Chef Angelo Romano’s Paradiso restaurant exemplifies excellence. I initially felt a sense of hospitality on the phone when making a reservation; that hospitality was reinforced throughout the evening by the genuine warmth and confidence of the chef and staff. They are on top of their game and it shows.
The menu is a superlative exploration of the chef's Italian Riviera background. It relies heavily on locally caught seafood and light (almost simplistic) compositions that skillfully accent the flavors of the high quality ingredients…
Paradiso absolutely earned its stars. Not because of the meticulously clean and organized restaurant, nor the expert service, or even the amazing food and drink.
It is because all these aspects meshed together seamlessly, effortlessly and impeccably. Whereas some restaurants try to impress, Paradiso is simply impressive
The Bronzino ceviche was phenomenal
Fantastic! We always have a great meal and fantastic service!
Excellent place to celebrate. The early bird prefix is a ln excellent deal. Save room for dessert: the Grand Marnier souffle is to die for
Paradiso was a food paradise! The space was lovely, the service excellent, and the food was divine! Everything from cocktails to dessert was wonderful, and our entrees sent us into rapture!
Excellent food and service!! We all had a great time!!
Always wonderful never disappointing
Paradise is a beautiful restaurant with mostly good food and service. We had not been there in many years, because it had not been all that great the last time. We wanted to give it another try. The night we were there, fettuccine bolognese was a special. It was so salty that I gave most of it to my husband, but he couldn’t eat it , either. It remained on the check. The service could have been better , as well. There were only two tables with patrons that evening. We had to summon the waiter on more than one occasion when we needed something. Everyone else’s food was delicious. The plate of antipasto, before the meal, that is courtesy of Paradiso, as well as the cookies, after the meal, were nice touches. The chocolate soufflé was excellent. The restaurant is very pricey. It will be a while before we return.
Food was very good. A bit pricey. Service was good also.
We walked in and the server never smiled, acted like we were a nuisance. He was rude the entire dinner. The food was average at best. I have eaten here before and had fantastic service and food, so we came back. I will never go back. Food was tasteless, chef may want to add salt . Desserts were undercooked and soufflé was still raw. Very disappointed!
Great service. Great food.
Nice place, excellent food and public parking lot next door.
This is one of our favorite Italian Restaurants in Palm Beach County, with quality food, wonderful staff, and always a welcoming atmosphere. Although we seem to order the same dishes each time we go there, it's just that they are so delicious it's hard to NOT always order our favorites. This visit was especially nice because we just happened to mention that our Anniversary was a week away, and we were treated to a free dessert with a personalized Anniversary wish on it. No way you will keep us away from this gem.
Paradiso is a wonderful restaurant;
attentive staff, a polished yet cozy interior, and comforting food;
pasta alla norma, with their melanzanie, is worth the drive from palm beach gardens;
Great food. Was presented with a bill for 3 additional items that we did not order totaling $91. When confronted, the waiter said they would have caught it upon payment. There were only 5 tables occupied in the whole restaurant.
Excellent food and service..the best in Italian cusine
Ms. Murphy was phenomenal thank you for stopping by & talked. Your little girl was adorable
Bland food. Horrible negligent service. Only saving grace. Good wine pours, decent risotto (but over cooked scallops), and good veal pasta. Highly overrated.
Food was excellent. Decor is beautiful
Fine restaurant but fish orders were not well cooked. Disappointing because I expected it to be over the top.
Excellent food is the hallmark of this restaurant. Service was a little inconsistent but the owner jumped in to smooth out any problems. Consistently great food over the years, that’s what’s important!
We knew going in that this was an "upscale" restaurant and the meal would be on the high end of the spending spectrum. Restaurant was lovely inside and we were greeted promptly and courteously. although we were the only diners at the time There were only a handful of customers inside the entire time so it's hard to accurately gauge the noise level, but since there are tile floors and cement walls I would think it could get a bit noisy
Once we saw the menu for the day we felt that $30-$40 for a pasta dish was quite high. We all decided that an entrée would be sufficient rather than doing our normal dinner routine of salad, appetizer and entrée. The food was definitely excellent, but that being said our bill for one glass of wine, one iced tea, and two non-exotic pasta entrees, plus coffees came to $100, before tip of course. A few times we had to hunt the waiter down as it seemed some customers were in another room. On the whole, food was definitely very good, we had a pleasant evening but now that we've experienced this restaurant we most likely won't be returning anytime soon due to the cost factor. We've had very good meals at other moderately priced restaurants in the area and given more attentive service and those we will return to.
We have been going there for years and it is always consistent in every way
Very quiet on arrival at 6pm. Luis and Nicolo cared for us. Attentive and friendly and knowledgeable
Menu is not too large but favorites easily found. The veal was scrumptuous I had the appetizer of 3 pastas and salad. Plenty. My only hesitation about this place is the expense. Ambience surely helps. And we will be back for another special occasion.
We have been dining at Paradiso since the first week it opened in 1997, and the food, service and ambience is always first class.
A great place to go whether a special occasion or just to guarantee a great meal!
Beautiful good food pricey enjoyable. Service somewhat slow
Great service. Great food
I have eaten here many times. Never had a bad meal or bad service.
Over priced bland food. Server waved the check in front of my face instead of placing it on the table and waited for me to sign and place tip then grabbed it.
Food was just bad.
Place looks to have been painted and decorated by a five year old.
My brother and sister in law were in town visiting from Michigan. The food was awesome and the service A-1. We had a three hour meal and loved every minute of it.
High end Italian restaurant and great find in Lake Worth. Absolutely worth the time to travel there. Tableside made gelato for desert topped off a great meal.
Perfect food and great service. Did not rush us. We were celebrating two birthdays and two birthday desert plates were provided without our having to remind anyone.
The service was awful. It’s an expensive restaurant and for the prices you would expect to have a waiter talk to you. I would not recommend it
We will never return. Worst service we ever experienced. Almost 3 hours of hell masquerading as a dining experience. 20 minutes to get a menu. 45 minutes to take our order. We asked for the same things - water, pepper, salt (yes salt!) over and over a gain. Our waiter took our order and then never came back to our table for - literally - two hours. The only service we got was by flagging down some other waitstaff. One of my guests went and found a water pitcher and we poured our own water. When the bill came it was someone else's and they couldn't figure out how to fix it. After three attempts at getting a bill we could agree on, we left. Ruined an otherwise great evening.
This has been and remains the best dining experience in Palm Beach County.
We had a great experience for a double birthday celebration. Excellent food, friendly and efficient service and a relaxing atmosphere. I recommend the grilled octopus as a starter and the snapper to follow.
Definitely a be back ristorante!
The food was delicious!!! It was the first time I ever tried veal and it was so juicy and mouth watering!! My husband had a fish fish that was out of this word amazing!! We will be back!
Ok - we had to wait two, yes two, hours before we got any food. Waiters just ignored requests. We ended up clearing some of the table ourselves, and poured our own wine. The make-over has created a trendy looking bar (lucky as you have to wait for your table), but you are jammed in in the new room, and with its hard floor it is NOISY! Prices are not cheap - I guess someone has to pay for the refurb. Very disappointed as this used to be one of our favourites. At these prices you can do better in Palm Beach, and you will not be kept waiting.
Top notch food and service. Beet and orange salad a perfect starter. The dover sole was excellent as was the veal chop. We enjoyed the table side gelato preparation for dessert. We will definitely return.
