Filet and au gratin potatoes rate an A. Creme Brûlée and wedge salad rate a C. Tables well spaced but too many people in the fireplace with 3 big tables of six filled with diners who were not in same family. Superspreader events.

Perfect. Just a little pricey. But you get what you pay for right?

as always, the food, wine & service were superb - Barb, the master sommelier, made outstanding wine choices using my budget and desired taste profiles - the deconstructed lobster deviled eggs were creative and delicious - shrimp cocktail was ice cold perfection - salads were split happily and evenly when requested - the filets were cooked perfectly - I always go for a blue cheese topper, but there are many options - a wonderful evening

It was really good, but a little busy.

They beautifully skirt the fine line of professional and friendly. Everyone I dealt with was incredibly capable and over the top trained with clear consistency. I felt like they knew me- and what I want - even though I am from out of town and a party of one. They make it their business to read people.

Valentine’s dinner was superb thanks in part to Darrell our outstanding server. All the specials sounded incredible. My beautiful girlfriend decided on the turtle soup as her starter and the fillet duo for her main course while I began with a starter of creamy clam chowder and the special entree of a bacon wrapped Buffalo fillet with a trio of scallops. We shared an order of port wine mushrooms. Wow, the presentation was incredible and everything was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. While the deserts were wonderfully described, we had no room. We will definitely be back again.

This was our first dining experience at Pappas Bros. What a wonderful evening celebrating Valentine’s Day. The food was truly exceptional and Kacie was the consummate server. She helped us chose when we were stumped because of all of the great items on the menu. Right from the start with dirty martinis through to the end with the cheesecake, it was a night to remember. You have to try one of the bone-in dry aged steak options. This will be our spot for all of our special occasions.

Our waiter was Samantha and she was amazing and really elevated our experience! They brought us champagne and dessert to help us celebrate our wedding. All the food was delicious and the cheesecake but the size of my head!! My friend that was with us mentioned her shellfish allergy and the manager came out to make sure they fully understood the allergy so that made her feel safe!

Our other high-end favorite steak places in Dallas seem to be forgetting about ambiance and courtesy...not Pappas Brothers. Through the years Pappas has remained consistent in service, food quality, and providing a nice intimate dining experience.

Our waitress was EXCELLENT and adorable. The wine master was a true master and extremely helpful. Food delicious and came out very hot from kitchen which we thoroughly enjoyed. Sorry the restaurant could not have been busier - time will improve this situation.
