Although the interior has been redone, the ambiance is about the same as the old Papa Razzi, the food and service are about the same (which always was good). However, the number of items on the menu and the portion sizes have been reduced considerably. The prices have increased alittle or have remained the same. We will continue to frequent the old style Papa Razzi's but will not be going back to "Metro'. has been rethe
We were a party of 2, we got seated at a large round table. Service was very spotty. Took a long time for initial greeting. Ordered a 2nd drink before our entrees came out & recieved the drink after we were finished eating & the server thought nothing of it. Food was good, just bad service & there were at least 5 managers working the shift & no one noticed.
Had lupper ~ 2:30 pm. No one in the restaurant. Waiter way too chatty. Took about 15 minutes to take us through the menu....unnecessary. After all that, he got my order wrong. They are trying to be Tuscan Kitchen but not pulling it off. Its still Papa Razzi.
Not what I expected at all due to the other visits I've had at Paparazzi. I'm so disappointed at the experience of the Burlington restaurant. I'm going to leave a note on the restaurant comment portion of this survey. Very sad.
The ambiance was fine and I like the changes that have been done to the overall place. But, I was not pleased with my meal. The appetizers and salads were great but I ordered the lamb shank and it was very fatty and greasy so ate very little. My husband had the chicken parm dinner and thought it was just okay.
One other time I ordered the lobster raviolis. They were very tasty, filled with plenty of lobster, but too el dante. If they were cooked just a little bit longer, they would have been delicious and I would order them again.
Wait staff wasn't very friendly nor quick, but the food was great as all Papa Razzi's are. Wish the service was a little better though.
We live in the area and have frequented this restaurant. We loved the cocktails and enjoyed the food. Since the million dollar renovation, we found it disappointing. The outdoor deck has been cut down in size and there were no signs of any outdoor seating now, with the exception of a tiny section of tables and seats facing the parking lot - Ugh! The drinks are now half the size the used to be but at a higher cost. To make matters worse they even messed with the menu removing one of our very favorite chicken/pizzas.Won't be returning any time soon:(
Went to dinner with friends and had a very attentive waitress. Food was outstanding. We can't wait to go back once their renovations are completed in April.
Pizza was greasy and tasted like cardboard. However, my strawberry mojito was fantastic. It was perfect
The atmosphere of the dining area was relaxing. The entries were great, prepared just as we requested. The server was very attentive.
