Had the brunch, not as good s as dinner. The omelets were not well flavored, nor were the potatoes, just kind of bland. Not bad at all, but not amazing either. The lemon ricotta pancakes were amazing. Coffee cake was pretty good too, but again, not amazing. Will probably just stick with dinners. Somewhat disappointed, maybe expectations were too high.
Rocky start when we arrived, since the table wasn’t ready but the service made up for it.
Great service and food.
Redesigned patio is very nice but the noise level from other diners and music made conversation nearly impossible. Time limits on table also makes leisurely a thing of the past. The wagyu steak, medium rare, was terrific. The mound of potatoes with little done to make them appetizing seemed incongruous. I could not get our waiter to understand that spinach or asparagus is countra-indicated for those of us with gout and mixed vegetables would be a satisfactory replacement. Instead he told me twice to pick something I could eat and both times I said mixed vegetables. He kept insisting I pick something else so finally I asked for peas since that seemed a simple solution. As someone who does at least 95% of our cooking at home, the lack of interesting preparation of either the potatoes or peas seemed out of place at a restaurant like Paragary's who pride themselves on their food. When we return, we will not request patio dining due to noise, however, it is a charming recreation from its original self. lucas hess
Food was yummy! Pretty salty, but good overall. The wait staff is not the most attentive, but they were nice. This is the place to go for sweet, pretty cocktails and a great vibe inside and outside.
Mushroom salad was amazing and the salmon delicious. Eating on the wonderful patio is such a treat. Martinis perfectly prepared, and the service impeccable. Never disappointed at Paragary’s.
Paragarys is the one eating establishment in Sacramento that features fine dining in an enclosed outdoor setting perfectly appointed with greenery and well placed water features. It’s a retreat in the city and the food is prepared with care and imagination. Go and enjoy Paragarys.
Paragary's is always a delightful experience. The food is always good! Not sure what the actual policy is about the time you have to dine due to COVID, though. When we sat down we were told we had a firm 90 minutes so we ate quicker that we normally would have. However, towards the end of our meal, we were told to take our time. So not sure which one it is. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and dining experience.
Paragary's is back. Excellent food, service and space. The wine list, like many top tier restaurants, has fewer bottles to choose from than prior to the pandemic. I found a good bottle of wine for dinner. Good restaurant to toast being fully vaccinated and enjoy life as it was pre-pandemic.
The food was incredible! It’s like a party for your mouth.
We had a delicious brunch on their beautiful patio. Their patio is in an enclosed courtyard so it feels like a relaxing escape. Service was amazing!
Great food and service was good. Though it took a long one for the credit card to be taken for the bill to paid. Decor is great.
Outdoor seating was pleasant we sat by the waterfall, I would definitely go there again the food was filling and unique
Perfect brunch in the beautiful patio- thank you!
Place is beautiful but food doesn’t match ambience. Nothing spectacular.
Always a lovely evening with our favorite waiter Jackson.
And many thanks to our host for our request for the patio.
Great bar tender as well.
We ate on the patio, which was packed with tables close together versus a few weeks ago when they were well-spaced due to Covid social distancing. Now it was very crowded and as a result so noisy my friends and I could hardly hear each other.
The food was delicious - raviolis stuffed meat from short ribs and a mushroom broth. But our waiter had so many tables to take care of, we never saw him. We were told we could only stay an hour and a half and by the time our waiter finally brought a dessert menu, it was too late to order anything. Our time was up. I know these are difficult times but the ambiance was not pleasant.
Our service was excellent. Food was very good, love the seasonal menu they craft. The lavender lemon drop was a delicious cocktail. The Meyer lemon ice cream sandwich was super tasty as well!
It was lovely. Beautiful patio with a waterfall. The food was good. The service was great. We’ll be back.
Very consistently delicious! A classic for Sacramento, and their patio is fabulous
Paragary's is a good bet in Sacramento. Make a reservation for either outdoors or inside. Short rib ravioli and pasta with spicy Italian sausage/ meat sauce were very good. A nice selection of wines by the glass & bottle. The vibe is energetic, and fun, a place for good food and conversation.
Food was ok, not great. Outdoor patio was very nice.
The food and ambience were on point. Will definitely go back.
The food is always excellent. The outdoor patio is always perfect, especially now with Covid. Cocktails are great.
The Italian sausage ragu was delicious and the lavender lemon drop never disappoints!
Ambiance outside was beautiful. Like being in a garden. Service was excellent. I really enjoyed everything.
My sixth or seventh trip here. Same waiter every time, and he has always been awesome. Last time he heard me talking about the movie Zoolander with my son, and he hopped right in on the conversation. He the kind of guy who pays attention to what's going on around him. Food and service was topnotch as always.
My wife and I had a wonderful dinner to celebrate her birthday, the food was excellent, we will be back!
Great food. Enjoyed our experience.
Great dinner, great service, perfect setting. Thank you!
We loved our brunch on the outdoor patio at Paragary's. The food was SO good and the server was kind and helpful. We will be back!
Such a cute brunch spot!! We were glad that we had a reservation and that we showed up early so that we could sit outside. We will definitely come back the next time we are in town!
Nice to be back after a year. Beautiful to be on the patio for Sunday Brunch. Food, service and location were great.
Awesome restaurant. So unique in Sacramento. Never disappoints.
Food quality is excellent. Servers are knowledgeable, professional and provide an amazing experience. Been going here for many years and never had a negative comment. We love this place!
Enjoyed an early dinner on the patio. Thank you for a beautiful evening!
When the four of us arrived at 6:30 PM this evening we were told right away that we had only 1 1/2 hour limit at our table.
Service was slow the dinners were very small and the service was horrible. We ordered drinks it never showed up.
By the time we were done two hours in 10 minutes had passed, I wonder what our penalty was?
I don’t plan to go back to this restaurant anytime soon, though I’ve had many wonderful evenings there with amazing service. I wonder what went wrong ?
Mathew is a great server, we enjoyed the dinner and felt very comfortable
