Had the 1/2 chicken which was very dry, probably sat under a heat lamp too long. My wife had the. Crispy seafood tacos, turned out to not be crispy at all. We did mention this to our waiter, he had the manager come over and talk to us. He did remove the Tacos from our check. I would go back and eat there a second time. With the prices at Disney Springs being so high our expectations for food quality is high. I can get much better quality tasting food at a Millers Ale House, Chilis or any big. Chain for less money. I live here in Orlando I am not a tourist, Disney Springs restaurants need to do better with food quality for the prices they charge.

Very disappointed with the food. Fries and burger were freezer burnt and cold. Made a reservation and while being shown to our table a worker behind the bar yelled at us for being seated in the only handicap accessible area. Will NOT be coming back.

The initial host outside and our server were both very nice. The ladies who “greet” you once you step inside could care less. The 3 of them barely acknowledged your presence, no greeting, no smiles, very unwelcoming. Food came very quickly and was quite good.

The restaurant was filthy. The floors were so dirty they were slippery. The food was food court quality at Disney Springs prices. Very disappointing.

We had dinner reservations for a large group of teens and parents. Our service was exceptional and the entertainment was a blast!! We sat on the covered deck while it rained and enjoyed delicious food and tasty drinks. Our girls were called up to sing and dance and form a conga line by the friendly and energetic staff! Our server was incredibly patient and kind. Thank you Hafid, Nour and Andrew!!! We will always remember this night!!

It was a very busy time at Disney Springs. It took a while for us to be seated and appeared to be a chaotic process. We were seated outside where there was extremely loud music and a strong wind. Some of our party’s food was cold (they replaced it fairly quickly) but over all a so-so experience. We also were not offered a second round of drinks and struggled to hold a conversation due to the noise levels. I presume most places at Disney Springs would be similar in terms of crowds at this time of year but it certainly didn’t feel value for money.
