Corn tortillas in our orders of fish tacos fell apart. Waitress kindly brought us flour tortillas to swap out. Margarita mix was not balanced - sorry I wasted a shot of Patron in it. I've been to Paragon 3 times prior to the pandemic and thought the food was better. I wonder if they are reducing costs to recoup lost revenue by serving lower quality ingredients.

Went for brunch. Mimosas and food were great!

The food here is top notch! Great drink and beer menus. The only complaint I have is that is is very loud inside. They have an outdoor area set up and Covid guidelines are being followed.

Best wings around. Add in the awesome burger, this is our go to place for great food and a good beer.

Everything we tried on the menu was absolutely delicious. However, the carrot cake was a bit too sweet for us to be able to finish. But honestly, they had such good options to choose from! The pork sticks and the chicken and waffles were superb! Definitely will be back!

Scallops were very good, as was the cauliflower sauce. The grilled cauliflower was a bit over cooked for me. Great Pilsner on tap.

A little pricier than our normal spots we go.. but man was the food delicious! Chicken and waffles had a garlic maple syrup which was amazing. Burgers were good. Wings were delicious (just got buffalo this time but there are a number pf choices). I had a short rib grilled cheese on texas toast.. another hit.. nothing bad came out.. all hot.. all fresh, and super friendly staff. I believe they rotate taps.. just had way too many IPAs and not enough other beers. They had a stout that was 13%.. and that was it for stouts.

Salmon was undercooked. Sent back.
Drink came in a broken glass. The rim of the glass was clearly chipped. Chicken sandwich didn’t have much flavor. Truffle fries were ok.

Drinks seemed on the weaker side. Prices were reasonable.

Not a place I would go to again.

The salad was so good the chicken was so flavorful and I love the line of Orin swift wines on the menu!

Gave one stars only because I couldn’t skip that section without putting down something. Restaurant was closed that day due to a snow storm. Will try going there again later this week. Can give an an honest review then.

Food was great, service was excellent especially considering how busy they were(Valentine's Day weekend) and during COVID. It was our second time there and still extremely impressed. We will definitely be back soon!

Paragon is often my go to place. Everything on the menu is good. The menu does change periodically and at times there aren't alot of options for me.

The food was good service was very nice, however, the room really lacked ambience. I guess with Covid it’s hard because they’re using space that maybe wasn’t used in the past for dining. I just think that small touches like lighting, decorative touches can make any room feel more welcoming. The draft from the front door kept blowing in the front dining room. Heavy curtain on the dining room entrance would help that...Easy to reach location we were leaving Nyc and wanted to meet a friend so it worked out.

Delicious food! Always a great experience. My husband dreams about their chicken and waffles and great beers. Also they have a great brunch menu with $15 pitchers of mimosas.

I think I’d definitely enjoy apps and just drinks next time. Our server was really nice and attentive although I think there was confusion on who was helping us. Took a while for someone to come over. We shared the lobster fritters which were awesome. I had the amazing winter margaritas. Fish tacos were flavorless so I’d steer clear of those. Seems like a fun spot to be at with the liveliness and drink selection. See Lauren for great service!

Our waitress Dakota was phenomenal

Server was good, however food was slow coming out as well as followup's. Outside door into main dining vs door into bar area - which is enclosed - was being used and often held open. Outside temp was in low 30's Our's and the table next to us were VERY aware of the temp swings - blowing right at us - and its impact on our dining experience. My wife likes this place, I would not choose to go on a bet.

Waitress (Robin) was exceptional. Appetizers were great. Entree was good - not terrific. Beer/Drink selection was phenomenal. Unsure if it was the owner or the manager; but appreciated how he checked on each table to make sure they were enjoying their experience. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Paragon always has great food and service. They have not slipped at all even with jumping through covid restriction hoops! We will continue to support this amazing restaurant! Staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is clean and plenty of room to go in and eat safely. Great job!

The wild boar burger was great it's like a pork chop taste wise with the texture of a turkey burger, The Oreo moose was amazing I definitely would go again

Took my adult daughter here for dinner recently. Server (Abby) wore a mask and was wonderful. Beer selection was great although serving sizes seemed a bit small for the price. We went full in on seafood. We shared the Ahi Tuna starter (excellent quality fish, tasty sauce on good looking greens) and she had the pecan crusted salmon with a bechamel sauce which she thoroughly enjoyed. I had the fish tacos - I had the fish baked but they're also available fried. I've had this dish here before and it didn't disappoint. Tables were well separated and there was live music in the form of a procession of 1 to 3 person performers. Noise level from the music was on the low end of loud - we talked non-stop and while we occasionally had to repeat ourselves, it was definitely not a problem and we enjoyed the music.

So, 4 craft draft beers, 1 Ahi Tuna starter, 2 fish entrees came to about $100 after tax. Overall? Worth it.

This place is definitely a keeper.

First time for brunch. Got the French toast. It was good, not the best I’ve had. Pitcher of mimosas was good and better for the price of 2 separate glasses. Bar seating was quiet and casual. TVs were nice to watch while eating. Staff was super nice and accommodating.

Amazing food, amazing staff and great energy. We can't wait to go back!

The food was good. I had the Beer Burger which was excellent and my wife had, and enjoyed, the Salmon.

Service was very slow which I found concerning given the Covid restrictions.

Ambiance was ok. I enjoyed the live music. We were stuck in a back room. Next time I would sit in the bar or in the open.

I plan to give it another try.

We love coming to Paragon. The food is always delicious and the service is quick and friendly!

Our first visit to eat at Paragon and it did not disappoint. They have a seasonal menu, so many of the dishes used butternut squash, leeks, etc. Presentation was excellent and the food was great. I had scallops over roasted cauliflower with butternut squash, red onions and crispy leeks in a cauliflower sauce. My wife had filet mignon with fingerling potatoes and sauteed vegetables. We shared a side of butternut squash risotto which was amazing. Beer selection on tap is mostly local area beers and were top notch. Wine selection was good as well though limited. They are a bit higher priced than some other places, but you get what you pay for. It's in a class by itself.
