We sat for a half hour without being served. We left
Never were told we had to eat outside on a cold night !
Waited to long with a reservation
Appetizer out to late
One meal was forgotten
Propane heat went out 4 times
Drinks took too long
Food was average. Good kids menu options. Friendly service. Lots of outdoor seating for nice days.
The service was super slow, but we were warned that the kitchen was running slower than normal. We waited 40 minutes for food. The table next to us that was seated 20 minutes after us had their food at least 10 minutes before ours came out. Forget about getting water refills or being asked how our meal was. Not planning on returning anytime soon
Table of 16 was too much for them...food came out cold and at all different times
Worst food I've had in Orlando. Everything was cold and were seated outside and forgotten about.
The food was delicious!
Unfortunately, this experience was a fail. They were behind on reservations by 45 minutes. The reservation check in system was disorganized and chaotic. Our table was on the porch where the music was so loud you could not talk to your table mates. The food was decent, but expensive for what you got. I would not return or recommend.
The check in process was well controlled and the server Sergio was such a doll. He had a wonderful smile and a great attitude. He was very helpful with trying to charge our Visa gift card as those can be a real pain to use. The empanadas were definitely the star of the sampler with the pineapple topping. The Argentinian skirt steak was a touch too salty and I do like salt in my food. Unfortunately, we didn’t like that the place will not substitute rice and beans with a different option if that is what comes with the dish. Overall, great experience, we would definitely return.
Food was great, but overpriced.
It was just OK. Beautiful setting. Nice staff. Not much variety on the food menu. I struggled to find something to pick to eat. Food I ordered sounded great, but was bland and average. Limes fried in the cheese of the corn was awful.
I had the Skirt Steak and probably one of the best I have ever had. Service was amazing.
It was windy and cold with the patio garage doors up - they should have closed them sooner. The margarita was good but the barbacoa tacos were mediocre
We were seated outside (not our pref) and it was pretty cold. When rain started lightly we were able to move under a roof. Great service and food made up for it and turned it into a nice valentines dinner.
This is the 3rd time we took advantage of the Valentine's special. Excellent value, great food and excellent service.
Did not like it. Have eaten in different places long enough to follow and compare prices and the quality vs price here do not match. You can get better service, better management assistance and better food at other places. Front line staff had no fault of the mess the restaurant showed under pressure. Management preferred to blame the customers instead of taking ownership of their disorganized operation. They looked upset and mad when addressing families asking questions. If they cannot handle it they should quit. If the rent is too high, move. I am the customer ( a nice one ) and I am always right.
Food was great , very busy. Everything was like it was supposed to be, staff attentive from start to finish
I have been here multiple times and this visit was just average. It was extremely loud and the food was really overpriced. Our server was great. She was very nice and on top of everything!
Me and my wife add the crispy have chicken and the skirt steak. Both were delicious and a Amine was an amazing waiter, we will be back.
We had 30 people in our party and they did great. Our cheerleaders had a team dinner, everyone ordered something different and they were able to get it out all together. The food was real good and drinks were also good.
We had my daughters cheer team with parents party there...they were super accommodating and we all got to sit together...they even have outdoor heaters!!!
Having been there before, will not let this time tarnish my opinion. apparently just picked the wrong item to taste. Ordered the flatbread (beef, onion) and just wasn't what I expected. Usually get the pork sliders - aces but decided to be adventurous. Husband ordered the fish tacos which somehow seemed to be presented different this time. They came a-la-carte so to speak, as in what is normally already ON the taco when brought to the table was all on the side. The rest of our party ordered burgers which are always on point.
Food and service were excellent. When we arrived they said they did not have our reservation. I had to show them on my app that we did. We were seated and had a great time.
This was a terrible experience for our group. The food was barely edible, the drinks were not worth the ridiculous price and the service was lackluster at best. Do not get the fish tacos if you are brave enough to eat here, truly disgusting! It was really cold outside and the restaurant had the door propped open. Our table was taking a direct hit from the wind which always makes for an unpleasant dining experience. We asked if they would close the door so we could eat without shivering and they actually laughed at us and went about their business with the door wide open. Just to add icing on the cake the tip was automatically added so she knew she didn’t have to earn anything. It was a huge disappointment and we will never go back!
My husband’s birthday
The food was alright, nothing to write home about. Service was good, but we felt rushed. It is very loud here.
We visited on a Sunday and it was very busy but we made a reservation and no problem. My husband ordered the pancake and he said it was cold and rubbery. My female guest ordered the chicken quesadillas, no flavor, lettuce was old had brown edges, no sauce. My other guest and I ordered the Burritos breakfast and again no flavor. I requested salsa for our breakfast meal to help give it some flavor but the rice and beans with the meal was decent. Two of the guest ordered coffee, it came late and we waited for a coffee or water refill--did not see our waiter to come by to see if all we need anything. We said I think Denny's would have been better!
It’s typical resort fare and resort prices.
The food order was wrong the first time. Then undercooked when they brought it out the second time
Food was bland, underwhelming and overpriced. $100 for 3 people. Could have gone to Chevy’s for a third of the price and had a great meal. Will never go back.
Great food, great service from Karla. She was friendly, efficient and accommodating. The live entertainment is too loud. It was good, but it was very hard to carry on a conversation
The prices are outrageous for the quality of food that you receive. Also, the check comes with automatic gratuity so our server was very hard to track down for anything. We were there for over 2 hours mainly because the service was so slow. I would not dine here again.
Food is overpriced for the quality. I get that everything at Disney is pricey but usually I can dismiss it because the food is outstanding. Unfortunately,Paradiso 37 just isn’t at the same level as places like Morimoto Asia, Raglan Road — even the T-Rex Cafe provided a better meal than I got here. Our server was very attentive and helpful, it’s just the food that’s bad. I got the steak salad and by the time I got my food, the steak was completely cold. On top of that it was pretty bland and chewy. My husband’s tacos were just okay. My drink was really good and that’s probably the only recommendation I can make. If you go here, just get a drink at the bar and make your dinner reservation elsewhere.
Staff was great...and the food out of the park..... great Gluten free variety...my wife really appreciated her choices
We sat in the bar area. After about 45 minutes of waiting for our appetizers, the bartender realized that she forgot and assured us that they would come out soon. After another 20 or so minutes, she came out with only two of our three orders. At this point, we had been there for nearly two hours and took the offer of free chips and salsa to try and fill us up. The quesadillas were mushy and tasteless. The chips were okay, but the salsa was bland. We never got the nachos we ordered. The drinks were fine.
We were enjoying some “down time” when one of the wait staff hit the corner of our table. Someone checked with us & all appeared to be OK. However, when we got up to leave there was food on my wife’s handbag. She thought it probably come off & so we headed home. Instead, it seems to have made a permanent mark on a very nice Kate Spade purse. Wished we’d noticed it at the time. What a mess. Now we’re questioning returning to Paradiso 37. This was not our first visit.
Waiter couldn’t remember anything we asked for(refills, napkins, lemons,ENTREE?!).
Food quality was extremely low for the prices.
Staff was snotty.
The food was some of the worst that we have ever had at a restaurant. We eat out almost daily at all levels of restaurants and this was terrible. The food tasted like cafeteria food.
Prices are high, there needs to be a larger selection of vegan dishes.
