   Loved sitting in one of the table is the library. Food was very good. I order medium ( don’t like bloody) prime rib eye. Flavorful but a bit tough. Green beans PERFECTLY cooked and seasoned. Dessert was very flavorful. Round chocolate and pecan turtle dessert was EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!!!!

   Everything was lovely, the food and service. My only issue was the waiter keep trying to give us a more expensive version of what we were ordering than what we had requested, i.e. wine/steaks.

   The manager Phillip was courteous and attentive. The seating location was perfect to my wife and I preference. The date night ambiance was delightful. The food was delicious and served hot! My only regret is I should have gotten the chocolate cake for dessert but all the more reason to return.

    The lack of entrée choices was a hindrance for my party. One person could not have beef or shellfish. The only choice available was salmon. Not a good choice last night.

    Team service concept and lead server was training a new server… overall had 5 servers working our table. Lead server was rather unattentive to our table and when at our table, she was giving orders to other team members at adjacent tables. Also dropped an empty soup bowl and silverware on my guest. Too long of a wait for second cocktail. Crab cake appetizer was very good. Filet mignon and onion rings were good, but not great… which it should be at this price point. Creme brûlée was just OK… obviously pre-made. Overall, very disappointed. The lead server has a not good table presence… and shouldn’t be a trainer. No management to be seen on the floor.

    I’ll never dine here again, terrible experience. Service was horrible, took nearly an hour for appetizers, incorrect drinks brought out vs order, food was mediocre & when we asked why the wait as other tables seated after us & had their food. He couldn’t have been more rude or unprofessional, ruined our experience.

    Sarah was superbly gracious and a wonderful hostess to oyen needs and wants. She made this event an experience to remember for a life time in my memory. 100 times I would comeback if I got every time the level of service Sarah gave last night!

    Menu lacking options. No Chicken anywhere? But it is a steakhouse. Steaks were a little under, no biggie. Server forgot boxed leftovers. Very, very loud. But overall, great dinner. Love anything Pappas!

    Great Meal! Highly recommend starting with the Crab Cakes. I brought an out of town business associate and they commented "it was the best they ever had". Bacon wrapped scallops and NY Strip were prepared perfectly. Great wine list as well.

    The wife and I had heard about pappas bros steakhouse. I made reservations and arrived open-minded. The waitress was very warm and accommodating. The food started being served and it was so tasty and well prepared. We will definitely being eating at this establishment again in the near future.

    We really enjoyed the surf and turf with filet and lobster. Skillet potatoes are excellent as well. Service was great however I was quite disappointed when we first arrived (on time) we were set in a back room that has the vibe of something along the lines of saltgrass steakhouse. Not representative of the impression you get in the main dining or wine room. We asked to be reseated right away and were sat at a two top on the side of the dining room…where we stared at open tables in the main dining section. (Multiple) It was not intimate or quaint, felt like we were dining in the hallway next to the meat display case. Not exactly the experience I felt we were paying for with the cost of drinks/food, etc. I definitely would return but probably book and confirm seating directly with the restaurant.

    We celebrated our 1 year anniversary and pappas did not disappoint as usual! The manager greeted us and congratulated us upon arrival. The food and service was absolutely incredible. It’s the best steakhouse in Houston and worth every penny.

    Steaks and sides (creamed spinach) that only be described as perfect. Cannot imagine a better-prepared meal. Service was generous and professional. Worth the price for a special occasion. I’m only sad thinking of what every meal after this will be like!

    Ambiance and vibe were fun. Food and drinks were good. The mashed potatoes had chives throughout and if someone doesn’t like onions be sure and let the waiter know. Very nice restaurant. Big bar area !

    This was our first visit to this location and we were really disappointed in the service. Our waiter was very nice but not attentive. We waited quite a while before we had to flag someone down to at least get us a cocktail menu. Our food was delicious but we have always had excellent service at the Galleria location and was just expecting it to be better than it was. I had to ask someone else to refill my wine and he never even checked to see if we needed a refill on our coffee…..

    Absolutely wonderful experience! We were celebrating our 22nd wedding anniversary. The staff, food, ambience, everything was perfect. Could not have asked for a better dinner. We ordered dessert to go and they brought us chocolate covered strawberries for our anniversary, which was very much appreciated and made the dinner even more special. It is not very often that a restaurant makes you feel special and attentive to your every need. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
