Stephen Starr's stylish addition to Rittenhouse Square pays tribute to French cafe culture, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week, ideal for a quick bite or a leisurely meal. Parc recalls the chic brasseries of Paris, serving classic French fare in a charming space. Red leather banquettes topped with frosted glass provide a sense of intimacy. Details such as well-worn wooden chairs, vintage framed paintings and photos and antique brass fixtures transport guests across the Atlantic. French doors spill onto a sidewalk terrace covered by a dark red awning perfect for dining "en plein air." Reservations are not accepted for outdoor tables.

We had a large party of 8 for my daughters 21rst birthday .
Several of her uncles stopped in sporadically which I did not anticipate . The server handled the chaos like a true professional . I really appreciated his patience and professionalism . He handled it like a seasoned professional .
All of the “drop in’s” are regulars at Parc . I am sure they will continue to enjoy the excellent treatment we all received

Escargot, trout almandine and the lamb were perfectly cooked and seasoned. Wine recommendations were a good pairing. Wonderful macaroons were delightful but I loved the apple tartin..A must if you like apple desserts.

This is our third time dining with Parc. Everything from the food, to the service, to the dining environment was exceptional. They were flexible with reservation alterations, quick and considerate to fix a small mistake, and pleasant all around staff. We recommend to all who are looking for a wonderful brunch experience. We will never hesitate to go back.

We eat at Parc quite a lot! We had dinner with my son and his girlfriend this past Saturday and we had a very nice time. My favorite meal at Parc is the warm shrimp salad..so delicious. My husband, son and girlfriend had the beef bourganion. Our waitress was so accommodating . We will be back!

The service was friendly, but the noise level was considerably higher than the last time we were there. Too noisy for our tastes. Menu is great, with enough small plate and side options to make a lighter (or cheaper) meal possible. Excellent cocktail (negroni fume). Our server was prompt and attentive and everything came fast - without feeling at all rushed. Usually I am a gushing fan of Parc; but the noise level was really high Friday night.

Chicken dish was almost inedible. Food came out in less than 10 minutes chicken tasted like rubber.

I made a reservation to have lunch after my daughter's graduation. After arriving, we were placed at a table next to the bar, in the middle of the floor/flow.
I asked the waiter and the hostess if we could be moved into a booth/more intimate place. A booth opened up next to us and I again asked to be moved. The hostess replied 'no' and then placed some vip's at the booth....very important posers. When I questioned why she didn't move us, she told me if I didn't like my table, we could get up and put our name on the list and wait.
Nice.
Anyway, I've been to Parc before and the upside is; the food is good and the service usually tight. This past visit our server was pleasant but we ordered a dessert to be shared after our meal and he handed out different sized spoons. This isn't TGIF and nor are the prices.
It's a great place to people watch although the noise level is off the charts, try to get a table outside if weather and crowd size allow.
Nice wine list and drink menu.
Al in all...I'm perplexed as to why this place is so popular. There's so many great places to eat in the city.

Bravo Stephen Starr! Parc keeps getting better. Breadbasket more generous served immediately, sometimes even before water. Portions a bit larger, well prepared and with less salt. No wonder it’s always full.

Usual good food. Only flaw was lukewarm coffee -- at first serving and with a refill.

I love this restaurant! The menu, the quality and creative presentation of the food, the wine & cocktail selections, the attentive service, the view of Rittenhouse Square! There’s an enormous fresh seafood tower for sharing, delicious soups and salads, everything is freshly prepared. I love that well-behaved 4-legged friends are welcome, too. It’s always a treat!

We have visited Parc on many occasions.. However, this last visit was pretty bad..Only with the help of a manager were we able to have service.. The server we were given took our order and then after that he was nowhere to be found. We discovered that Parc was short help and he was serving several other tables in a completely different area. Our food was delivered in a timely matter.. But if there was anything we needed we had to ask a manager to help. and that was several times..That became a bit ridiculous. The Quiche, just was pretty bland.. I am not sure if we chose the right day to visit your establishment.. For us it was a hassle.. The Manager did take our check.. But all in all as much as that was appreciated it would have been much better if maybe 1 out of the many managers there that day, had just taken over for the server to make life a bit easier.

We dine at Parc occasionally and usually a great experience. However, on this day the service wasn’t so great. William our server was very nonchalant the way he went about serving us. Took extremely long to get our drinks orders as well food. He was basically ignoring that we were even there. When our food finally came out he never checked back on us to see how everything was going. He even flag us off when we asked for lemon to add to our water which he forgot to bring out for us. So management had to take over which recovered for our experience here at Parc.

I was disappointed with the Nicoise Salad. Most items are made fresh but when the salad appeared with what tasted like canned tuna - i was surprised and will know to ask now before hand - never assume anything. The bread is always top line and i hope that leftovers are given to the homeless.

Some things never change... and that's a good thing. Considering it has been around awhile, Parc continues to shine for quality of service, atmosphere and most of all the expertly prepared food. Well prepared and flavorful . Parc is my 'go to' restaurant in the Rittenhouse area. An outstanding dining experience every time I have been here.

The table we reserved was ready and the staff was very professional and pleasant. Although the restaurant was busy, our drinks and food were delivered promptly. The breadbasket is fabulous. The dishes we chose were delicious. The only downside was that it is noisy and hard to have a conversation.
