Atmosphere was nice. Outdoor seating, but patio furniture could use a revamp and some of the deck board were soft/loose.
Small menu with just “ok” selection.
Had chicken quesadilla-tasted like it had cinnamon in it. It was not good at all. Waitstaff not real attentive, sitting and looking at their phones.
Would not recommend. So many better places at The Springs to eat and spend your money.
Great place to eat, sit outside and enjoy the food and company
Nice restaurant but overpriced and food was dry and over cooked. Ok service, but the didn’t even put utensils on the table. Will not return
Our server was excellent; he very attentive and professional.
The fish tacos were tasty; I would have liked a bit more lettuce and tomatoes to accompany the tacos.
I loved sitting outside for dining on a sunny early evening
Our food was great, server was friendly and was helpful at our table. Although we had reservations our hostess tried to seat us at the uncovered outdoor area in the back, when it had been raining all day. It was a bad start to the dining, but our server was the best and made up for it.
Eventhough we had a reservation set up as required by the restaurant, they did not have our table ready by the time we showed up to check in ablut 10 mins early. Took them 30 minutes or more to seat us. The food took over an hour to come out and when it did, half of it was cold. The server, Will, was very nice as well as the other staff but the wait times are a bit much to get cold food in the end.
Food was amazing as was the service! I think prices are a little high for what you get however it makes it up in flavor!
Bartender clearly needs a new job. Bitter attitude. Which is unfortunate since we are there recently and LOVED our bartender on that visit. Had we experienced the one we had last night, on our first visit, we would not have returned.
Restaurant was hot and the hostess was rude and would not move us to a cooler section of the restaurant.
We love it here!
Poor atmosphere with AC non-functional at the time and the management telling staff to forbid customers from opening windows. Every door leading outdoors and other windows were opened, but we could not open the window by our table. Felt like 98° in the restaurant.
Service was just ok. Food was average, nothing special. My steak was tough and chewy. Won’t be going back there.
Every time I go there, the experience is different. The waitress was so wonderful and very attentive. Words cannot describe it. Go and enjoy the experience. You won't be disappointed.
It was hot inside the fans seem to not work. Food was good
Absolutely amazing! Our 4th time dining here and once again great experience. The food is delicious, service fantastic and ambiance entertaining!!! Couldn’t ask for more. Definitely gotta order the guacamole and chips.
The chicken in the quesadillas was not of good quality. We had reservations, but we were seated outside and it was very hot. Too hot to eat and the dinning area had the windows open so it was just as hot with no breeze inside. It is the middle of July 97 degrees. Not enjoyable at all as you sweat. The waiter did an excellent job of keeping our drinks filled.
We were placed back in a corner hallway next to kitchen door. Didn't get to experience the ambience at all
Don’t waste your time.
Food was delicious though slightly overpriced! AC wasn’t on so for July, we were quite warm. Beautiful view and wonderful service altogether, just bear in mind the AC situation if you’re trying to escape the heat!
We chose this restaurant because it was the only one with a reservation. The “veggie” burger is a frozen patty from the grocery store, another burger was undercooked and both meals had to be sent back. Food choices are minimal. The service was slow, yet not busy and the prices are way high for poor food quality. Manager comped one meal and gave a 20% discount but it was still expensive. Go elsewhere!
Be sure to have reservations. Many people were turned away. Slow getting someone to take our order. Food wasn’t bad, but not anything special. Three tacos for $21 is a might pricey. Wouldn’t go again.
Menu used to be better. Food was decent but not great. It was loud.
Granted everybody is still recovering from Covid they seem to not have the same quality of food that they did before it was very cafeteria like food the wait staff was extremely slow.
Food was delicious
Outside seating was surrounded by mosquitoes. They were flying all over us and our food. It made us leave our food behind and just leave.
Reunion with friends after 30
Excellent food drink snd waitstaff
Noisy, hot, adequate service.
Felt very rushed and food was cold
Great service even though they were short-handed. Delicious tacos and quesadillas!
My star ratings do not reflect the overall experience. This is my second time here in 6 months and both times they have been very short staffed. After sitting at our table for 25 minutes I was able to flag down a bartender who sent over a manager who ended up serving us. His name was Joseph and he was amazing despite being slammed.
We still had to wait a while for our drinks and food, but at the end of the meal he told us it was on him if we would come back in the future and give it another chance. I definitely will, as he left a very good impression on us.
The food is meh.
Reservations still had you stand in long line to wait to check in. After check in the tables we acquired about were first come first serve and did not have any table service. Had to go to bar for food and drinks.Bathrooms were filthy.
Highly recommend Baja fish tacos and pineapple upside down cake dessert.
FYI: they do ask you to leave your stroller outside the restaurant by the window while you dine. However, with a little pushback I was allowed to fold my stroller up and put it near my table. Very satisfied with that option.
Overall it was ok. Restaurant seemed under staffed on their service team. We sat and waited for nearly 20 minutes to get drinks ordered. Then another 20 to get food. The server never checked back on us until the final check was delivered. Was never able to order a second round of drinks as the server was attending so many other tables. The cleaning crew that runs behind helping the servers make too much noise throwing plates, utensils and cups in buckets. Nothing special with the food, it was okay. The cocktail drinks were delicious and nicely served.
We had to wait in line for 30 minutes even though we had a reservation. They were confused and wouldn’t allow us in the restaurant until we were provided the confirmation number from OpenTable no
Underwhelming. Checking in was chaos, and there were people all over the place. People with reservations later than ours were being seated first. When we finally got seated, it took 15 minutes to get a server to take our drink order. We ordered a drink from the bar and an appetizer which were really good. Main courses weren’t anything special. Probably wouldn’t return for dinner, but might give them a chance for lunch, to see if it’s any different.
30 minutes to see a waiter. When he only had 4 tables.
Hand towel dispenser in bathroom falls on my wife’s arm. Bathrooms are filthy right when they opened at 12 noon. The hostess was rude and very unprofessional. They could not get their soft drink to work so no drinks. My steak was so chewy and horrible and my wife’s salmon was raw. This place used to be great. But with bad leadership and horrible representation by their hostess this place needs to close. The food will make you sick.
Best good food music waiter was outstanding
We went as a party of 5 for a birthday dinner. The waiter took over 40 mins to bring our drinks after we ordered. The margaritas did not even come in proper margarita glasses which took the whole experience down a notch. Drinks were super expensive and tasted cheap.
The food was also not the best, very greasy appetizers and chewy cheese on the flatbread. Will not be going back again, there are way better places in Disney Springs.
