My star ratings do not reflect the overall experience. This is my second time here in 6 months and both times they have been very short staffed. After sitting at our table for 25 minutes I was able to flag down a bartender who sent over a manager who ended up serving us. His name was Joseph and he was amazing despite being slammed.
We still had to wait a while for our drinks and food, but at the end of the meal he told us it was on him if we would come back in the future and give it another chance. I definitely will, as he left a very good impression on us.
Reservations still had you stand in long line to wait to check in. After check in the tables we acquired about were first come first serve and did not have any table service. Had to go to bar for food and drinks.Bathrooms were filthy.
Highly recommend Baja fish tacos and pineapple upside down cake dessert.
FYI: they do ask you to leave your stroller outside the restaurant by the window while you dine. However, with a little pushback I was allowed to fold my stroller up and put it near my table. Very satisfied with that option.
Overall it was ok. Restaurant seemed under staffed on their service team. We sat and waited for nearly 20 minutes to get drinks ordered. Then another 20 to get food. The server never checked back on us until the final check was delivered. Was never able to order a second round of drinks as the server was attending so many other tables. The cleaning crew that runs behind helping the servers make too much noise throwing plates, utensils and cups in buckets. Nothing special with the food, it was okay. The cocktail drinks were delicious and nicely served.
We had to wait in line for 30 minutes even though we had a reservation. They were confused and wouldn’t allow us in the restaurant until we were provided the confirmation number from OpenTable no
Underwhelming. Checking in was chaos, and there were people all over the place. People with reservations later than ours were being seated first. When we finally got seated, it took 15 minutes to get a server to take our drink order. We ordered a drink from the bar and an appetizer which were really good. Main courses weren’t anything special. Probably wouldn’t return for dinner, but might give them a chance for lunch, to see if it’s any different.
30 minutes to see a waiter. When he only had 4 tables.
Hand towel dispenser in bathroom falls on my wife’s arm. Bathrooms are filthy right when they opened at 12 noon. The hostess was rude and very unprofessional. They could not get their soft drink to work so no drinks. My steak was so chewy and horrible and my wife’s salmon was raw. This place used to be great. But with bad leadership and horrible representation by their hostess this place needs to close. The food will make you sick.
Best good food music waiter was outstanding
We went as a party of 5 for a birthday dinner. The waiter took over 40 mins to bring our drinks after we ordered. The margaritas did not even come in proper margarita glasses which took the whole experience down a notch. Drinks were super expensive and tasted cheap.
The food was also not the best, very greasy appetizers and chewy cheese on the flatbread. Will not be going back again, there are way better places in Disney Springs.
Excellent food. Fine service. Loved our table near the open windows to the water. Loud music wasn’t as loud where we were seated.
Food was good, margaritas were just okay. We were seated at a booth located in a hallway and it was quieter than in the main part of the restaurant. The walls were filthy from what I surmise was several days worth of small children smearing dirty hands all over.
Terrible customer service
I was seated quickly by the hostess staff who were very personable and friendly, but no server ever came to my table. After waiting 15 minutes I left - I understand staffing is an issue and know the team was working hard, but 15 minutes without even a hello or acknowledgement was not a good feeling and I ended up going to another restaurant for dinner.
There was nothing special about the food. We felt mire could have been done to enhance the menu offerings - in our case we got fish tacos which left the assembly up to us and the fish in the tacos was like overly breaded fish nuggets
It would have been better had the restaurant NOT claimed we did NOT have a reservation. We had to show them the OPEN TABLE confirmation and then the duty manager told the hostess “find them a table” WITHOUT an apology for delaying us and saying we did NOT have a reservation.
It was our first time dining there. Food was delicious. Service was great. Will definitely be back!!
Visited this restaurant twice on a 5 day trip because it was so good. Both times got a waterfront table which added to the overall ambiance. The food was exceptional and had great variety. It's a bit pricey but well worth the money. Only downside was the wait. On Saturday night had an Open Table reservation for 8:00 and upon arrival ended up on a line of people (also with reservations) waiting for a table. The wait was 25 minutes but moved pretty quickly and was worth the wait.
great atmosphere. food is delicious
Menu was totally different than online. Server was slow to take drink order. Menu was limited so we left. Would not recommend.
