            Used to eat at Pappas often but hadn't been in a couple of years, the prices have gone up so much it just isn't worth it anymore. All of the Pappas restaurants have increased their prices much more than other restaurants, probably why they are not as busy as they use to be.

            I have been trying every “best steakhouse” in each city I have lived and traveled to on business for the last 20 years looking for one that compares to Mahogany Prime Steakhouse in Omaha (and OKC/Tulsa). I haven’t found one. St. Elmo, Berns, Mastros, the list goes on. That is until last night. Pappas Bros Steakhouse is the real deal. From the Caesar Salad, to the asparagus, Key Lime Pie all of it was top notch. Wife got the lobster and I got the ribeye. They nailed the temperature (rare-medium rare) which is tough. The hot plate with the melted clarified butter on top made it perfect! I found my spot! Thank you to Henry for making my birthday meal special! I’ll be asking for you from now on!

            Pappa Bros is one of the best steak restaurants in Dallas. We have tried a lot of others, but keep coming back to Pappa Bros for the excellent food and service and the consistent experience. Highly recommended!!

            We have been here several times and it never disappoints!! Our server this time was Kyland, I think. And he was fantastic! We had some great drink recommendations. The sommelier made some great dinner and dessert wine recommendations. We will be back.

            Outstanding trip to Pappa Bros. Our first trip and the service was great along with the food. The manager came by the table and was very attentive. All top notch. The only negative was that there was a group so loud that my wife and I couldn't carry on any type of conversation. We will go back!
