My husband and I wanted to go to P37 for a while. We first got a table that had no view and was kind of cold. It was our night out without the kids(got 2 special needs children), and we were a little disappointed with the table. But suddenly a manager walked by and turned back and asked us if we were enjoying ourselves. He then offered to move us to a nicer table and boy!! He gave us a great spot by the windows. Jonathan was our server and everyone was extremely nice. The shrimp ceviche was delicious and the salmon entree as well. We are already planning to return in April for my birthday. Love it st P37!
Food was fair, but atmosphere was awful. We were a party of two seated next to two very large parties who were drinking excessively. One party of about 10 and another party of about 20. We commented to the waiter that is was unbelievably loud and he just laughed. He was very attentive to the large parties and rarely made it over to our table. This was our second time here, and would not return. In fact, we were excited to come back because the first time was phenomenal. As we walked out of the restaurant, it was clear that we were in the loudest section. It's unfortunate because the food and menu is decent, but the atmosphere was horrible and the service was only catering to the large parties. P.S. the hamburger was very dry and tomatoes were overripe. Not edible.
Great for visitors of Disney parks. Love live music n drinks. Food was so so. Arepas were tasty but mushy. Arepas should be crispy on bottom. Sangria very tangy with little fruit. Expensive but then everything is there. Brazilian drink yummy!!
A one time visit would be good.
The pineapple burger was to die for!
We started with the Guacamole and it was good. We had the burritos and the fish tacos and they were good as well. The service was a bit slow. Our waiter was not around.
Very accommodating. Somewhat fast service for time of day. Friendly waitress.
This was our second time there, service was good, very noisy, but it's a big place, so that happens. The food was good and arrived in good time. Thank you
Very expensive for not particularly good food or ambience.
My steak was under cooked, sent back and still was not cook .
This was a last minute decision, and we were able to get right in eventhough it was really busy. Food was pretty good.
Great place for couple, friends or family. Food was really good and our total was very. reasonable.
Paradisio 37 is always a must when traveling to Disney. It provides a nice atmosphere away from the parks and crowds. We visit each time we travel to Disney for a relaxing time. We always know we will have a good meal.
All of our food come out the same time apps and dinner nothing was done to fix this our server was apologetic but mgt never came by our tacos had 2 little pieces of fish and the civichi was soggy we always visit this restaurant when we are in Orlando a little dissapointed
Alexa was a great server. Great food. Many different kinds of food.
Bad service with cold food would not recommend this restaurant
Our reservation was for 6:15. We arrived to check in and were told to get in a line. We informed the hostess that we had an open table reservation. The hostess refused to take our name and time of the reservation. We waited in line for 45 minutes. We asked to speak to a manager and reminded them that the reservation was made on open table which guarantees seating within 15 to 20 minutes, which we were well beyond. A woman came out and stated that she is the one at the restaurant responsible for reservations for open table. She stated that we would be seated like everyone else and that there is no time limit for seating an open table customer an untrue. She said we would be seated when it was our turn in line. Open table does not make a difference. We were seated at 7:04 for a 6:15 reservation which is not acceptable. We were asked if we wanted outdoor or indoor seating. When we replied outdoors, she said we would have to wait longer for a table. We ate indoors as we were starving after waiting an hour. Two managers approached us and apologized. We were told that the employees involved would be spoken to and educated. As we were leaving an employee asked us if we would participate in a survey. We suggested given our experience prior to being seated that might not be a good idea. She went on to say "you must have had a reservation." We said yes. She then said and no one told you about our priority seating. We responded, what do you mean? She said, when you make a reservation, we do not reserve a table. You have a priority over those that do not have a reservation but must wait in line until tables become available. We explained we had an open table reservation and she said it did not matter. We were exasperated and left.
On a positive note, our server, Cynthia was wonderful and very attentive. The managers were apologetic, however, based on our experience as we left, it did not appear that anything had changed.
Waiters didn't bring food what have we ordered and food is highly over priced.
Unfortunately the best part of our meal at Paradisio 37 was the service from our waiter Jonathan who was very friendly, helpful, and professional. The food wasn't too bad but also wasn't anything special. The hostess staff are incompetent to say the least and seemed more interested in socializing with each other than at least pretending like they were doing their jobs. When we arrived roughly ten minutes early for our reservation they said they they gave it to someone else and assured us that we would get the OpenTable credits for it multiple times. This was unfortunately not the case as I later found out that they cancelled the reservation via an email from OpenTable. When I called up to find out what happened they were absolutely clueless to the situation and to anything regarding it seemed. I asked to speak to a manager about it and got the run around from the hostess before I eventually was connected to a manager who also seemed like he not only didn't care about the problem but also didn't care to do anything to help. After even more empty assurances from an equally incompetent manager I finally decided to call OpenTable who pleasantly addressed and rectified the situation in a prompt and professional manner and were very apologetic that I was in this situation to begin with. I normally would not write a review like this but the fact that this exact same thing has happened to me at this location multiple times really has led me to urge others not to book Paradisio 37 through OpenTable at all. I think the most shocking thing about all of this is that the restaurant is located on Disney property and seem to provide the exact opposite of the Disney experience.
