Our only complaint was One hour wait and we had a reservation. Also a little to loud for my liking. Food and price was exceptional! The manager did the best he could. It was a rainy night so they were super busy because of no outside seating.
Reservations didn’t matter. Still waited over 30 mins to seat. Large groups who just walked up all got sat ahead of us.
A pesar de llegar a tiempo, nunca nos dieron nuestra mesa, estaba demasiado lleno y nunca nos atendieron,a pesar de intentar varias veces que las hostess nos dieran lugar, despues de media hora de espera optamos por irnos
I can only truthfully judge the service as we left 45 minutes after our reservation because we still hadn’t been seated. We showed up if you minutes before our reservation time and after waiting in the first line, we were told we were at the wrong door. We went to the correct door and there was a line just to check in. After waiting 15 minutes to check in, we were told we needed to wait outside in the rain to be called in for reservation. After an additional 30 minutes, we left. I understand it wasn’t the host staff’s fault, but they were not helpful at all and honestly a bit rude. It looks like a nice place, but I will never go back there again.
Overpriced mediocre food .
We've come to this restaurant every time we are in Orlando. The service has been steadily declining. Moe was rude, barely attentive, and treated us like we were a bother to wait on. Shameful. As a restaurant manager myself, I would be upset to know my guests were being treated this way.
Went twice to try to eat dinner, first night at the bar, bar tender was very inattentive, so we had a drink and appetizer and left disappointed. Made a reservation for the next night because we really wanted to try the food...same crappy service...had to ask for silverware, two tables that sat after us received their food ahead of time...overall it was a poor dining experience and we will not return...
Our waitress was very bad. We had a no silverware on the table and she didn’t come around enough so before our food got cold we took it off of another table. Had to ask for more chips and more to drink. Once she did come around we didn’t wait long to get what we asked for. Not sure I would recommend this restaurant as there are so many better ones at Disney springs
Party of 9, after we sat down it was 9 minutes until we were even greeted by our server. Who was also the bartender. We had to walk to the ar to request refills on drinks and water. The meals came out and everything was warm. One meal was incorrectly made, a simple taco. It took another 10 minutes to get it corrected. There was no concern by wait staff or managment that we spoke to. The music was so loud we could not hear the person next to me.
Enjoyed our meal with the family. Food was delicious, service was quick, and family friendly.
Cool place but the portions were very small for the price.
Unfortunately, this was just about the worst service experience I’ve ever had in my life. They did comp us the entire dinner, but the experience was extraordinarily bad.
Man.. what an awful experience. Made a reservation for 5:30.. got there at 5:32.. reservation was not on file.. no matter, plenty of open tables.. should have been our first indication.. sat at our table for 10 minutes until the waitress finally greeted us. Watch two other servers have a conversation that entire time while looking at us but their conversation must’ve been really important because they were way too engaged in it to see if we needed anything. Gave our drink order but then the table right next to us who were just sitting down decided to give her their full order... 25 minutes in and still no drinks.. we left.. and we will never be back.. went to STK across the street.. sat at their last two high tops at the bar... had drinks and bread in 2 minutes and a meal 12 minutes later and it was amazing..
Service was terrible. Saw our waiter twice. Skirt steak was like eating my flip flop. Terrible.
First, they did not have my reservation I placed on Open Table. They did get us in though. Once seated, it took much longer than normal to get our drinks ordered. Then it took way too long to get them. We then ordered. It must have been a bad night because our server was non existant. He could never be found. After everyone around us got their food, we asked why we didn't have ours (once the waiter poped his head up). The answer... they lost the order. From the time we sat down to the time we got our food, 1.5 hrs. The waiter tried to have a manager come by to address the situation. He came by and then left. Didn't see him again until I complained to the big manager. The food came, my son's sandwich bread was burnt and my medium burger was charcoal. They did the right thing and comped the 2 meals along with a discount but will I go there again for dinner...NO.
Very disappointing for a restaurant at Disney Springs.
I already recommended a few family members. The food was great. Have been to Disney springs a few times but never had reservation so was never able to enjoy you guys but I was smart this time and made reservations
It was good
More family friendly, amazing guac and salsa. Service was fair, but it was busy and prime time.
Great service and awesome food!! We will definitely be back!
The menu was not much to write home about and we didn’t understand the type of restaurant. The food was not good and we always had to ask for drink menus, which there were a couple. The waitress was nice and working hard, but probably stretched to thin. She filled up the margarita with water.
We have eaten at Paradiso 37 many times. This time was just as good as the previous and we will continue visit when we come to Orlando and Disney Springs.
We had the roasted corn on the cob appetizer (excellent), Cedar plank salmon and Surf and turf. All very good and reasonable for the location.
Cool location on the water, but the music was a little loud making it hard to converse. Food was good, but very overpriced. We had nachos, a couple of burgers, one alcoholic drink, and 2 beers. Our bill was over $100.
Food was good but hostess tried to seat us at a dirty table with lots of garbage underneath it. We had to ask her to clean it up before we sat down. Service was also slow and our check got messed up and had to be redone on our credit cards. We liked this place in the past but it has gone downhill. Felt like cattle being rushed through. I think there are just too many people in Disney Springs for restaurants to do it well.
Food was amazing, over priced $20.00 for a hamburger buy it is Disney, good service
Placed a reservation at the Disney Springs location. Was seated promptly. Had a table on the outdoor patio which was a plus.
Server was confused. Could not remember the drink orders. Nachos were bland. Tastes like store bought chips with cheese whiz. Not authentic nachos at all. Pinchos were cold and not interesting at all. Steaks were cold, fajita shrimp salad had over cooked shrimp and a weak field green salad in a tostada bowl.
Overpriced for the quality, great location and views but service lackluster. Waiters all seemed to stand around and talk to each other. Bathrooms were not clean. A 150 bill with no alcohol for Taco Bell nachos and some skirt steaks is ridiculous
Great spot! Excellent service. Will definitely be back!
My wife and I were seated on the balcony, and left after waiting 10 minutes for our server to arrive. I was not impressed with the menu or lack of service.
We will not return.
Valentine surprise with friends!
Poor service by waiter. when mentioned to manager offered free drinks rather than reducing the bill.
Wonderful atmosphere, fantastic service and the food was to die for. We had such a lovely time and enjoyed our meal that we plan on returning soon. Highly recommend.
We have been to Paradiso 37 multiple times over the past 3-4 years when we visited Orlando. Great spot. Good cocktails and bar, fun casual atmosphere. The food is pretty consistent and a good value. Loved the ribs, but fish tacos are great too!
Food and drinks took forever to come out. Didn’t keep waters full either. Food was very good though.
We would go back. Food and service were outstanding!
First the soup came out cold. It was sent back and came back to the table warmer but still not hot enough. Then the entree and side veggies came out cold. They were also sent back and returned to the table after the others in my party were finished. Unbelievably, both still cold. That dinner was comped by the manager but the dining experience with friends was ruined.
Flavored iced teas are too sweet....need to brew, not add flavoring to iced tea. Fish tacos are flavorless...
Service started out ok.... ask for sour cream and was never spoken too again, no refills on drinks
Food is overpriced. $23 for a burger and fries is a bit much even for Disney Springs.
Ok food. Great kids meals. Fish tacos were ok but quesadillas were really good. They accommodated our needs for a 2 year old. Good guac!
The menu seems to have changed a great deal. Flavors were incredibly basic I’m sure to appeal to the masses but not worth the prices. Your basic overpriced Disney food. Wish it was like it was when it opened
