Stephen Starr's stylish addition to Rittenhouse Square pays tribute to French cafe culture, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week, ideal for a quick bite or a leisurely meal. Parc recalls the chic brasseries of Paris, serving classic French fare in a charming space. Red leather banquettes topped with frosted glass provide a sense of intimacy. Details such as well-worn wooden chairs, vintage framed paintings and photos and antique brass fixtures transport guests across the Atlantic. French doors spill onto a sidewalk terrace covered by a dark red awning perfect for dining "en plein air." Reservations are not accepted for outdoor tables.

Made a reservation for a table by the window but they didn't reserve one for me. Ended up packed together in the middle of the restaurant with other guests. Food was OK. Waiter was rude.

Visiting Philly to help my daughter look for a home. We love French food and an acquaintance had recommended Parc. Everything we had was delicious (including the grapefruit cocktail)!

We live on Rittenhouse Square and dine out seven nights a week. Parc is too noisy to sup at more than once a month. Just to noisy to be enjoyable. What a shame. Improvement is required.

Delicious, from the cocktails which were current and not your standard, the amazing tomato tarte, and a prime rib special that melted in your mouth.
Very nice service too. We had to ask for a different table, the first was angled so that someone had the back of his chair basically in my friends lap, but they were happy to accommodate.
Will definitely come back the next time we are in town.

Great dinner with an awesome server. He overhead me tell our friend that I was expecting and surprised me with a little plate of macarons as a treat since I couldn’t enjoy the wine everyone got :)

Like the restaurant and the location but noise level was very high. A little bit expensive when compare with other restaurants. Overall a solid 4 starts.

We have heard good things about Parc and the food exceeded our expectations. Every person really enjoyed what they ate. I look forward to going back and trying more dishes. The food is on the pricey side.

Parc i has always been incredible. Dishes like the steak frites and the assorted oysters are always 10/10 wine list is curated well mostly affordable! Personal favorite is the lamb shank Provençal; goat cheese polenta and nicoise olives give it depth to the richness of the dish!

I have been to Parc several times. This was the first time I had an inept waitress. However, after speaking with the hostess, It was taken care of. They also comped my dessert which was a nice gesture.

We came here on a Saturday night to celebrate my birthday. It was a busy night but the services were great. Bread basket was incredible and it came with delicious butter. Escargots and charcuterie were excellent. The onion soup and entrees were on the salty side. Spaghetti bolognese was a disappointment. Overall, it’s good to give it a try.

Always a pleasure at Parc. My only criticism ever is that because all of the hard bistro surfaces, sound bounces around as if slingshot across the room and if your hearing has diminished a quarter decibel it's difficult to hear your dinner companions.
