food was good, not great. I have had better at Disney Springs.
service was very good.
For the money try Boathouse or Rainforest.
This place has great potential but my food was served very cold. The menu had great options but was not impressed in the quality or taste. I ordered the beef enchilada and the entire meal was cold for myself and others dinning with me. Service was not great either as we came in soaked from the rain and waiter took a very longtime for our drinks, food, and other items requested (Napkins and silverware). Spoke to manager at the end and he just apologized. I was really excited to dine here but we did not have a great experience other than great entertainment and environment.
Everything went good with the exception of the waiter. He came to the table, didn't say his name and asked us straight if we were ready to order. We felt rush to order, so that made me take my time to order because we came to a restaurant not a fast food restaurant. Really bad service overall for us.
Nice clean and service is good. Food quiet tasty. Prices are reasonable.
Took our family and noise level was so loud I could barely hear the server. Food was nothing special and over priced.
The food was served to quick between appetizers to dinner. In fact we were not even finished or half way through the appetizer.
The food was pretty good, but I wish they would close the outside doors to keep it cooler in the restaurant. I don’t really like having to endure the Florida heat while trying to eat at an indoor restaurant.
Waiter was high on himself and obnoxious. Food was not plentiful and expensive. We all left there hungry. Don’t buy the corn on the cob appetizer. It looks like a lot in the picture but it’s only 1/2 of a cob cut into quarters on a stick. Complete waste of money.
Excellent customer service. Waitress A+. Presentation for the food A and prices not bad. Too much noise tho
A nice restaurant in the heart of Disney Springs. Food was okay - service is good.
Paradiso 37 is a great place to eat if you're at Disney Springs and you're interested in a meal with table service at an affordable price.
I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food, traveling with three others. Live music on the patio in the evening.
Great outdoor seating for people watching. The food was very good. We stayed at Saratoga Springs, and eat here twice during the week stay
Skirt steak and salmon were top knotch
Good drinks and a good atmosphere. Wish the mojito cart would have come by before we ordered our drinks. The food was cold when it was delivered, which was a downfall, but they were very accommodating to get us a new appetizer.
Not impressed. It was our 10yr wedding anniversary and they didn’t nothing to make it special even after requesting.
Eric , our sever was very friendly and attentive. We had a great seat by the lake and enjoyed the drinks, dinner and ambiance. The apps were great too.
Food was good service was good. Restaurant was very loud.decent but not sure I would repeat.
Average meal, great service, good music
Great food. Recommendations from our waiter were on point. The beef quesadilla appetizer was fantastic. Had a table right on the water - lovely evening!
Very overpriced and the food and drinks weren't that great.
I don’t know what was worse... our absent servers or our burnt food or the fact that we weren’t offered drink refills. What about the fact that my seat was next to a door and I got hit in the back every few minutes by the wait staff? We sat on the patio on a beautiful night and it was our last night of vacation. Unfortunately we felt the need to rush through our meal because we couldn’t wait to get out of there. Our server gave us about 30 seconds to look at the menu and when she returned and we weren’t ready yet she rolled her eyes. Within a minute another server came and said she’s helping out and is going to take our order. After we ordered we didn’t see either server until it was time to pay. My husband and I split a meal because who wants to pay $19 for one burger? The medium burger we ordered came out completely burnt. I asked for mayo and bbq sauce on the side. Mayo was on the burger and no bbq sauce at all. Just an overall terrible experience.
I would hate not to recommend this restaurant because the chips and salsa, the tostones, the fries were all delicious, however three of us ordered the skirt steak and none of us were satisfied. The steak was very tough and very hard to cut. The restaurant was loud but this is expected of most restaurants in Disney World. I might try this place again and order something different. We also had a kids hot dog meal which had to be sent back because it was cold. So I suggest you make up your own mind on this one as to try it or not.
Lovely location, if you are seated on either patio. Loved the golden hour sunset.