The food was great and the waiter, Amine, was one of the best I've ever had.
Food was delicious but it's a little pricey
Had a 1:00 reservation and arrived on time. We were told to seat ourselves which we did. After at least 15 mins. My husband had to go find someone to wait on us. We were not in a hurry but just wanted something to drink. Finally our waiter came and took our order. I ordered a ceaser salad with steak. My husband had a burger and wasabi fries. Other couple ordered salad and burger also. When the food came husbands fries were not wasbi and I was given a wedge and a steak. Dressing was strange for a ceaser dressing so I asked for oil and vinegar. I was told they don't have oil and vinegar??? He brought me a dressing which was much more appropriate for a ceaser salad. Steak was good and we had a nice meal with our friends. Driving home I looked at the menu on line and realized what the problem was with my salad. It was not a ceaser salad!!! Ceaser salad was listed to be served with romain lettuce and ceaser dressing. I should have realized it immediately but I didn't. The server didn't even notice. The bill said ceaser so not sure what the deal was. I asked for an ice tea refill and it came with the same lemon I had originally squeezed into my first ice tea. My friend's salad was served with chicken which she said was very dry. Burgers were ok.
With so many choices at Disney Springs I would not recommend this one.
Sat outside on the patio and had the fish tacos. Very good.
We didn't receive all our food by the time they remembered it was to late. Seat was very tight sat by door a lot people hitting my arm and back.. kind of disappointed with my decision to take my wife there for her birthday.
This restaurant is confused. The menu is all over the place and nothing compliments each other . The food is worst than cafeteria food.instant potatoes made from flakes , nasty fish in the fish tacos which is fried with corn on top, salsa tasted horrific , chicken was minced and disgusting in quesadilla . Salmon was descent and shrimp ceviche was ok.
Server was nice but confused as well didn't even know what they had or how it was made. Burgers looked good but for 125$ for 2 adults and a child I expected amazing. I went to boathouse next door and spent 115$ and got a filet , lobster , salmon and kids meal with drinks and one of the best desserts they had.
Been in industry 20 years and never been so disappointed . Disney you need to be careful who you allow in the park . Step up guys your better than this.
Best of luck
Food was good, but the menu is constantly changing so it's hard to know what to recommend for less adventurous friends. Prices for cocktails should be marked,
Just so-so. Food didn't have a lot of flavor but wasn't bad. Service was fine but nothing to write home abiut.
Food a little overpriced and lacking in flavour
Food was subpar, service was worse.
Roast chicken was delicious. Waitress took forever to get us the check. Never saw her again until after we ate our food. Waited 30 minutes for the check. Thought about walking our, but we don't do that sort of thing. The staff seemed overwhelmed. Too many guests and not enough of them.
Very nice restaurant, I definitely come back again. Thank you
we had dessert and drinks which were great. we were there for new year's eve and sat outside
Dispite of level of service or quality of food, they force you to a minimum of 18% tip
Hostess was horrible
I have visited Disney Springs routinely and dined at most of their restaurants. Paradiso 37 is by far the worst one. If you are looking for a restaurant that replicates one of the national chains (TGIFriday, etc.), then this is the place for you. If you are looking for a quality dining experience, then go elsewhere.
Food was delicious. Wasabi fries were unbelievable! Not a quiet restaurant but really fun and great food. The service was excellent as well
The reservation system here sort of takes the joy out of dining. Even with a reservation you have to wait in a line, typical Disney. The food was ok, nothing special. We had the pot roast and skirt steak, both acceptable but not exceptional. A ok experience, expected more.
expensive for type of food; nice atmosphere; waiter excellent
We love coming here. We dined on Christmas night and brought our family from Europe here and our server Rashid was awesome (very friendly) and Badre was super welcoming and hospitable. This is what keeps us coming back.
FINALLY! So, our last three visits did not seem to go as well, but the staff at Paradiso 37 have really turned things around. We made our reservation through Open Table and showed up a little early. The hostesses were very polite and accommodating. We were seated promptly and met by our server (waitress?), Jasmin. What a pleasant experience that was! We had family visiting from WI and Paradiso 37 is my favorite restaurant at Disney Springs, so we decided to take them there. We were not disappointed. The drinks were very good and the P37 Lager is amazing. Our meal was absolutely wonderful. My wife had the surf and turf platter and said it was perfect. The Argentinian Skirt Steak (medium, of course) was perfection placed on a plate. We had a variety of other items to include the fish tacos, which my father-in-law raved about-even after dinner. Jasmin kept the dinner at a nice pace and making us wait was not part of her game-plan. She checked on us at a perfect pace, not to little and not to much. She made the overall experience simply awesome. Now, the ambience is definitely energetic and fairly loud. I would definitely recommend Paradiso 37, but if you come for a dinner meeting, ask to be seated outside, they have multiple seating options. Paradiso 37 is a must stop for anyone looking for a very good (and great value) Latin American dining experience.
Unique menu, but not well executed.
