Great food and a great location would recommend it
Slow service— food was terrible and overpriced no ac and was very hot inside and outside we left after appetizers because of the heat and slow service do not recommend
We've gone to Paradiso 37 three times in the past year and a half, mostly due to a craving for some Tex-Mex while in Disney Springs. While not the best restaurant for such food, one could do far worse. On this occasion, as with the two prior visits, the food was solid, the drinks good, and the service very good. Don't go expecting something it's not, such as artisanal or upscale southwest fare. However, do go with an appetite as portions are excellent, and the drinks above average. I will say their guacamole has been very good each time as they don't fuss with it too much which is a good thing. One off-putting feature can be the noise. We've been once when it was manageable, once when it was extremely loud, and the last time it was certainly boisterous. The first and last options are fine, but if you go during prime time in the evenings, conversations can be difficult as the music is blasting you. Overall, as long as you go in with the idea that you're paying a bit more at Disney for food that you can get as good and cheaper back home, then you'll be fine.
The food was great and the waiter was very knowledgeable and had great recommendations. The hostess staff was terrible! They told us they were only taking reservations at that time, they turned so many people away at the door. I made a reservation on OpenTable, and we were able to get right in. There were a ton of open tables in the back so it was dumb they were only taking reservations. The hostess staff also didn't have much direction. They were the reason we almost missed out on great food.
One of those nights where everything went wrong
Great plaintains. We had a 630 reservation and the half chicken was already gone. This is the main reason we came to restaurant. Pork shank I had instead was good. My husband thought the chicken burrito was more like a chicken wrap. He said it was good but not ehat he expected.
The food was good, as it has always been. However, our level of service was extremely lacking. We were seated outside on the patio and it seemed as if they forgot we were out there. We were brought water and our drink order was taken after about ten minutes. We also ordered an appetizer. When our drinks came, we ordered our dinner. After twenty minutes our food came out. We never did receive our appetizer. It also took twenty minutes to get the check once our table was cleared.
Great tasting food with a Latin twist. Table-side mojitos were the best!
Very disappointed with the quality of food especially. I thought that this restaurant being in Disney Springs the quality of the food would have been superb like the other restaurants I have had the pleasure of eating at. This was not the case. The menu states that the mexican shrimp cocktail came with "tostones" plural !!! It came with ONE TOSTONE that was cut in four. That was not enough to enjoy the shrimp cocktail and the salsa that the came with the shrimp.
I ordered the surf and turf the menu stated that the shrimp was barbequed - the shrimp was not
it was bland and all they did was brush some BBQ sauce on the shrimps it was not cooked.
and my steak was also bland and tough even though I asked for medium well.
I would think that it being Saturday night on a holiday weekend and the place being packed that the food would have been better.
I was also disappointed that we were put all the way in the back of the restaurant by the kitchen door it was hot and was just not where I wanted to be for my daughters 18th birthday I asked if they could move us which they did but it was still in the back away from everything the music AND the table was not a dinner table it was a patio table but that is not here nor there.
I am not one to post positive or negative reviews but for the money that I spent that evening I was not at all happy with the food. I was not happy with this place and would not recommend this place to friends
Came in early for a reserved dinner. Was seated promptly. The server was great and food was delicious.
Too noisy if you want to talk. Food is mediocre at best.
Hostess was rude. The food was fine. The server was good.
Friendly staff especially Nick our waiter!! Great food, reasonably priced!!
Pleasantly surprised by this Disney resto. Food, ambiance and service was wonderful. Our server Joey was exceptional!! He made a good supper into a great evening. Would eat there again.
The food was good, we got 2 of the combination meals (sea and land) and a steak as well as an appetizer (combo dipping); all was tasty. The only downside in all this was that the shrimp ceviche was salty and didn't have that lime taste I've come to expect. But overall the food was great!
overall everythink we good. very loud can't hear yourself talk.
Although the waiter was really nice, the service felt rushed, they forgot to bring our salad before the main dish. Our main dish came in a few minutes after receiving our appetizer leaving us no time to truly enjoy it. Food was fine but only 3 stars.
Good food , service was ok. It was very busy
Overall very positive -- great service!
No ambience or atmosphere. Just very bright lights, minimal decor. Pretty dirty and very noisy
