons for my son’s birthday which were really good. Overall Parc was a great choice.
We can always count on Parc! One of our go to places in the city.
David made the nigh quite enjoyable our server Edwin knew the menus and helped with wine. Our meals were exceptional will make it back soon👍
We eat at Parc often for lunch but went for dinner this time. As usual, everything was delicious, our waiter was on top of things and very helpful, the service was paced well and I love the feel of the restaurant. The only slight negative is that the music was a bit louder than it needed to be, causing people to speak even louder...noise is a bit of a problem there. (Even my 26 year old commented on it) Nonetheless, I look forward to returning.
The bread basket was amazing and the food was tasty and pretty quickly delivered! The staff was incredible, considering how difficult it must have been for them to move through such a crowded dining room. The noise level was nearly intolerable, though. I don't really know what a solution would be - it's the result of the restaurant's popularity and success so I guess you just need to be prepared to yell to your dining companions.
As always, wonderful food! Between us for brunch we had the world’s best by a mike oatmeal, French onion soup, meatball Benedict, eggs Benedict. Each dish was delicious. - and the raisin, etc, bread! Cold champagne and hot coffee. One of our favorite places.
Darwin was excellent. He took great care of us. Food was wonderful.
We had made an Open Table reso. Arrived on time and were lead to a small table at the bottom of the stairs. This 2 top looked like it had been wedged in, not inviting at all. Asked for options and we were lead to a nice 2 top window seat. I could see being given the sketchy table if we were a walk in @ 7 on a Saturday.
Apps were average, Pate & Escargot, Snails were drowning in a garlicky broth, good except that the garlic was raw... Veal & chanterelles, and Trout were both well executed. Bread basket was exceptional.
The muscles were outstanding, the tuna carpaccio perfectly done. The trout, a favorite did not disappoint and the duck was tender and juicy.
Never had a bad meal. The best bread in town! Great for all occasions.
Parc is a go-to for brunch. AMAZING food, generous portions, while still maintaining an authentic atmosphere. The noise level is pretty high because of the popularity, but not so much you can't talk to whoever you're dining with.
Great hosts and amazing food! Will return!
Always great at PARC. We wish we could go more often but unfortunately the prices have really gone up. It is a French Bistro but in my opinion not priced as such. Also last 2 times I was there when ordering the carafe of wine was told it is really not good so I went with something else that was suggested. Why would a STARR restaurant had something not good on the menu- that seems not in line with the reputation.
I am always guaranteed a perfect meal with perfect service every time I go to Parc.
Overall great meal.
Our waiter seemed to forget us. We had to flag down another waiter for a water refill. We were out in a back room when plenty of spots were available windowside in front rooms. Maybe that is why waiter forgot us! Eat in the front rooms for good service! Food was ok. Bread is ways delicious, although we got burned crusts this time.
The food was extremely disappointing for the price. Bland, small portion, and tasted old.
Aside from the nose level it's very nice - food is great. Not for a romantic evening though.
Fabulous food. Service is impeccable. Love the ambience. One of the best restaurants in Philly.
The server was friendly and attentive and the venue suggested a good experience was coming but the food was very disappointing. I ordered Steak Frites and the meat was over-salted as were the fries. In my opinion that is unforgivable in a restaurant of this size and at this price-point.
One of the best breakfasts I have ever had. The quiche was so good I look forward to coming back for dinner.
The restaurant was empty, had a reservation and placed in the farthest corner next to the exit. Then I asked to move to another table that wobbled. The server explained if we jammed ourselves up against the window. and ate uncomfortably, the wobble would end. That was her solution. No offer to put a match box underneath or move to another table. I ate with my foot preventing the table from wobbling. She never asked to refill my glass because it had no alcohol in it. The wait staff tried to grab my unfinished meal (half a plate ) so could turn table. Having an important conversation and had constant interruptions to turn table - but no interuptions to see if we needed anything. not pleasant for $115
Perfect spot for a light lunch. Calvados Sidecars are the best around, the shrimp salad excellent, the moules delicious and the sandwiches tasty and reasonably priced. Service is always attentive and welcoming. Outdoor seating when weather permits.
Our waiter Ryan Fleming was absolutely fantastic. Most definitely, made our lunch great. Knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, & cordial. He deserves a raise!
Great service & meal
What a fine! From the genuine welcome at the reservation desk to the waiter who did not need to write down our order, this was simply an amazing meal! Parc came highly recommended and it did not disappoint one bit. I am coming back and I am bringing my friends who I know are going to LOVE it! Thanks for caring so much for your customers.
I went for Sunday brunch, 2 PM reservation. Although we were promptly seated, it took 15 minutes to get water and place order. Took one hour for food to arrive.
Still my fave restaurant in Philly. Always clutch. Brunch, lunch or dinner, you can't go wrong.
Great food, service and people-watching spot!
Great experience !
We had a pretty close to perfect experience, but there was some sort of birthday happening behind us and our table was placed in the middle of this standing get-together next to the bar. It was really awkward, but it was probably the best meal I’ve ever had, so I’m giving it 5 stars. I got the half roast chicken and a beet salad (which is just beets .. no salad) and some sort of banana caramel chocolate dessert. Just incredible. Best chicken I’ve ever had, SO moist. Our waiter seemed a bit off from being stressed out tending to the party behind us and serving through an obstacle course, but it was alright. This placed was jam packed so I’m glad I made a reservation. We waited about 10 minutes to be seated, and other than our table placement it was an amazing experience and I can’t wait to go back. Very authentically French
We dine at Parc all the time. It's our favorite place to go in Philly when we want to linger over cocktails and eat an indulgent meal. Tonight I tried the new pasta added to the menu - butternut squash with brown butter. It was outstanding! service is always excellent and we can't wait to go back (probably next week!)
The wait to sit in the main dining room was long but worth the wait. Will go again
The service was excellent. the food was great. We would return.
We love this restaurant, but Saturday for brunch it was very loud. The acoustics aren’t great when it is busy.
You can always count on Parc for the same delightful experience!!!!!!
