Excellent food! Had foods I had before (wedding soup, arancini) but with unique touches that put them over the top delicious! Main courses were excellent, prepared perfectly and uniquely! Will definitely be back next time we’re in town!!
Excellent food and very good service. The Chef’s Specials were excellent. We had two different veal dishes that were both very good.
Met friends there. Wonderful atmosphere..Food was very good!
This place has some of the best Italian food I've eaten in my life! The atmosphere was cozy, and just as authentically Italian as the cuisine. Highly recommended!
Amazing as always!
We ordered clams Posilipo and antipasto to start, both excellent. Family style salad served next, very fresh and tasty. Entrees chosen were swordfish (from chef specials menu), and veal porcini. The swordfish was fantastic, perfect seasoning and portion, prepared perfectly, and very aesthetically pleasing. The veal was a bit overdone and chewy, but my partner didn't want to return it and finished every last bite. Our server, Amy, timed the courses perfectly. The only thing that would make this a better experience would be if a server or busser would clean table in between course after they remove the used dishes. Crumbs and water spots make for an unattractive table. Otherwise, this is our second time here, and definitely won't be our last.
Service was below average. We got our cocktail and beer AFTER our appetizer. The salad I had stayed on the table the entire meal instead of being taken off once I was finished. My husbands veal chef special was cold in the middle of the meat so he was only able to eat 1/2 of a $25 dish. We were very disappointed.
This was our second visit and it did not disappoint. The hostess was very accommodating when we asked to be seated in another location. Our server, Rachel was friendly, attentive and knew the menu. We had the tortellini with prosciutto and the Veal Toscana. Both came out perfectly seasoned and flavorful. The entrees come with a salad bowl to share. The portions are ample and you will likely have plenty left to take home. Be sure to make reservations because this place is very popular and you will have to wait for a table without one.
Great Italian restaurant. Live in North Carolina, but visited Colorado Springs the last three years. I have tried this restaurant during each visit and the meals and service are outstanding.
It was my wife’s birthday. Everything was great; seated within 5 min of reservation, greeted by wait staff right away, ordered appetizers right away. The food has great flavor; the calamari is exceptional and I also enjoyed the Cod Florentine!
The only negative, if you wanna call it that, is that we couldn’t get the waIt staff’s attention for the bill right away.
Overall, great experience.
The food is exceptional. Good value. Friendly employees. Located in an interesting old building in ild Colorado Springs.
We go here for a special night out. Thank you Paravicinis.
Our server was very attentive! He even gave me a Happy Anniversary card with a 15% off of my next visit and complimentary dessert! Everything was wonderful and we were seated in a back smaller dining room which I preferred. The main dining room I feel is very loud, tables are a little too close together 😏.(the only negative item)
All in all we will come back!!
Ordered the swordfish special and was disappointed with its preparation- the fish was over cooked and tough, and the hot peppers tasted like something out of a jar instead of being fresh. I expected more creativity from this establishment but assume that it was just an anomaly.
The place is in an old building on the west side of Colo Springs, which has a great ambiance, and easy access. The appetizer we had, arrenchinni was good and the pesto cream sauce was to die for. The lobster bisque was good, but the lobster was crumbly, instead of chunks and a little fishy, not quite as fresh as it could have been. We both had a veal dish and they were both excellent, but my veal was over-cooked, with the edges curling up, and the meat was not fork tender, as you should expect veal to be. I must say they timed the meal to give you time to eat, and enjoy each course, and the service was spot on.
A little disappointed in the food. The broccoli was ice cold, which tells me it was not freshly steamed. The whole night felt dialed in.
Wonderful as usual. Our 21st wedding anniversary. The service as great and the food good.
As with every other visit, this was no exception. My sister is out of town, so my brother in law and my niece's fiance made reservations for Easter evening for dinner. Everything was SO delicious and the service was great! Even our picky eater was impressed and LOVED his meal. This is one of my favorite places in the Springs. Old Colorado City is fun to visit with all the gift shops so, if you're in the area, take time to stop in for a delicious Italian meal at Paravicini's!
Wonderful food with generous portions. Something for everyone on the menu. Nice rustic Italian atmosphere. Terrific service too even when fairly crowded.
Always a wonderful meal! We go to Paravicini's whenever we can. We go as a couple, a family, with friends, and to bring out of town guests. I couldn't tell you how many times I've recommended the restaurant to others!!!
Excellent food, fantastic service! We will be back.
Passing through the area and wanted Italian. Very pleased with service and the food and the atmosphere was very comfortable. Enjoyed this place very much!
This food was over priced, bland, and over cooked. The sauce tasted like it was from a jar, the wine tasted expired, and the bruschetta we ordered had hot cheese and cold tomatoes on it (strange combo). I would not recommend this place if visiting the springs.
Our server, Rachel, was friendly and pleasant. Food was excellent!
I really do appreciate Paravicini's being able to reserve a table by the window, as requested. Noise level was a bit loud for casual conversation as there is hardly any room in between tables -- you have to turn sideways to get in-between tables. Meal was delicious! Service was exceptional! Sunday dinner is very busy / restaurant was packed full, so would highly recommend making a reservation. I have recommended this place to numerous friends and co-workers. Well worth the visit!
We came here with our family on an overnight trip to Colorado Springs. The food was fantastic and the service and ambience were great too. Will be back if we are in the area again.
Very tasty food, my family and i all loved the foods that we ordered. I came here 4 times this month and ordered at least 4 different dishes and nothing went wrong yet. I highly recommend this place for occational dinner or everyday lunch because their lunch menu is cheap and awesome.
The food was excellent, we will keep coming back for this reason and this reason only. The service, on the other hand, left something to be desired. I'm not sure if I would blame the wait staff though. The owner made them uncomfortable (it was obvious), with her constant pouring of her own mixed drinks from the bar. Also, this one really bothered me, the manager always had his hands (inappropriately) on the wait staff. Around their waists and other spots, made me uncomfortable.
The Tenderloin Gorgonzola e bellisima. Wonderfully rich and tender. Colorado Springs has a dearth of Italian restaurants that are not chains. This one would stand out anywhere.
Food is amazing , service fast and friendly. Community based restaurant
Paravicini is one of my favorite local restaurants, always delicious!
Excellent fresh pasta nicely served with good wine.
The food is always very good here. The noise level is extremely loud. If you plan on conversation between friends, get ready to talk loud and hope you can hear what is being said. Server was very slow when we were there. She took a long time to get to our table, and a very long time to bring my glass of wine and take our order. That being said, I will definitely return to the restaurant because their food is definitely worth the inconveniences.
Awesome as usual.
Late Sunday lunch with friends and the service and food was awesome.
Wonderful original Italian dishes. Great wait staff. This place is a gem.
Absolutely delicious food. Everything was cooked perfectly and nothing disappointed.
Good food. Nice atmosphere in an older nicely restored building on old town Colorado Springs
The food was excellent and the service was amazing, we are never disappointed when we come here
Great food and service the prices may seem high, but considering the amount of food you get its worth it. It was very busy when we went, but the waitress was still attentive and got our food and drinks out in a timely manner. I highly recommend their lasagna and mussels. We got some alcoholic drinks and they were mixed perfectly, only part was I wish they said it cost $12 a glass, but thats typical. Overall great experience I highly recommend to anyone who enjoys Italian.
Absolutely wonderful!!!! Food is great and service is friendly. Loved our server Stacey!!!! I always go when in town.
I discovered the restaurant a couple of years ago and decided to bring some colleagues with me this time. They loved the ambiance and the lasagna! Our server was great, too!