Even though you have reservations, you still have to wait in a line. Although, to be fair the line moves fairly quickly. The food is good, but not exceptional. I had a margarita, that tasted like watered down sour mix; I couldn’t even finish it.
Our server was Phillpe, great guy, fun and made the visit that much more enjoyable. We sat in the bar area. Got seated earlier than our reservation allowed which was also a plus to get out of the heat. We will return
We come here every year... we love the atmosphere of sitting outside on the patio and we always order the fish tacos!
The quality of the food is below expectations and is super expensive. It can be compared to a poor quality fast food.
Always dependable for great service and food. Excellent drinks. Good value and they accommodate bigger parties. Have been dining here forever years and love it!
Meal took 1 hour and 40 minutes for 2 drinks, 1 appetizer, and 1 burger. Was overpriced at $100 for items listed above.
Our entire table’s food was cooked wrong. Not an exaggeration, literally the entire table. The prices are way too high for the poor quality of food we received. I informed the server of a shellfish allergy, ordered a steak (medium) salad, and received my salad with my steak undercooked (rare) and cold with a surprise fried shrimp on top. The business was completely overcrowded. I feel like the staff and cooks could not keep up with the high demand from the crowd. This restaurant clearly sacrifices the quality of their service and food for crowded spaces and increased revenue, which will undoubtedly come back to bite them in the long term. This was our second time coming here with a similar experience. There unfortunately will not be a third. I don’t know whose “Paradiso” this is supposed to be, but it was anything but a paradise experience for my family and friends.
Food was just okay. Service was really rough - super slow and generally disinterested. The hostess couldn't locate our reservation initially. Restaurant was excessively loud.
This was a truly horrible experience. If you are looking at dining options in Disney Springs, your better off at one of the stands outside. The restaurant is full to the brim with no social distancing. Very few waiters means you wait essentially an hour before even getting the first batch of food - which is cold. The prices are rather high for poor quality cold food. The music is very loud and is fitting of a club, not a restaurant. Horrible management , overworked staff, bad food, and not covid safe. Need I say more?
Slow service, waiter rarely came to table, food was not that good. Margaritas weren't good either
We absolutely loved it. Never been to the restaurant before but will definitely go again. The food was great our waiter was amazing. Loved the experience!
Phillipe was amazing and attentive. The Havanna flat bread was out of this world. We will be back!
Skirt steak was great! Everything else was average and not worth the price
We made reservations and was seated immediately upon arrival. We had a team of 3 servers who did excellent staying in top of things. The noise level was high and it was pretty warm (I didn’t order alcohol due to being too warm) but the food and service was excellent!
It took a long time to get our food. When it came is was cold. Over priced food for what you get.
Food was grossly disappointing
All dishes were nicely presented and were very tasty. One of the best Cezar Salads we ever had. The waiter Jay was always available and did a fantastic job. To complement the evening, we ordered desert, which were also very good, specially the churros.
Food was good not exceptional
I had a veggie burger good flavor
This used to be my favorite restaurant in Disney Springs, but time and quality have taken a toll and I will probably never return. I took my wife and daughter out for “family night out” and we made our reservation through Open Table. The wait was minimal with a reservation, while walk-in had a bit of a wait. The waiter was polite and courteous. We tried a Margherita before dinner, with my wife ordering a patron, while I ordered a blood orange. In a word, awful. They were watery and the flavor was bland. Won’t do that ever again either. We looked at the menu and all decided on the Argentinian Skirt steak. Now, I have been here many, many times before, then we got tied down with covid and we all stayed home for awhile. We ordered our skirt steaks medium rare and they arrived that way. I was shocked at the paltry size of the steaks. They were two-thirds the size of what they used to be, but the price has gone up. My wife ordered hers with rice, while my daughter ordered French fries and I ordered broccoli. All in all, it was just OK. The flavors from the old days are no longer there and there are now much better options in the Disney Springs area. Give Paradiso 37 a try if nothing else is available.
Menu was small. Opentable menu is inaccurate and out of date so we were let down and disappointed when we arrived to find the food we were interested in eating was no longer on the menu. Also it was heavy on burgers and American food and light on Latin food in our opinion. Probably won’t return until the menu is expanded.
Paradiso 37 is rated 3.4 stars by 1117 OpenTable diners.
Yes, you can generally book this restaurant by choosing the date, time and party size on OpenTable. Due to local restrictions, this restaurant may not be accepting reservations at the moment.
