Fun birthday celebration with dancing and live music.
Food was not fresh. Steak and pork were dry. Nothing great about this restaurant. Oh and food is overpriced compared to other restaurants at Disney Springs. Will not be back. Go anywhere else but here.
Great live entertainment marina is the best
Second time coming here and we love the food and atmosphere. Highly recommend the surf and turf!
It was great
Good food and lively fun atmosphere. Helpful wait staff.
We sat by the water and it was beautiful . My enchilada was dripping in cheese - not my taste but some people might like it. Service was really terrible. The waitress kept talking about all of the problems in the kitchen. She was surly,
Aber, schlechter dreckiger Tisch, viel zu kalt, Essen ebenfalls kalt, kleine Portionen, glitschiger schmieriger Boden, viel zu laut, total überfüllt, arroganter Empfang.
My wife and I met our pastor and his wife for dinner at Paradiso 37. I have to say it was a great experience. Our waiter Yassin from Morocco was awesome. Was attentive and very cordial. The food was awesome too. I always get the Argentinian skirt steak. I always make it a point to try and eat at Paradiso one of my favorite restaurants. Hopefully next time I go back I’ll have Yassin as our waiter again. May God bless him and give him health in this new year.
The waitress was absolutely terrible Blanca my food was absolutely incorrect and instead of mentioning it to anyone she just took it back and seemingly decided not to have it remade or give a single care about anything after we left I decided to reach out to the manager he was absolutely shocked that she had not brought it to his attention the manager more than to care of us and made everything better we may come back on our next visit but were sorely disappointed
We didn’t enjoy this restaurant. Music was far too loud and food was mediocre. Overpriced food and lack luster drinks.
They couldn't find our reservations nor the party checking in before us. While they seated us, they did not provide a Wine list. Finally server shared that there are only a limited number of wine menus. Disappointed
Could have been a much better experience, our server was not with it. Missing for extended periods, put in the wrong appetizer, didn't know the liquor costs and never brought my drink. The chips were stale/gummy. also had a discount code and he used the wrong one for less of a discount. On the upside the fish tacos were good and the chicken burrito was good also.
Hostess was about 13 years old and seemed to be randomly seating guests, whether you had reservations or not. We asked for water and received it just as well were finishing dinner. We ordered two burgers, one well done and one medium well, both of which we received rare.
Nice view from outside, expected $$ at Disney Springs. Was good, nothing great that would make me excited to return
Great food and even better service. Only point of contention was that the music was too loud.
FOOD WAS GOOD, SERVICE OK BUT EVEN WITH RESERVATIONS I HAD TO WAIT. WE WERE SEATED NEXT TO KITCHEN DOOR WITH NO VIEW. BILL WAS OVER $130 FOR TWO PEOPLE. WON'T RETURN.
It was great we had a great time the services was amazing
Music was way too loud. Lighting was to bright, very bright. We had seats near a window but the light was so bright we could not enjoy the view of the water.
Food took way longer than it should fortunately we were not in a rush
It was nice and active scene. Food was good service was good.
Great food and a great location would recommend it
Slow service— food was terrible and overpriced no ac and was very hot inside and outside we left after appetizers because of the heat and slow service do not recommend
We've gone to Paradiso 37 three times in the past year and a half, mostly due to a craving for some Tex-Mex while in Disney Springs. While not the best restaurant for such food, one could do far worse. On this occasion, as with the two prior visits, the food was solid, the drinks good, and the service very good. Don't go expecting something it's not, such as artisanal or upscale southwest fare. However, do go with an appetite as portions are excellent, and the drinks above average. I will say their guacamole has been very good each time as they don't fuss with it too much which is a good thing. One off-putting feature can be the noise. We've been once when it was manageable, once when it was extremely loud, and the last time it was certainly boisterous. The first and last options are fine, but if you go during prime time in the evenings, conversations can be difficult as the music is blasting you. Overall, as long as you go in with the idea that you're paying a bit more at Disney for food that you can get as good and cheaper back home, then you'll be fine.
The food was great and the waiter was very knowledgeable and had great recommendations. The hostess staff was terrible! They told us they were only taking reservations at that time, they turned so many people away at the door. I made a reservation on OpenTable, and we were able to get right in. There were a ton of open tables in the back so it was dumb they were only taking reservations. The hostess staff also didn't have much direction. They were the reason we almost missed out on great food.
One of those nights where everything went wrong
Great plaintains. We had a 630 reservation and the half chicken was already gone. This is the main reason we came to restaurant. Pork shank I had instead was good. My husband thought the chicken burrito was more like a chicken wrap. He said it was good but not ehat he expected.
The food was good, as it has always been. However, our level of service was extremely lacking. We were seated outside on the patio and it seemed as if they forgot we were out there. We were brought water and our drink order was taken after about ten minutes. We also ordered an appetizer. When our drinks came, we ordered our dinner. After twenty minutes our food came out. We never did receive our appetizer. It also took twenty minutes to get the check once our table was cleared.
Great tasting food with a Latin twist. Table-side mojitos were the best!
Very disappointed with the quality of food especially. I thought that this restaurant being in Disney Springs the quality of the food would have been superb like the other restaurants I have had the pleasure of eating at. This was not the case. The menu states that the mexican shrimp cocktail came with "tostones" plural !!! It came with ONE TOSTONE that was cut in four. That was not enough to enjoy the shrimp cocktail and the salsa that the came with the shrimp.
I ordered the surf and turf the menu stated that the shrimp was barbequed - the shrimp was not
it was bland and all they did was brush some BBQ sauce on the shrimps it was not cooked.
and my steak was also bland and tough even though I asked for medium well.
I would think that it being Saturday night on a holiday weekend and the place being packed that the food would have been better.
I was also disappointed that we were put all the way in the back of the restaurant by the kitchen door it was hot and was just not where I wanted to be for my daughters 18th birthday I asked if they could move us which they did but it was still in the back away from everything the music AND the table was not a dinner table it was a patio table but that is not here nor there.
I am not one to post positive or negative reviews but for the money that I spent that evening I was not at all happy with the food. I was not happy with this place and would not recommend this place to friends