Menu could have more ethnic choices
At first the service was quick. We ordered a $30 pitcher of margs and they tasted like straight juice. My husband and I had 4 margs between us and zero buzz. The salsa was good and our friends liked their burgers. The fries were cold but that’s only because from the time we sat down and ordered and then finally got our food which was two apps chips and salsa and a side of truffle fries it took 22 minute and our waiter was no where to be found most of the time. My husband and I left after paying and our friends sat there and finished eating. We went to Bongos - grabbed food and came back and the waiter STILL hadn’t brought them their checks 40 minutes later and wasn’t even on the floor. Really poor dining experience.
It was awesome! Food and atmosphere was perfect
Overpriced, diluted margaritas and so so food. Steak was fine but salmon was almost raw. Extremely loud place. Not recommended.
Very bland food
Service was good
Friendly staff. .
Music floods the restaurant and splashes into the nearby Disney Boardwalk leading to Disney Springs. Women in brightly colored, tight tube dresses push drink carts alomg the floor and mix margaritas on request. The clueless server stumbles and barely manages to get your order to the kitchen. He only returns once to give you the check, but other servers provide platters of great food.
The food is not good; dreadfully average. The chicken on my grilled chicken salad and the grilled chicken breast my daughter had was terrible. If you eat chicken enough, you know what a subpar piece of chicken is....and this was it. It’s so overpriced for subpar food. Service is average.
My son’s burger was way undercooked, the rest was average
Made a reservation but they make you stand in line anyways to “check in”. It’s first come first served, reservations are useless at this place
What would you expect during spring break at Disney springs nothing but chaos it was extremely busy the servers were obviously working at 101% but the food came out fairly dry and cold and it’s not the most flavorful place to eat
They weren’t even pushing any of the alcohol that’s how busy they were
Our favorite! Chips, salsa, drinks & fish tacos! Great menu and service.
The service was great but the food was absolutely terrible!!!! Save your money, don’t waste it here. Beer was warm and lack of flavor in the food. I don’t understand how there is always a crowd at this place. Will definitely not recommend this place to anyone I know.
Simply Awful. Don’t eat here. Family dining for a party of 4. Let’s start with (for the 2nd amd last time) a lost OpenTable reservation. Despite that we were somehow seated. We waited 15 minutes for our waiter to show up. I had a beer, and only one, as he disappeared in stretches of 15 minutes at a time. Our appetizer never showed up, except on our bill. Our entrees were generally cold and tasteless. Hard to screw up a burger, wedge salad, fillet and a chicken quesadilla...but they did. No silverware (another 10 minutes). Atmosphere not much better with incredibly loud music. This place, sans pretty girls at the hostess stand, in a complete ZERO. Disney does itself an enormous disservice by allowing it to operate the way it does...the bathroom not much better than a football stadium. I can only imagine the kitchen. Maybe I better not.
Waited 10-15 before anyone even came by to see if we wanted a drink. Service was slow. Waaaay too expensive for bad service and food that is just fair.
Service was sub par. While the server himself was pleasant, It took several minutes before he showed up to our table. Other servers tried to bring food to our table that we didn’t order..twice. The food was average tasting and over priced. The singer was very good even though the music was loud and I could barely hear others at my table(we were sat next to the stage). I have dined at Paradiso before and left with a better experience. My recommendation is to eat outside of Disney, unless you must stay on the property or having a Disney dining plan.
If you must stay inside Disney Springs, try Bongos or maybe another restaurant. Paradiso...it’s hit or miss.
We were sat by the water and the view was beautiful. The waiter was very attentive and the food delicious. It was a little pricey but it’s Disney so what can you expect. They had live music and the ambience was very nice.
The hostess was rude in the way she told us that we needed a reservation. The whole meal was extremely overpriced. I had a totally forgettable hamburger with jalapenos on it with guacamole on it. The bun of the hamburger was stale. I also had an Ultimate Margarita which was small and even though it was on the rocks you couldn't taste the alcohol. Save your money and find someplace else!
